[Feat]: truapi host integration: usernames read from Asset Hub, not the People Chain

Summary

paritytech/individuality#755 makes the dotNS contracts on Asset Hub the ground truth for usernames. Our side is ready for this change: both pallet_dotns_gateway and the contracts follow the new logic. The client side is not, so clients still resolve usernames from the People Chain.

The work belongs to truapi and is tracked in paritytech/host-rust-core#397. This issue exists only so the dependency is visible on the launch milestone.

Acceptance criteria

• A client resolves a name registered through the gateway without querying the People Chain.
• The mainnet preset points at the deployed addresses ([Bug]: The CLI and the UI cannot target mainnet: no mainnet configuration exists #223).
