Convert PBDB 1.0 Specimen Measurements Table into Schema

I need someone to quickly convert this form into a PBOT style schema. Basically tell me what will be a character and what will be a state. Feel free to literally just build it in PBOT.

Hi Andrew, This form could expand into quite a large schema for any given element. The character would be: the element + measure type + position -e.g., tibia length greatest (rearranged to "greatest tibia length"), or tibia width midshaft, leaf width greatest. The state in all cases here is simple a "quantity". It's not a straightforward conversion because for any given element, not all of the measure types or positions are applicable. The min/max/average is either part of the character (average tibia width midshaft), determined from the range of specimen values in the system, or as an additional comment on the measurement value (not currently supported in pbot although it has been requested). For the latter, you can imagine a leaf fossil where the tip of the apex is missing, then "the value for leaf length maximum" will be a minimum estimate. Is this the info you are looking for? It is not immediately urgent, but I will eventually need a complete conversion of some kind entered into PBOT. It sounds like we will have to get creative.
