Collections: Macrostrat to PBDB Lithology Mappings

Assuming we are going to move over to strictly using the Macrostrat dictionary for lithology we need to address these PBDB lithologies that do not clearly map.

1. "mixed carbonate-siliciclastic"
2. "reef rocks"
3. amber
4. tar
5. pyrite

Regarding the first case of "mixed carbonate-siliciclastic", I think this is easily handled in the new system by simply creating a carbonate entry and a silicate entry. Now that we are using a JSON format, we are not limited in the number of entries.

We can map "reef rocks" to boundstone

Pyrite should be dropped as a lithology option and instead added to the adjectives list as "pyritic".

Two collections: 189981 and 190564 will need to be converted manually to a different lithology.
