The new payload for collections is largely described in #35, but there are some objects that need to be resolved.
One object grouping is intended to be called "intervals" within the "age" object. This should wait for the new macrostrat/age implementation in PBDB 1.0 to be finalized.
Note, this rework also needs to provide better support for zones.
