User Story
As an administrator or course team member, I want to see roughly how long it takes learners from initial attempt to master each competency on my instance, so that I am able to report out on this information and identify competencies that tend to be trickier for learners to master.
Acceptance Criteria
Description: A Time to Mastery chart has been added to the Mastery Details section of the Competency Dashboard.
Given I am a user with access to the Competency Dashboard
When I view the Mastery Details section
Then I see a box and whisker plot chart showing, for each currently-filtered Competency (X-axis), the time from Started to Demonstrated, in weeks (Y-axis).
And I want to be able to update the time grain of this chart
