User Story
As a course team member, I want to view the number of currently-filtered competencies that have been mastered over time, so that I can view the history of skill mastery on my instance and be able to report out on this information.
Acceptance Criteria
Description: A Competencies Mastered Over Time area chart has been added to the Mastery Details section of the Competency Dashboard.
Given I am a user with access to the Competency Dashboard
When I view the Mastery Details section
Then I see an area chart titled: Competencies Mastered Over Time with Time on the X-axis and N Competencies Mastered (of the currently filtered competencies) on the Y-axis.
And when I update the time grain and/or time range of this chart.
Then I see that the chart has been updated.
