User Story
As a course team member, I want to see the status percentage breakdown of the learners attached to each competency, so that I can easily see and report out on which competencies learners are mastering, not attempting, or struggling to master.
Acceptance Criteria
Description: A Competency Mastery Breakdown grouped bar chart has been added to the Status Snapshot section of the Competency Dashboard.
Given I am a user with access to the Competency Dashboard
When I view the Mastery Status Snapshot section
Then I see a grouped bar chart titled: Mastery Status % Breakdown chart that shows, for each currently filtered Competency (X-axis), the percentage of learners enrolled in some element assessing that competency who have Not Started, Partially Attempted, Attempted Not Demonstrated, or Demonstrated it (Y-axis).
