User Story
As a course team member, I want to see the number of learners interacting with the skills on my platform and whether or not those learners have mastered those skills, so that I can analyze how learners are doing with assessments for each and what skills they are interacting with the most and least.
Acceptance Criteria
Description: A Mastery Status Count stacked bar chart has been added to the Mastery Status Snapshot section of the Competency Dashboard.
Given I am a user with access to the Competency Dashboard
When I view the Mastery Status Snapshot section
Then I see a stacked bar chart titled Mastery Status Count that shows, for each currently filtered Competency (X-axis), the number of learners who have Not Started, Partially Attempted, Attempted Not Demonstrated, or Demonstrated that competency (Y-axis).
And I can select one or more status (example: Attempted Not Demonstrated, Partially Attempted)
And have the chart update to only show counts for those statuses for example
