As a course team member, I want to be able to view information about the skills on my platform and learner progress toward mastering those skills, so that I'm able to monitor, manage, and report out on this information.
Acceptance Criteria
Description: A new Competency Dashboard has been added to Superset that can be filtered by Organization, Competency, Course, or Pathway.
Given I am a user with access to Superset
When I open the new Competency Dashboard
Then I can filter it by Organization, Competency, Course, or Pathway, and all charts and tables on the dashboard update to reflect the current filter selection.
