Add ability to set the upload_firmware timeout in cli

its currently fixed to 60 seconds, we have a quite large firmware and if our upload is occupied to much we are unable to upload the firmware in 60 seconds.

It is already possible to override the timeout default 60sec, by providing a timeout parameter:

Yes I found it inside your class (thats where i got the 60s from) but not exposed to the cli itself, since I use your pip package in my CI's there the def upload_firmware from : onekey_client/cli/firmware_upload.py#L42 will be used, which does not allow setting the timeout
