Getting everything to run from external scripts

PyTerm is just getting too big to maintain the huge loop. Plan would be to keep the loop in a sense, but let everything run externally.

Since PyTerm is so big, and testing STILL needs to be finished, I may target this for release 3.0, since it breaks really any form of API that's in 2.0.

I honestly don't know at this point what the state is of external script launching.

After some more investigation, the bootloader WILL NOT be separated as an external program. All other external programs will be stored as an external program.

Setup is now the first fully-implemented program to be using external calls. It's now mandatory as of Beta 4.

All programs should be migrated to the external format by 2.0's release, at least that's the hope.

At this point, a few programs have gone external, but there's still LOTS of work to do, so I'm making it the focus of Beta 4, a mainly behind-the-scenes operation.

Beta 4's release may need to get pushed back, considering there are about a dozen programs to make external, and test. Hopefully, I can get at least 1-2 programs done per day.

I've been a lazy bum, so I'm pushing things back as I go. I'll work on PyTerm tonight, however!
