make check fails without keystore

1. on a new Ubuntu 12.04 machine, install these packages: build-essential libpcap-dev libexpat1-dev libssl-dev libxml2-dev autoconf libtool python-all-dev
2. build and install CCNx, but never start it
3. build PyCCN
4. make test

Expected: all tests pass
Actual: ccnConnection.py ccnRun.py get.py expressInterest.py defaultKey.py simpleCommunication.py receiving.py failed
