Add Run/Execute button

At a recent workshop a participant was using a tablet to access Flok. They were unable to run code because phone/tablet interfaces don't have the ability to press the Control/Ctrl key. A physical Run/Execute button would address this.

A run button should appear at the top right of each pane on phones, etc. But I suspect it might be based on breakpoint rather than pointer type. What OS/devices/browsers were used?

I just checked and you're right, it does appear!

I believe they were using an Ipad pro, presumably with Safari. I'll check in with them about this as they're not a github user.

Yes it's possible the breakpoint is set only for mobile devices, it should be easy to adjust!
