scct:test task for play framework fails when we have same file under a sub-directory and in a test directory too

scct-test for play framework fails when we have same file under a sub-directory eg: project/conf/application.conf and same file in test directory eg: project/test/resource/application.conf

Guess the values are begin overridden which results in failure of the scct:test task. But the same test setup passes in regular test task.
