Window Settings Don't Save.

In the launcher when I click fullscreen and stacked layout it does nothing after I launch the game.

I traced both settings through the launcher and runner code. There appear to be two separate wiring issues here.

For Stacked window, the launcher receives the selected layout correctly, but the launch command overrides it to separate whenever Adaptive Widescreen or Prime Controls is enabled. Both are enabled by default, so selecting Stacked currently has no effect under the default configuration.

For Fullscreen, the launcher UI also returns the changed value correctly, but MPH does not pass it to the runner at all. The runner currently has no fullscreen CLI option / SDL fullscreen handling either, so this needs support on both sides rather than just a persistence fix.

Neither setting is currently persisted by the MPH launcher, so both also reset on a new launcher invocation.

I have only done a static code audit so far and have not prepared a patch.

I do not expect it to fix the fullscreen / stacked-layout behavior reported here. The earlier code audit still stands:

• Stacked layout is being overridden to separate windows when Adaptive Widescreen or Prime Controls are enabled.
• Fullscreen needs runner-side support, not just launcher-side persistence.
• Both settings also need proper save/load wiring in the launcher.

This is one of the smaller concrete code fixes left after the release, so I'm keeping it open as an implementation task rather than asking for more diagnostics right now.

as of 0.4.3 alpha, window settings work but do not save between sessions.
