Prompt-to-board candidate review: hw-codesign public evidence package

hw-codesign turns an agent brief into a reviewable hardware candidate and an explicit fabrication-blocker report for supported board families.

The public RP2040 USB HID/CDC candidate review is live:

The dated review records 48 gates: 44 pass, 1 fail on sourcing, and 3 blocked on supplier availability, the native ARM newlib toolchain, and physical qualification. The board has not been fabricated; this post deliberately does not turn CAD or software checks into a physical claim.

The release workflow passed the full test suite, wheel smoke, three standalone binaries, release-artifact verification, anonymous GHCR pull-by-digest, PyPI publication, and checksum generation. The physical-evidence boundary is unchanged: this is a reviewable candidate, not a fabricated or physically qualified board.
