Explain nested/mosquito tags parsing order and caching guidelines on Tag Syntax page

Request for new documentation

It's fairly shocking to still come across wrong usage of caching and nested tags hurting performance in 2021... and then to realise that's not clearly explained in the documentation o.O

• The tag syntax page (caching section) should be updated to include advice on how/when things can be cached.
• A new section should also be added to explain the concept of mosquito tags. If that gets too complex, a summary and basic example should be on the Tax Syntax page with a new subpage dedicated to explaining the fine details of how it works and why it's necessary.

The MODX Mosquitos blog page has a very wonky display issue caused by an errant <pre> tag on line 215 that is wrapping a whole bunch of content it shouldn't be. Is there a repo for the blog or just someone I can mention this to?
