Regarding upgrades & other related supportability of this repo

I'm referening this repo for my Organization applications and customized with respective to the needs.
My questions are,
any plan on upgrades and when it could be, with respective to the dependencies like spring-security, oauth etc ?
other related supportability of this repo to adopt future aspects like Identity Federation etc ?
hopefully this repo is the reference implementation and used by enterprise organizations, what could be the maintenance plan on this repo ?

There are not currently any organizations or groups funding the maintenance or upgrade of this implementation, and there haven't been for some time now. As a consequence, there are no roadmap plans for updates or releases at this time from me, though I've seen a few different forks of this project that put various updates in place, including repackaging the server for use on something like a modern cloud host.
