Audit 349 lane B: compiler, control, hosts, SDK and tooling handoff #560

Description

@tamashi095

Audit #349 lane B: compiler, control, hosts, SDK and tooling

Companion: #559 (#559). Handoff branch: codex/audit-349-priority-handoff.

Takeover checkpoint — 2026-09-10

Current restart authority; older sections are historical. Astra LOW implements;
Astra XHIGH scopes/verifies. Lane B owns artifact qualification/pins. Preserve
the two-slot maximum, failed evidence and #552/#558/#542 dependency order.
Main14079d2c is qualified: #710/PR721 and #719/PR720 delivered earlier;
#709/#722 delivered through PR723 plus test-only #724/PR725. PR723 main run
34490147028 failed; corrective PR34492388152 and main34493204026 PASSED.
RT6 and RT7 are delivered. RT10 resident meter input is delivered; wider SIMD,
sharing and load-fusion residuals remain open. No speedup claim. #714 remains
superseded after five attempts, without retroactive PASS. Active: #387 parser safety and #211 validator effect preparation; #376 queued.
Qualified artifact ea8f843b remains unchanged by #724. 26 clean delivered worktrees removed; history/evidence retained. Main14079d2c.

Execution contract and model workflow

Root coordinates; Astra LOW implements; Astra XHIGH scopes and verifies. Agents perform bounded assignments and do not own issues. Route by actual changed path. Historical provenance is not relabeled; these instructions supersede older routing.

Work from stateless numbered .github/ISSUE_SPECS/ child issues. This tracker assigns ownership, not authority for one giant implementation branch. Astra XHIGH briefs the smallest closable slice and objective gates; Astra LOW implements; Astra XHIGH gives an adversarial verdict. Apply the five-attempt maximum: each attempt receives one adversarial verdict. After the final permitted attempt fails, retain evidence and stop for explicit bounded rescope; no disguised sixth retry or weakened gates.

Finish all eight partial findings across both lanes before implementing any of the 89 original open findings. A lane that finishes its partials may brief open work read-only or help the other lane only after explicit ownership transfer. Limit each coordinator to two active issue slots (four total); retain at most one launch-critical implementation tranche per shared worktree, and never overlap exact-path edits. Passive prerequisites are not extra implementation slots.

Checkpoint exact paths as soon as a coherent tranche passes focused gates, then audit status, commit and upstream before another tranche. Respect any active CI-conscious batching instruction. Synchronize local specs and GitHub evidence/state at every issue boundary; close only after accepted evidence is upstream and remote state is verified. Required CI and live reviewed-head/base checks precede merge. Remove a merged worktree only after verifying it is clean, its work is delivered, and no worker uses it; retain unmerged/failed/paused worktrees and history.

Preserve realtime, DSP, deterministic arithmetic, scalar/SIMD, portability and sound-quality gates from AGENTS.md. Never inspect legacy engine source. Class-B algorithm changes require owner ruling. Historical audit locations, percentages and projected gains are candidates, not current measurements. Freeze a workload and validator before the single prescribed descriptive benchmark invocation (one warmup, two measured rounds); preserve raw stdout/stderr/status/argv/source identities. Do not tune, retry timing, equate launcher success with gate success, or claim performance gains without measurements. Keep floor accounting and residual reasons from docs/rulings/effect-floor-accounting.md.

Coordination boundaries

Lane A owns render/DSP/lane/math/rack changes; lane B owns compiler/control/protocol/host/source/tooling changes. Shared files such as graph/lib.rs, builtins/effect-contract, policies and workflows require an exact-path claim in a child issue before editing; the other coordinator yields that path until checkpoint/review/delivery. Preserve accepted CP20 shared-helper changes. Lane B alone orchestrates AudioWorklet artifact qualification and pin changes; lane A supplies frozen source checkpoints and requests qualification, never independently repins. Recheck live main and the exact reviewed head before each merge.

Cross-linked duplicate outcomes have one owner: RT12/CP13, RT10/IO8, FX12/DYN12 and FX15/LANE11 belong to A; TOOL6/IO20 belongs to B. Link evidence to both original rows without double-counting capabilities.

Baseline and accounting

At handoff: main 30f658ee1c0c7d86002f5f2fea075a5dfa8a7c2c, 63 merged audit PRs; 124 original findings = 26 delivered + 8 partial + 89 open + 1 historical RT18. The two lanes partition exactly 97 remaining findings. Staged source PASS does not count as delivery. Parent audit #349 and coordination #518 remain open. Read the current local specs and linked evidence before acting; /tmp paths are local conveniences, not remotely durable artifacts. Pushed branch records are the recovery authority.

Start here: lane B

All lane-B partial findings are delivered. IO5 closed its bounded scalar vertical slice through #608 / PR #613; TOOL9 is delivered through #596 / PR #597, and TOOL11 through #598 / PR #604. CP4 is delivered through #570 / PR #573. CP20 is delivered through the completed #543/#555 and #558/#552 chain; #557's independent review and delivery are also complete. IO1 is delivered through #542's bounded successor #567 and PR #568. #542 exhausted its third attempt after PR #566 exposed a hermetic fixture gap and Astra LOW found lost workspace-sort status coverage in the bounded repair; #567 restored that one status control without a fourth #542 attempt. The global eight-partial barrier is clear. Lane-A evidence-only #668 occupies one slot without product or artifact ownership; lane B may use the second for the path-disjoint bounded CP8 continuous-parameter mapping-admissibility slice.

#605 stopped at record b2c2d120 after final reviewed head 4a63daf0, correction c14cc8b2; prior source FAIL records 2f1c7995 and 875a70f6 Astra LOW's residual audit selected explicit quiescent publication of the existing two-handle scalar makeup snapshot to delivery-facade StateGet. Two scope FAILs were corrected before scope PASS. All three implementation attempts failed. The final attempt resolved fault/cancellation/ownership/allocation controls but still lacked all-ingress subset/order, second-record invalid and encoded-byte preservation, plus exact cached-replay output/precedence evidence. GitHub #605 is closed as stopped. No fourth correction or artifact probe is authorized; a bounded qualification successor must inherit the pushed implementation. #607 is disjoint.
#608 / PR #613 delivered at merge 9e113be98cf31c1eaf4297b0a031518244b71c33 from reviewed head 092b5eea The single scalar endpoint fixture proves the three residual groups. CP8 remains open beyond this bounded semantic predicate.
#576 / #579 / #580 / PR #582 merged defa979cbf0bf86b4ebba2f52b0647eb01b9ff29 from reviewed head 2b1a7d5a46a2caaaba599f30e12b1c6e36d119ff Lane A preserved the two three-attempt hard stops, then #580 corrected only cap-before-allocation and bitwise PCM proof. Lane B qualified and pinned AudioWorklet SHA-256 29abe2fa838ad4c24cbf19db9ac4185ac95c98d8e4f9e49ed8d668a35e577226. Astra LOW exact-head PASS, required run 34166908792 and post-main run 34167312256 succeeded; all three issues are closed and their path holds are released. Pairing and lifecycle publication remain later #444 children.

The #470 graph/builtins path hold is released after merged delivery and successful post-main qualification. Its clean feature worktree and both detached qualification worktrees were removed after their provisional overlays were verified as represented by delivered pin/evidence. #570 is delivered, its crates/graph/src/lib.rs bind-validation path hold is released, and its clean feature and detached qualification worktrees were removed after delivery and overlay verification. Lane A's #571/#572 chain is delivered in PR #574, merge bf882a84, after Astra LOW exact-head PASS, required PR run 34152637318, and post-main run 34153096917; both issues are closed. #575 is delivered in PR #577 at merge 254b9d86 after required PR, fuzz and post-main success; its B1b protocol/controller and scalar-Point test path hold is released. #578 is delivered in PR #581 at merge 735197b1 after required PR/fuzz and post-main qualification/fuzz success; its caller-buffer protocol/controller and scalar-Point test path hold is released. #583 is delivered in PR #584 at merge 4ef2ee1c after required PR and post-main qualification success; its bench-support sysinfo and protocol/conformance benchmark path hold is released. Lane A's #576/#579/#580 chain is delivered in PR #582 at merge defa979c after Astra LOW exact-head PASS, required run 34166908792, post-main run 34167312256, and lane-B AudioWorklet qualification/pinning. Its endpoint/test/prepare-test-seam/host-core-dev-feature/spec/evidence and artifact qualification holds are released. #585 is delivered in PR #586 at merge 6984c61a after Astra LOW exact-head PASS and required PR/post-main qualification; its graph benchmark metadata path hold is released. Production backend selection is unchanged. Preserve historical engine-js-hex-authorities at 2576bbc6942c51b3a25e68e318de71c7fc6e5ca8; its invalid Sol implementation is not Luna evidence and must not be silently reintegrated.

For delivered #555, frozen product source is e4f46fa808e413507d204e81b6a4ebc27254869c and the shipped Wasm hash is 6452f0db237da1d57b3594e7d95dd53a089a604d5b0791ea8b3533c5930c5a1c. The ordinary six-file artifact passed ABI/resources/PCM, three-browser qualification and mutations, Astra MEDIUM review, repository pinning, post-pin byte matching, PR CI, and the repaired post-main gate. #552 consumed those delivered bytes without regenerating or repinning them, and its delivery order remains preserved.

Durable raw evidence is under the relevant pushed branches and delivered main: artifacts/issue555-*, artifacts/issue563-*, artifacts/issue558-attempt1, artifacts/issue558-review, artifacts/issue557-qualification, artifacts/issue470-delivery-qualification, artifacts/issue470-wasm-resource-derivation.md, and artifacts/issue570-*. Read manifests and retain lossless raw captures. #570 supersedes #470's historical artifact pin with qualified Wasm SHA-256 0d447edfd651bd1292ffbce81ec8923a8b20c063722b7bfacaf073e3fa36c357.

The post-#608 residual audit marks CP4, IO5, TOOL9 and TOOL11 delivered for their bounded launch-useful outcomes. IO5's automatic clock/lifecycle, CAPI/browser host activation, graph/bank binding, broader parameter/effect rollout and segments remain explicitly separate successor capabilities; they are not silently claimed by the scalar vertical slice. See each row below.

Current documentation disposition — 2026-09-08

Owned findings: 42 total

CP1 — prepared-effect handoff and limited allocation observation delivered; front-half open

Original candidate (N/A, high): Whole compile front-half keyed by heap-String GraphNodeId; ~15-20k allocations per 64-track compile that lower then interns to u32 Location: graph-compiler/src/schedule.rs:9-278, ids.rs:50-110.

crates/graph/src/lib.rs:29 still owns StableGraphId(String); graph-compiler/src/ids.rs constructs owned IDs and schedule.rs uses graph-ID keyed collections. Lowering subsequently interns nodes. The claimed 15–20k allocations for 64 tracks is not independently measured here. A compact compile-side identity change must preserve canonical order/diagnostics; no delivered interned front half is established.

PR #648 merged as 4acfa4a1c25248e47bdd6bc14e34c9cb6ac43447 after required PR and post-main qualification. It delivers the bounded compiler-private prepared-effect handoff from #633/#636/#642/#644: repeated owned (track, rack, effect) maps/clones in compile.rs, ids.rs and banks.rs became index-aligned identity with causal processor/control/sidechain/bank association evidence and a qualified shipped AudioWorklet pin. It makes no allocation or whole-front-half claim. #650/#652/#654 exhausted their bounded measurement attempts; #657/PR #658 delivered only a limited read-only reconciliation of preserved observations at merge 561c4345, while retaining #654's procedural failure and making no general allocation claim. Schedule, PDC, cycle, reduction, buffer identity and the owned-string compiler front half remain open.

CP2 — open

Original candidate (N/A, high): program::lower runs 3× per plan; cached program discarded at bind because 8 fields are pub for tests Location: graph/src/lib.rs:840-868,906,824,1017.

graph/src/lib.rs:861–906 explicitly documents the three lowering callers: construction, bank attachment, and bind re-derivation. new initializes the cache; bind calls lowered after structural validation. Public mutable semantic fields and repair/rebind semantics still justify revalidation. “Three times” is the attach path, not every possible plan. A sealed/reusable derivation needs a contract change, not deletion of validation.

CP3 — open

Original candidate (N/A, medium): has_valid_structural_layout re-runs the topological/permutation checks the compiler and lower both already prove Location: graph/src/lib.rs:630-716.

graph/src/lib.rs:657 still checks node/level/schedule/bank structural layout and bind invokes it at 1049 before lowering. Compiler-produced validity does not eliminate hostile public-plan obligations.

CP4 — delivered

Original candidate (N/A, medium): Bind builds six string-keyed BTreeSets and then .clone()s one of them Location: graph/src/lib.rs:958-996.

PR497 merge396a97119583704888d7b2a20830c5720e16b189 removes only all_supplied owned clone/extend in graph bind, using borrowed union equality. Astra exact-head PASS and required34012375226 SUCCESS; GitHub495 CLOSED. Other supplied/required/member/claim/observer collections and claimed_nodes Vec remain; no measured speedup or allocation-free binding claim. PR501 merge95abdd015e28823905800d051d03837255d91612 closes498: both intermediate claimed-node Vecs removed, direct borrowed-claim set collection preserves validation/ownership/source mapping; graph/source real-render and current artifact gates pass, exact-head Astra PASS and required34013469825 SUCCESS. Resulting sets and other CP4 work remain.

#570 / PR #573 merged ed1dbf87a611abe535af67ed7c237c04534ce1ce and closes the remaining bounded CP4 bind slice. Five transient BTreeSet populations became capacity-sized borrowed vectors with sorted/deduplicated membership, two-cursor coverage/overlap checks and adjacent observer-pair uniqueness; no bind-local tree or clone remains in the audited block. Discriminating fixtures preserve unsorted caller input, duplicate requirements, bank exclusions, exact diagnostics and returned observer owners. Astra LOW passed source, artifact and exact reviewed head; required run 34151815982 and post-main run 34152286739 succeeded. The ordinary six-file artifact was independently rebuilt and pinned at 0d447edfd651bd1292ffbce81ec8923a8b20c063722b7bfacaf073e3fa36c357. CP4 is delivered without claiming allocation-free binding or a measured speedup.

CP5 — open

Original candidate (N/A, medium): Four rack enums (two with conflicting Ord), two identical stable-id newtypes, two conversions, two token tables Location: session/src/model.rs:536, effect-compiler/src/prepare.rs:844, graph/src/lib.rs:28,50, rack/src/lib.rs:42.

session/src/model.rs:541 RackName, effect-compiler/src/prepare.rs:845 EffectRack, graph/src/lib.rs:51 RackId and rack/src/lib.rs:42 RackLocation remain separate, alongside owned stable IDs and conversions. Unification must preserve each ordering/wire vocabulary; differing order alone is not proof of an audio defect.

CP6 — open

Original candidate (N/A, medium): Three identical {code, path} diagnostic types; the three sorted() copies already disagree about dedup Location: effect-compiler/src/diagnostic.rs:1-20, builtins-compiler/src/lib.rs:233-250, graph/src/lib.rs:284-303.

EffectDiagnostic, BuiltinDiagnostic and GraphDiagnostic remain separate code/path types. effect-compiler/src/diagnostic.rs:11 sorts; builtins lib.rs:244 and graph lib.rs:295 also deduplicate. Shared implementation must retain explicit diagnostic multiplicity contracts.

CP8 — #614 delivered; parent remains open

Original candidate (N/A, high): effect-package restates ~400 lines of effect-contract's descriptor law; the _parts fix pattern already exists for one rule Location: effect-package/src/wire.rs:1303-1633 vs effect-contract/src/lib.rs:460-773.

effect-package/src/wire.rs:1303 onward still independently implements parameter/descriptor semantics alongside effect-contract/src/lib.rs. Existing _parts sharing and differential parity fixtures are useful antecedents, not consolidation of the remaining law. Preserve wire-specific error offsets/order while sharing semantic predicates.

CP9 — open

Original candidate (N/A, medium): Three near-identical #[repr(C)] wire diagnostics; only one has as_str and a frozen-numbering test Location: effect-package/src/diagnostic.rs:1-197.

effect-package/src/diagnostic.rs retains three repr(C) diagnostic structures at 27/92/176. Descriptor wire codes have as_str and a frozen-code test at 215; that does not consolidate or supply equivalent coverage for every diagnostic family. Preserve ABI numbers/layouts.

CP10 — open

Original candidate (N/A, medium): ~200 naked wire-offset literals hand-kept in three parallel tables Location: effect-package/src/wire.rs:403-470,786-1030.

effect-package/src/wire.rs still contains separately maintained literal-offset read/write/validation tables in the original wire sections. No replacement single field-layout authority is established. This is a bounded wire-maintenance outcome, not permission to alter the wire.

CP11 — open

Original candidate (N/A, medium): Four giant files (one 97% inline tests); concrete per-item module assignments given Location: graph-compiler/src/lib.rs:264-10166 and 3 others.

Large inline test modules remain, e.g. graph-compiler/src/lib.rs:264, graph lib.rs:1637, builtins compiler lib.rs:3666. Audit-era exact percentages/file lengths are stale after added tests. File organization remains distinct from a performance claim and must not become a large mandatory DSP rewrite.

CP12 — open

Original candidate (N/A, medium): Compiler crate holds 10 render process/observe impls; render crate holds the compiler's caps, diagnostics and the lowering pass Location: builtins-compiler/src/lib.rs:364-666,2963-3131; graph/src/lib.rs:160-303; graph/src/program.rs:487.

Builtins compiler still owns actual processor implementations while graph owns GraphResourceEstimate, GraphCompileCaps, diagnostics and program::lower. Delivered #429/#430 added valid pair execution but did not complete this crate-boundary reorganization. Moving code is not itself evidence of runtime improvement.

CP14 — open

Original candidate (A, medium): Runtime un-flattens ExecutionProgram's contiguous SoA into three Box<[..]> per op (~900 small allocations) Location: graph/src/runtime.rs:415-430,2564-2588 vs graph/src/program.rs:106-124.

graph/src/runtime.rs:450–459 RuntimeOp owns boxed inputs/staged inputs/observers; build_op converts collections to boxes, while ExecutionProgram retains flattened input ranges. Empty boxes do not necessarily allocate, so the original ~900-allocation estimate is not a present measurement. A flattened runtime representation must preserve borrow/order/observer behavior and account actual owned storage.

CP16 — open

Original candidate (N/A, low): 4/6 CompileCaps fields documented-inert; 8/11 GraphCompileCaps fields always u64::MAX; unused _session params; speculative active_mask Location: session/src/compile.rs:17-243, graph/src/lib.rs:250-283, host-core/src/prepare.rs:732.

session/src/compile.rs:17 explicitly documents four inert caps retained since #241; _session remains at 188. Host prepare still supplies numerous unbounded graph caps while enforcing concrete host totals. #241 explains rather than removes this vocabulary. Removing inert fields/public compatibility requires explicit scope; do not reinterpret all current concrete caps as inert.

CP18 — open

Original candidate (N/A, low): session_structural_symmetry computed twice per prepare; each track id heap-allocated three times Location: host-core/src/prepare.rs:656-698,900-906.

Host prepare recomputes session_structural_symmetry at 943; builtins compiler structural symmetry is also used to prepare its witness (3268). Owned track-ID joins remain. The exact historical three-allocation count is not remeasured. Reuse the already-prepared structural witness only with the same ownership and mono eligibility rules.

CP19 — open

Original candidate (N/A, medium): 294 KB CompiledSession deep-cloned per structural compile (tracked #162); GraphResourceEstimate is 23 u64s but not Copy Location: graph-compiler/src/compile.rs:169,553,572,652.

graph-compiler/src/compile.rs:169 still clones effects.session; estimate clones remain at 553/572/652 and GraphResourceEstimate remains a Clone struct in graph lib. The historical 294KB/23-field counts are not current measured facts. Reconcile existing #162 ownership before creating another session-clone product; its remote status is not asserted by this source-only report.

CP20 — delivered

Original candidate (N/A, low): 14 hex encoders in 3 styles; node_text/node_text_len twin kept in step by a test when a fmt::Write sink already exists in the file Location: graph-compiler/src/canonical.rs:27-91,363-372 + 12 sites.

Issue500/PR505 merged71059eab after exact-head Astra PASS and required qualification34015869156 SUCCESS. Shared borrowed node/edge visitors unify text and stack-only UTF8 lengths without changing canonical bytes. Issue506/PR507 merged0fc4e959 consolidated all three bench-package encoders onto the existing bench-support authority. #509/PR510 merged0b8cf178 after exact-head Astra PASS and required34018216304 SUCCESS, consolidating the five audit one-shot SHA-256 helpers. #512/PR513 mergeda6a59030 with exact-head Astra PASS and required34019289183 SUCCESS consolidated four DSP test encoders. #543/#555 then delivered the Rust authority and qualified pinned Wasm artifact at b20b27d5e3ddc1a1246d003d857ced0bf0cba0c4. #558/#552/PR565 delivered the SDK and browser package-boundary authorities, complete provenance closure, and corrected mutation fixture at b95c9b7b028ed07cfea2f7669467689c05320c37; Astra LOW PASS, required run34134155615 SUCCESS, and post-main34134793857 SUCCESS. CP20's scoped shared-helper outcome is delivered. Broader formatting or unrelated decorated diagnostic/repin cleanup is outside this row and was not claimed.

IO1 — delivered

Original candidate (N/A, medium): conformance corpus + MockProvider ship inside the library; 33.8 % of the crate is inline tests Location: crates/protocol/src/{lib.rs:74-77,conformance.rs:1-487,controller.rs:618-810}.

Protocol lib still exports the runtime conformance decoder, while the test corpus and MockProvider are gated by test/test-support. #369/PR375 removed the production mock dependency. #542 then separated the remaining production/test boundary and added a fail-closed dependency policy; after its third attempt froze, successor #567 restored discriminating workspace-sort status coverage. PR #568 merged as 3ac24f7f after Astra LOW exact-head PASS, required run 34141350867 SUCCESS and post-main 34141925435 SUCCESS. Both issues are closed and IO1 is delivered; the historical 33.8% figure was not reused as a claim.

IO2 — open

Original candidate (N/A, medium): 42 encode entry points repeat one three-statement body; one generic codec + the existing MessageSpec table replaces ~350 lines Location: crates/protocol/src/message_wire.rs:862-1980.

protocol/src/message_wire.rs:874 onward still supplies numerous individual encode entry points around shared payload machinery. No complete MessageSpec-driven entry-point consolidation is established. Preserve exact public signatures and buffer/error semantics; historical 42/350 counts are not re-certified.

IO3 — open

Original candidate (N/A, medium): the 17-message registry is spelled out in seven hand-maintained tables Location: wire.rs:98-165, typed_frame.rs:41-106, controller.rs:1036-1080, :2340-2402, schema.rs:259+.

Message IDs, typed-frame dispatch, controller response matching and schema definitions remain separately enumerated in wire.rs, typed_frame.rs, controller.rs and schema.rs. Current protocol additions do not establish one registry authority. Original 17/seven-table counts are historical.

IO5 — delivered for the scalar makeup vertical slice

Original candidate (N/A, high): the accepted-automation queue has no render-side drain; two disconnected automation models exist Location: crates/protocol/src/queue.rs:196-283, controller.rs:3643-3675, crates/effect-contract/src/live.rs:44-90.

#370/PR395 b2320435 delivered the explicit deferral, not a DSP drain. #460/PR472 4a814f34 subsequently delivered opt-in shared delivery ownership through completion/cancellation (protocol/src/delivery.rs, lib exports), including retained reservations and reliable publication ordering. This is a real service capability, not host enablement. It does NOT connect accepted sample-time batches to two-offset actual DSP/PCM; #140 retains that application/model contract. EffectControlLane remains a different live block-boundary path. The earlier semantics paragraph saying “no render-side drain” must be read as current integrated DSP delivery status, not denial of the new opt-in ownership API. PR #527/#524 merged af22dfa after Astra PASS and required qualification34036725143SUCCESS; GitHub524CLOSED. Delivers scalar native compressor checked no-sample Points and resident current/target reads preserving smoothing. Actual admitted Point-to-PCM remains next under numbered528; controller/graph/host publication, banks, other effects/parameters and segments remain. Post-main34037080852 SUCCESS verified. Concurrent docs-only base drift and missed premerge stop are candidly reviewed in docs/audits/524-merge-base-addendum.md. PR529/#528 merged301a57c6 delivers admitted borrowed scalar makeup Points through real460 ownership to actual PCM with resident readback, retained terminal credit, cancellation and realtime proof. Required34068769666SUCCESS; remote528CLOSED; post-main34069116374SUCCESS. The next controller facade and later controller-supplied executor/graph/host integration remain; this leaf does not close IO5. PR531/#530 mergedf39c9fa7 delivers typed controller admission/replay to one queue/delivery owner with real boundary cancellation and single event sequence; remote530CLOSED, qualification34071781693/fuzz34071781784SUCCESS. This does not yet invoke the scalar renderer; the direct combined constructor is next. Host/framed/live-state integration remains. PR533/#532 mergedfe58709c after required34074676255SUCCESS, Luna1/Astra PASS and explicit reviewed-base/merge-parent assertions; remote532CLOSED. The combined preparation now directly binds actual controller-owned Points to scalar compressor PCM/native snapshot using one service; real typed replay, future boundary, caller clock, prefix1 cancellation and exact allocation authority pass. Earlier next/no-invocation statements describe prior checkpoints and are superseded for this scalar typed leaf. Host/framed/live-state, automatic lifecycle/clock, graph binding and broader effects/parameters/banks remain. Post-main34075018919SUCCESS; final closure67372bd2upstream.

#575 / PR #577 merged as 254b9d86d720da8463739a407b055b4a7596f001 from reviewed head 5b4c48ef15e21b6a56255bcb8c441f6f45367747. The existing B1b decoder is exposed through ControllerAutomationDelivery with its existing delivery context, and actual encoded asymmetric Points reach #532 scalar compressor PCM/native snapshot. Exact replay, changed-byte reuse, malformed input, revision/value/handle refusal, bounded saturation, cancellation, unsupported whole-batch work and the ordinary-controller separation all retain the delivered ownership law, including that an acknowledgment cannot precede a drop. Astra LOW passed source, artifact and exact-head/current-base review. Required PR qualification 34156874937, fuzz 34156875039 and post-main qualification 34157315893 succeeded; #575 is closed. The ordinary six-file AudioWorklet artifact is byte-identical to #570 and keeps pin 0d447edfd651bd1292ffbce81ec8923a8b20c063722b7bfacaf073e3fa36c357 under #570's original browser attribution. Full caller-buffer framing, CAPI/browser host activation, live StateGet, automatic clock/lifecycle, graph/bank/effect/parameter/segment rollout remain successors, so IO5 stays partial.

#578 / PR #581 merged as 735197b1bc94006eeb1c42ad447ab02bf61696d5 from exact reviewed head 46490f6af6981d83851afa20546114f26ac0e728. The existing complete caller-buffer machinery is exposed through ControllerAutomationDelivery with its existing delivery context. Zero/short/exact output reservation, cached replay retention, malformed outer versus correlatable payload errors, request-ID reuse, real asymmetric Point-to-PCM through caller-buffer and B1b ingress, cancellation ownership, fixed facade restrictions and the ack-before-drop law pass. Luna HIGH implementation received Astra LOW source PASS on attempt two, artifact PASS and exact-head/current-base PASS. Required PR qualification 34163145006, PR fuzz 34163144945, post-main qualification 34163575770 and post-main fuzz 34163575742 succeeded; #578 is closed. The six-file AudioWorklet artifact remains byte-identical to #570 at pin 0d447edfd651bd1292ffbce81ec8923a8b20c063722b7bfacaf073e3fa36c357 under the original #570 browser attribution. Host activation, live StateGet, automatic clock/lifecycle, graph/bank/effect/parameter/segment rollout remain successors, so IO5 stays partial.

#605 exhausted three preserved implementation attempts while introducing explicit quiescent
publication of the existing two-handle scalar makeup snapshot to StateGet. Qualification successor
#608 corrected the impossible encoded reverse-order premise, preserved distinct B1b and
caller-buffer replay behavior, and delivered all remaining ingress, encoded-payload and exact-output
controls through PR #613 at merge 9e113be98cf31c1eaf4297b0a031518244b71c33. Required PR
qualification 34198155506, fuzz 34198155504 and post-main qualification 34199226167 passed;
the ordinary six-file artifact remained byte-identical to canonical #587 at pin 39ebe7cd….

Astra LOW's post-delivery audit marks the original disconnected-automation defect delivered for
the bounded scalar makeup path: accepted Points reach actual PCM through one ownership authority,
typed/B1b/caller-buffer ingress, and explicit native-state publication back to StateGet, with
cancellation, retained credit, replay, output reservation and the ack-before-drop law preserved.
Automatic clocks/lifecycle, CAPI/browser activation, graph/bank binding, broader parameters/effects
and segments remain separately scoped successor capabilities and are not counted as delivered here.

IO6 — open

Original candidate (N/A, medium): admission is ~5.3 M iterations per 256-record batch and validates every batch twice Location: crates/protocol/src/queue.rs:243-278, :1098-1211.

protocol/src/queue.rs:243 validates record order/overlap; validate_automation at1121 revalidates and scans density/interval structures; batch construction also validates. #460 deliberately preserved admission behavior. The original 5.3M-iteration cost is not measured here. Optimize only while preserving cross-batch overlap/density and atomic ack semantics.

IO10 — open

Original candidate (N/A, medium): codes 3 and 5 mean different things natively and in the browser with no test saying so; capi discards PrepareRejection; two ungenerated JS copies Location: crates/capi/src/abi.rs:11-29, hosts/host-web/src/lib.rs:69-100, sidecars/flac-decoder/src/lib.rs:23-39.

Native ABI, web result constants and decoder result vocabulary remain separate; web still has its own constants at lib.rs:69 onward. Different boundary codes are not automatically wrong, but explicit mapping/contract tests and generated consumer authority are the original remaining outcome. Do not equate SDK parity work with a Rust result-code unification or change pinned wire numbers.

IO11 — open

Original candidate (N/A, medium): six parameter vocabularies declared 2-3× plus ~180 lines of conversions between the copies Location: effect-contract/src/lib.rs:133-142, session/src/model.rs:327-357, protocol/src/message_wire.rs:183-350.

Protocol message_wire.rs:185/224 retains ParameterDomain/ParameterUnit and explicit from_session conversions alongside session and effect-contract vocabularies. A shared law with boundary-specific representations remains a control-schema maintenance task.

IO12 — open

Original candidate (A, medium): the decode worker memcpys a whole planar quantum into the ring slot it could decode into Location: crates/source/src/native_source.rs:1690-1695, crates/source/src/lib.rs:849-854.

Native submission uses HostChunkProvider::submit_native_planar at source/lib.rs:924 and routes to submit_planes; the actual ring copy remains at853 from an existing decoded planar quantum. Shared submission logic avoids duplicate copies within the helper, but does not mean the decoder writes directly into the reserved ring slot. Preserve generation, EOF, sanitization and all-or-nothing publish.

IO13 — open

Original candidate (A, medium): 16 expect panic edges and plan-invariant shape re-derivation in the render pull path Location: crates/source/src/lib.rs:1160-1210, :1074-1100.

Source consumer still derives prepared channel/quantum offsets and contains expect edges in the production region around1076–1271. Current invariants may make them unreachable; source presence is not a reproduced panic. The audit's exact sixteen count is not re-certified. Bounded prevalidated indexing should preserve short-block zeroing/seek/underrun behavior.

IO15 — open

Original candidate (N/A, medium): two hand-maintained resource projections that must each track every allocation Location: crates/capi/src/runtime/compile.rs:106-205, hosts/host-web/src/lib.rs:2362-2434.

capi/src/runtime/compile.rs retains manual native resource composition (provider/report/build allocations) and host-web retains its WebResourceReport projection. Delivered pair work kept exact independent resource mirrors honest; it did not establish a single projection authority. Independent resource oracles are useful and must not be replaced with self-referential tests merely to reduce duplication.

IO16 — open

Original candidate (N/A, medium): every response zeroes a max_response_bytes Vec and is serialised twice Location: crates/protocol/src/controller.rs:2407-2418, typed_frame.rs:278-314.

protocol/src/controller.rs:2424 still allocates a zeroed max_response_bytes vector for encode_outcome_frame; prepared-response paths also allocate/encode at1779 onward. Existing measured encoders and replay guarantees do not establish removal of full-capacity zeroing/double serialization in the original path. Preserve exact replay bytes and reserve-before-commit.

IO17 — delivered

Original candidate (N/A, low): LocalRing is unused by any host and keeps two unsafe blocks alive for a smoke test Location: crates/engine/src/realtime/spsc.rs:456-556, crates/target-smoke/src/lib.rs:31-41.

The three-attempt #659 predecessor is retained as failed/superseded attribution. Successor #664 removed the unused LocalRing wrapper, its re-export, and smoke-only target API/test while preserving the shared SPSC implementation and substantive users; it also recalibrated the exact realtime-policy region inventory from 42 to 41 with a discriminating 41-to-40 mutation. Artifact applicability child #666 ran the single authorized repin-report probe and reproduced the delivered AudioWorklet digest 580e3cb4cd11e996598103f27b02d94559f6ef7ad57ef22732d18c0b4f98be10, so no pin or generated artifact changed. PR #667 merged exact reviewed head 989d75b374a6af2dc4ef6b7b24b9e24c9535403c as 7d16d9c9752c9ac2d31e69008fe075df86ce3c26; required PR qualification 34288961336, fuzz 34288961366, and post-main qualification 34289549593 succeeded. GitHub #664/#666 are closed. IO17 is delivered without reintroducing unsupported render scheduling or claiming host adoption.

Original candidate (N/A, high): ~600 lines of transport-neutral console-command ABI live in the wasm host; the C ABI cannot reach it Location: hosts/host-web/src/lib.rs:1594-2190.

Transport-neutral staged console transaction decoding/admission remains in host-web/src/lib.rs (submit_commands and private CommandRecord dispatch). CAPI has a protocol submit API, but that is not parity with this live console seam. Prior SDK ownership/parity PRs and #460 delivery ownership do not extract this shared Rust capability. Coordinate with current SDK owner before a future bounded shared service/native caller slice; do not bundle it with #140 DSP delivery.

IO19 — open

Original candidate (A, medium): the 1.94 MB browser artifact ships without any wasm-opt pass Location: scripts/build-web-audioworklet.sh:37-60.

Current scripts/build-web-audioworklet.sh builds release SIMD, strips debug info, remaps paths, hashes and publishes the resulting Wasm directly. There is no wasm-opt invocation. Fat LTO and debug stripping already occur, so “unoptimized artifact” would be false. Original 1.94MB is historical; repeated later artifact qualifications do not prove an optimizer pass or measured benefit. Any candidate optimizer needs pinned tool/flags and current bitwise/resource/browser identity, not a casual extra publication step.

IO20 — open

Original candidate (N/A, low): the RIFF/RF64 test-fixture writer is reimplemented five times Location: 5 sites, ~361 lines (see finding).

Independent RIFF writers remain, including source/native_source.rs float32_wave_at_rate, pcm16_wave and stereo_float32_wave at4191/4219/4242 and fixture helpers in host/CAPI tests. No shared fixture writer outcome is established. Original five-site/361-line total is not a current count or performance claim.

Original candidate (N/A, low): host-core re-checks the launch rate with its own array on a path where the check provably cannot fire Location: crates/host-core/src/prepare.rs:36, :129-133, crates/host-core/src/diagnostics.rs:15.

#622 removed the duplicate host-core launch-rate authority and unreachable second
check while preserving the typed engine authority plus Exact/ring mismatch
diagnostics. #623 qualified the resulting AudioWorklet artifact. PR #624 merged as
7af655071f528f5cfcfbec3fa6de3a306d79a30a; required qualification
34221561311 and post-main qualification 34222236748 succeeded, and GitHub
#622/#623 are closed. IO21 is delivered.

TOOL4 — open

Original candidate (N/A, medium): two JSON readers in one 6,025-line file for the same records; neither is the workspace's Location: tools/audit/src/fixture_builtins.rs:2675-2870.

tools/audit/src/fixture_builtins.rs:2680–2863 still contains find_json_field/string-number helpers and a separate JsonParser/object accessor family. Existing exact-key tests do not consolidate these readers. Keep strict diagnostics and fixture interpretation when selecting one parser.

TOOL5 — open

Original candidate (N/A, medium): MANIFEST.tsv has 4 Rust owners + 3 shell verifiers; the LC_ALL=C fix exists in only one copy Location: scripts/check-effect-runtime-fixtures.sh:5-24.

scripts/check-effect-runtime-fixtures.sh:5–24 still independently reads header/rows, checks length/hash/order and compares discovered population. It has no local LC_ALL=C assignment. Other Rust/shell owners of this manifest remain distinct; #406's different effect-runtime policy gate and #412 input checks do not establish this manifest-law consolidation. Preserve exact byte/order authority; do not silently count this checker in the closed306 roster.

TOOL6 — open

Original candidate (N/A, medium): nine hand-rolled RIFF/WAVE writers; crates/source owns the reader and nothing owns the writer Location: tools/audit/src/source_duration.rs:231-248.

tools/audit/src/source_duration.rs retains a RIFF fixture writer, alongside source/host/CAPI writers. The shared writer outcome overlaps IO-20; original nine/five counts are different historical populations, not separate justification for duplicate work. No common fixture writer is established.

TOOL7 — open

Original candidate (N/A, medium): re-implements stem-hasher's wave→canonical-PCM→SHA-256 and the launch bit-depth set without depending on it Location: tools/native-pcm-runner/src/lib.rs:393-431.

tools/native-pcm-runner/src/lib.rs:393–431 retains hash_canonical_wave and wave_bit_depth; Cargo manifest does not depend on stem-hasher. Current implementation hashes the accepted PCM data range and rewinds; avoid claiming an additional decode/normalization step not in this source. Shared identity/accepted-encoding authority remains the actual consolidation opportunity.

TOOL9 — delivered

Original candidate (N/A, medium): 7 Metadata structs, 4 Percentiles, 4× three formatters, 18 mega format! record templates Location: tools/bench/src/console.rs:1678-1712.

PR386 introduced/reused shared stats/sysinfo helpers and removed specific console/wasm-console duplication. Current bench session/graph/rack/interchange/conformance/protocol/builtins still define local Metadata structures, and rack/builtins Percentiles plus record formatting remain. Do not repeat the original seven/four/eighteen counts as a fresh census. Remaining schema-specific records must stay separate from truly duplicated collection/statistical law. #554 / PR #556 delivered the shared six-field percentile summary. #557 / PR #561 delivered HostToolchainFacts for the session/conformance acquisition intersection while preserving distinct projections. #583 / PR #584 delivered shared command-output acquisition for protocol/conformance; #585 / PR #586 extended it to graph without changing graph's distinct empty/failure projection. #588 / PR #589 delivered the identical session/conformance missing_metadata string-array assembly. #590 / PR #591 delivered the session/protocol nonempty environment lookup authority. #593 / PR #595 delivered the conformance/protocol exact-prefix CPU-model parser. Each numbered issue is closed after required PR and post-main qualification.

Astra LOW's post-#593 audit found one final duplicate at tools/bench/src/effect_contract.rs: #590's nonempty environment lookup followed by an intentionally local quote substitution. #596 / PR #597 delivered only that one-file lookup migration at merge be17e329, preserving the local substitution, six callers and exact record. Required PR and post-main qualification succeeded. Astra LOW's final closure audit at the delivered merge confirms that #554/#557/#583/#585/#588/#590/#593/#596 cover the concrete shared percentile, acquisition, JSON array, fallback and CPU-parser laws. Other inspected metadata structures and record assemblers differ in fields, missing-value rules, character policies or acquisition choices; unifying them would change semantics or invent a schema/framework redesign. TOOL9 is delivered.

TOOL10 — open

Original candidate (N/A, low): two wasmtime embeddings, two digest-word protocols, two runtime pins; the 5-crate split itself is justified Location: tools/wasm-gates/src/lib.rs:251-262tools/wasm-console/src/main.rs:299-325.

tools/wasm-gates and tools/wasm-console each depend on pinned wasmtime47.0.3 and retain separate embeddings/digest exchange implementations. Equal current versions are not one pin authority. Keep the justified crate split and different execution purposes; no extra generic runtime framework follows from this row.

TOOL11 — delivered

Original candidate (N/A, high): scan_forbidden fixes #306's bug and 20 sibling gates re-implement the broken form; 5 copies of one awk Location: scripts/check-workspace-policy.sh:20-50.

#306/#403 and their delivered children completed the frozen checked-producer/extractor/status/mutation scope across the21-gate roster, plus owned Wasm/workspace discovery repairs. #401 consolidates all five original dependency extractors. Final closure reconciliation /tmp/astra-306-403-closure-reconciliation.md maps all children through PR477. The excluded declarative-rule step2 remains an original349 obligation; do not imply closing306/403 completed it. Approved bespoke wrappers remain legitimate—requiring every gate to source the helper would invent a new acceptance criterion.

Astra LOW's post-merge residual audit at delivered main 6fe8676e1537bc2c952ac87ee2fe31c545438474 found no further concrete original-scope obligation. The #306/#403 chain completed checked producers, discovery, status propagation and mutation coverage; #401/#423 consolidated the five original dependency extractors. #598 / PR #604 delivered the previously excluded declarative-rule capability with preserved lane-policy semantics and adversarial loader controls. Required PR qualification 34188835386 and post-main qualification 34189229062 succeeded. Approved bespoke wrappers remain legitimate; universal gate migration and TOOL12's generic mutation framework are not closure requirements. TOOL11 is delivered.

TOOL12 — open

Original candidate (N/A, medium): 35 mutation harnesses / 5,610 lines with 12 verbatim expect_failure copies and no shared harness Location: scripts/test-rack-policy.sh:20.

Numerous test-*-policy.sh harnesses remain separate. #306-family delivery added discriminating directed tests and reused the gate helper; it did not create the proposed shared mutation-harness outcome. Original35/5,610/12 counts are not current. A reusable assertion must preserve precise intended-operation failure versus setup failure, complete payload and same-assertion controls; no mass migration is authorized here.

TOOL15 — open

Original candidate (N/A, low): 70/70 raw/accepted jsonl pairs byte-identical: ~4.5 MB of the 9.85 MB is a second copy Location: artifacts/ (scripts/run-console-benchmark.sh:266-268).

run-console-benchmark.sh:612 still copies validated raw bytes to accepted output. New qualified captures intentionally retain both under current disposition rules. The audit's70 pairs/4.5MB/9.85MB totals are not current measurements. Deduplicating representations requires explicit preservation/promotion semantics; lossless exceptional log encoding is not a general raw/accepted dedupe implementation.

TOOL16 — open

Original candidate (N/A, medium): the canonical-JSON leaf-type tables are hand-transcribed from Rust beside a working Rust→TS codegen pipeline Location: sdk/src/internal/session-json.ts:13-62.

sdk/src/internal/session-json.ts still hand-declares ROOT_KEYS and nested canonical serialization vocabularies next to Rust-derived SDK codegen. Later SDK work does not prove these leaf/order tables are generated from Rust. Preserve exact canonical JSON and current SDK ownership before any generator change.

Archived pre-FX2 coordination

The superseded checkpoint ledger from the post-#587 boundary through the FX2
handoff is preserved verbatim in Git at commit
3df85e7494ef53f7f149fb8b387eb3a487d07627, this file, lines 367-1376.
The authoritative post-FX2 boundary below replaced that history for execution;
the archive grants no live authorization and need not be replayed to resume.

Authoritative post-FX2 issue boundary

The stale pending sentence immediately above is historical. Post-main qualification
34241927408 succeeded with all 16 expected jobs, GitHub #621 and #630 are closed,
and all seven clean #621/#627/#628/#630 worktrees were removed without --force.
Delivered main remains d98646db47bc603c32431d999cd08f43a0168043 and both issue
slots are free. The boundary inventory found no local numbered main spec without a
matching GitHub issue; tracker-only #559/#560 match their open GitHub bodies exactly,
and #621/#627/#628/#630 match closed GitHub issues.

Lane A is opening a documentation-only FX3 owner-disposition child after Astra LOW
scope PASS. It owns no lane-B product, artifact, qualification, or pin path. Lane B's
artifact authority remains unchanged and its implementation slot is free.

Lane-A child #632 is open at exact pushed documentation-only brief 0ad74cef.
It owns no lane-B product, artifact, qualification or pin path. #632 occupies one
issue slot; lane B's disjoint slot remains free.

Lane-A #632 is PR-ready at exact Astra LOW-reviewed head 6476c90c from live
main d98646db. It still owns no lane-B or artifact path; lane B's slot remains
free.

CP1 child #633, “Index prepared effects without owned compiler tuple keys,” is open
at exact clean pushed brief f84469fa from main d98646db. The bounded source
slice owns graph-compiler compile.rs, ids.rs and banks.rs: replace repeated
owned (track, rack, effect) handoffs with compiler-private index-aligned identity
while preserving public graph IDs, canonical order/bytes, diagnostics, sidechains
and bank membership. Scheduling/PDC/cycle/buffer identity remains a recorded CP1
residual. A separate successor must qualify transient allocation counts after
source PASS. #632/#633 fill both disjoint active slots; no #633 implementation is
authorized before Astra LOW scope review.

Astra LOW passed #633's current applicability and bounded scope at exact clean
pushed brief f84469fa; authorization is synchronized at 3d16d2b0. Luna
HIGH/XHIGH attempt 1 owns only graph-compiler compile.rs, ids.rs, banks.rs
and narrow existing tests. Direct swapped track/rack/slot identity, routed-
sidechain and homogeneous/heterogeneous bank order controls must distinguish any
misassociation. Public graph IDs, schedule/PDC, artifacts, timing and allocation
claims remain excluded. #632/#633 continue to fill the two disjoint slots.

Lane-A FX3 delivery

Lane-A #632/PR #634 delivered the documentation-only FX3 class-B disposition at
merge 62045f40 after Astra LOW PASS, required PR qualification 34244332532
and post-main qualification 34244600215. GitHub #632 is closed. No product,
artifact, qualification or pin path changed; lane A's slot is released pending
clean worktree removal. Lane-B #633 remains active.

Lane-A #632's clean delivered worktree was removed without --force, and main is
synchronized at 62045f40. The boundary union census found no local numbered
identity without a GitHub issue. #559/#560 are open and synchronized, #632 is
closed, and lane-B #633 remains the sole active issue.

Lane-A FX4 evidence child #635 is open at exact pushed brief 186e6b30. Its
stage-1 spec and compact lowering-evidence paths are disjoint from lane-B #633's
graph-compiler ownership and from all artifact qualification/pin paths. #633/#635
occupy the two active issue slots.

Astra LOW passed lane-A #635's stage-1 scope at exact head 186e6b30. Sole Luna
HIGH executor /root/issue635_luna_high may run its one untimed lowering capture;
no graph-compiler, artifact or pin path is owned. #633/#635 remain disjoint.

Astra LOW reviewed #633 attempt 1 at exact clean pushed source ff64e8ef. The
production index mapping is coherent, but the causal fixture failed scope: it
derived expected IDs from the same entries and did not deliberately swap track,
rack, slot or control ownership. Attempt 1 remains FAIL. Synchronized record
28edd102 authorizes one Luna attempt-2 correction limited to discriminating
tests and strictly necessary changes in the existing four paths. Include routed
sidechain and homogeneous/heterogeneous bank association witnesses; run the
uncredited release integration leg with a fresh isolated Cargo target. Allocation
measurement, artifacts, public graph IDs and scheduling/PDC remain forbidden.

Lane-A #635 stage-1 evidence is clean and pushed at b8cce3c4; no product or
artifact path changed. Astra LOW residual review is pending. #633/#635 remain the
two disjoint active slots and #635 has no source ownership yet.

Lane-A #635 attempt 1 is evidence FAIL at b8cce3c4; documentation-only correction
head f83be003 permits no compiler or source work. #633/#635 remain disjoint and
fill the two active slots.

#633 attempt 2 is FAIL at exact pushed implementation checkpoint
f9feadd0a7f91ba7af352f81108f8f8d0bfb77bc; the synchronized verdict is
16af50afe78f7ce30c3dc1d4b60b63ba92e17126. Production mapping remains
coherent and frozen. The fixture still lacks deliberate crossed-association
sensitivity, an independently distinguishable control target, exact routed-
sidechain destination/port assertions, and heterogeneous bank member/program
assertions. Luna's unapproved second release retry receives no evidence credit.
Only final attempt 3 may correct those bounded tests and run each authorized gate
once, stopping at first failure. #633/#635 remain the two disjoint active slots.

Lane-A #635 attempt 2 is evidence FAIL at 764ba327; final correction brief
202f75b3 owns documentation only and no compiler/source/artifact path. #633/#635
remain the two disjoint slots.

#633 final attempt 3 is FAIL at exact clean pushed checkpoint 9469b827;
the hard-stop record is pushed at 14a9e0eb. Processor-crossing PCM, exact
sidechain routing and bank association controls improved, but the crossed live-
control fixture proves only nonzero output and lacks a correct-control or
independent expected-result discriminator. The one release track_delay collision
receives no credit. No production defect was found. The three-attempt rule forbids
a fourth correction, so GitHub #633 is closed as superseded with all checkpoints
preserved. Its slot is released for one narrowly bounded qualification successor;
allocation qualification and artifact work remain unauthorized. Lane-A #635 is
the other active slot.

CP1 qualification successor #636 is open at exact clean pushed brief b1b9eb63,
inheriting #633's frozen coherent production source and preserved three-attempt
record. Its only edit scope is the existing graph-compiler test fixture: add an
independent correct-versus-crossed live-control result oracle and qualify one
predeclared release track_delay command in fresh target
/tmp/issue636-release-track-delay-34982484. Production, manifests,
dependencies, locks, allocation measurement, compiler captures and artifacts are
excluded. Astra LOW scope PASS is required before Luna work. #635/#636 occupy the
two disjoint active slots.

Astra LOW passed #636 scope at exact clean pushed brief b1b9eb63 after #635's
peer correction 2c1f8f99; synchronized authorization is 4ec4bb42. Luna attempt
1 may edit only the existing graph-compiler association fixture/adjacent helper,
preserve frozen production and inherited controls, and add an independent correct-
versus-crossed live-control result. The literal fresh-target release integration
command and every other gate may run once, with an immediate stop on failure. No
retry, allocation, artifact, compiler capture, manifest or production work is
authorized.

#636 attempt 1 is FAIL at exact clean pushed test checkpoint 10cdc31c;
synchronized disposition 1807b4a8 preserves the result. The focused test passed,
but the changed target/decoy values still end in a nonzero-output assertion and do
not compare correct versus crossed PCM. The literal release integration command
ran once and stopped before tests at the duplicate-output/E0463 collision; it
receives no credit and no retry. Attempt 2 may add only a bitwise correct-versus-
crossed PCM assertion after the release defect moves to a separately numbered
tooling issue and remaining gates are fixed. #635/#636 still occupy both slots;
the tooling child waits for #635 delivery.

Lane-A #635 final evidence PASS is recorded at clean pushed 146f8878, with no
source or artifact change. It awaits exact-head PR review and delivery; #633/#635
remain the two disjoint slots.

The final line above naming #633 as active is superseded. #633 is closed and #636
is active. Lane-A #635 peer synchronization and integrity refresh are pushed at
72b3908c; its accepted evidence is unchanged and exact-head PR review is pending.
#635/#636 are the two disjoint active slots.

Lane-A #635 PR #637 is open at exact reviewed head 72b3908c; required run
34249662644 is active. It remains disjoint from lane-B #636.

#635 merged through guarded PR #637 as d47b62ba with exact parents main
62045f40 and reviewed head 72b3908c after required PR run 34249662644
succeeded. Post-main run 34250520726 failed first on an artifact-download 403
and an offline missing-wasi cache entry. Astra authorized one failed-job rerun;
the artifact job recovered but the identical offline wasi miss recurred. No
further rerun is allowed. #636 is queued at 04197f36 and releases its active
slot; #635 plus a bounded qualification-cache preparation issue become the two
active slots. #636's graph-compiler collision tooling split and attempt 2 wait
until #635 delivery releases a slot.

Qualification infrastructure child #638 is open at exact clean pushed brief
81c01082 from merged main d47b62ba. It owns only one locked dependency-hydration
step in qualification's fmt/Clippy/policy job before existing offline graph checks;
it may not weaken offline behavior, retry CI, alter cache keys, or touch product,
dependency, lock, artifact, benchmark or compiler-output paths. #635/#638 are the
two active slots. #636 remains queued. Astra LOW scope PASS is required before
Luna implementation.

#674 corrected brief d692b18e removes its evidence-path and formatter-command
ambiguity before review. No source or workload ran; Astra LOW scope review is
pending, and #672 ownership remains unchanged.

Astra LOW returned #674 SCOPE FAIL at d692b18e; no source or workload ran.
Corrected clean brief a5469701 adds exact tool/config binding, terminal
preflight and assertion controls, formatter path fencing, and external freshness
record accounting. Fresh Astra LOW review is required. #672 remains disjoint and
retains all AudioWorklet ownership.

Astra LOW returned #674 SCOPE PASS at clean feature a5469701; authorization
checkpoint 40a021fa names sole Luna HIGH issue674_luna_impl for its frozen
test-only attempt. #672/#674 remain the two disjoint slots, and lane B retains
exclusive AudioWorklet and pin ownership.

#674 attempt 1 is FAIL before gates at clean pushed 578e1909: its exact
test extraction/formatting completed, but the proof script contradicted the
pre/post-format contract, the claimed manifest is absent, and the result retains
a stale external-record hash. No correction or gate ran. #672 remains disjoint
and retains exclusive artifact ownership.

Astra LOW passed #638 scope at exact clean brief 81c01082 against main
d47b62ba; synchronized authorization is 113e26a8 and #635's post-main
disposition is preserved at descendant head 6cec1610. Luna may add one
unconditional cargo fetch --locked immediately after pinned toolchain setup in
qualification's lint/policy job. Offline checks, cache keys, router/verdict,
manifests, lock and product bytes stay unchanged. Local validation is limited to
YAML, diff and directly applicable workflow policy/mutation checks.

Astra LOW passed #638 attempt 1 at exact clean pushed workflow head a4128e2e;
verdict record c931786e is synchronized. The accepted change is two lines adding
fail-closed cargo fetch --locked after pinned setup. YAML, CI routing/mutations
and diff hygiene pass; an ad hoc placement parser's own ValueError receives no
credit and no retry. Final documentation-head/current-main review is pending
before PR creation. #635/#638 remain active and #636 queued.

Astra LOW passed #638 final PR readiness at exact clean pushed head 950173c0
against main d47b62ba. PR #640 is open at that exact head; required qualification
run 34253063060 is active. Its body states the recurring locked-cache miss,
unchanged offline enforcement and validation and closes #638. No merge is
authorized before CI success and fresh guarded review.

#638 PR #640 passed required qualification 34253063060 at exact reviewed head
950173c0 and merged as e6b2f154 with parents d47b62ba then 950173c0.
The first new post-main run 34253818700 passed without rerun, including locked
fetch and the formerly failing offline audit. Astra LOW passed post-main delivery
and cleanup. #638 and parent #635 may close; their clean upstream-exact worktrees
may be removed after synchronization. #636 may then resume with its attempt-1
FAIL and attempt-2 scope intact. No full compiler payload was delivered.

#638 required PR run 34253063060 passed the full route. Fresh Astra LOW review
authorized exact parents main d47b62ba and reviewed head 950173c0; PR #640
merged as e6b2f154. Its first post-main run 34253818700 passed without retry,
including the formerly failing offline dependency audit. #635 evidence head
72b3908c remains an ancestor of qualified main, so #635/#638 are delivered and
their active slots release after issue synchronization and clean worktree removal.
#636 remains queued until its required separately numbered graph-compiler release-
collision tooling issue opens; no #636 test or gate resumed during recovery.

#635/#638 are closed and their delivered worktrees removed. Graph release tooling
issue #641 is paired with #636 record e293803e. Its initial explicit-target brief
failed scope without execution; corrected brief 3231d410 replaces that probe
with a detached exact-main command-local CARGO_PROFILE_RELEASE_PANIC=unwind
experiment. Astra LOW passed the corrected scope, synchronized at 42ba8842.
No manifest edit, product, allocation, artifact or compiler capture is authorized
in diagnostic attempt 1. #636/#641 are the two active slots; #636 attempt 2 waits
for #641's reviewed disposition.

#641 attempt 1 is procedural FAIL because a concurrent executor duplicated the
ordinary baseline; that second run receives zero credit. The original sequence
reproduced collision/E0463 at status 101, then command-local release-test
panic=unwind passed all eight track_delay tests. Attempt 2 made no compiler
invocation and preserved both sequences separately; Astra LOW passed the clean
evidence at 228a4693, with final record f0460b37. #641 may close without a
product PR. #636 record 5eea2294 now authorizes its exact unwind release command
once after the attempt-2 oracle edit and fresh-target preflight. It grants no
shipped-profile, artifact, performance or allocation credit.

#641 remained closed after Astra LOW passed compact evidence at 9db5eee1; its
branch now contains only command/identity/status records, selected diagnostics and
the eight-test result, with zero tracked .ll and no full or compressed compiler
streams. Parent #636 preserved a technically sound source/oracle at 74108ec9 but
reached its three-attempt hard stop because the release run lacked contemporaneous
provenance and later testimony conflicted with a second attempt-3 sequence. #636
is closed as superseded and its clean worktree removed. Successor #642 is the one
active lane-B slot at clean brief e4bfaf96; it freezes source and owns exactly one
fully recorded command-local-unwind release integration run plus delivery after
PASS. Astra LOW scope review is pending.

Astra LOW's first #642 scope review found the technical brief sound and failed only
on stale live tracker synchronization. This checkpoint corrects that blocker. #641
and #636 are closed; #636 has no further execution; #642 alone owns the transferred
release-qualification slot. Hypatia, Luna HIGH agent issue583_luna_impl, is the
sole named executor. The new target and evidence paths remain absent pending fresh
Astra scope confirmation.

Lane A opened disjoint FX4 source successor #643 at exact clean pushed brief
8df3e828 from main e6b2f154. It owns only transient-shaper source, narrowly
necessary existing oracle edits if a gap is proved, compact comparable lowering
evidence and its issue record. #643 cannot qualify or pin an AudioWorklet; lane B
retains that exclusive authority after a frozen source PASS. #642/#643 are the two
active issue slots with disjoint graph-compiler and transient-shaper ownership.

Astra LOW failed #643's first pre-execution brief without source or compiler work;
the scope was technically sound but its test paths, literal commands and stop/order
rules were insufficiently frozen. Lane A corrected only the brief at clean pushed
56942f74: attempt 1 owns no test path, ordinary gates are distinct from the later
single lowering capture, every failure stops, and lowering waits for Astra source
PASS. #642 remains disjoint and lane B retains all artifact authority.

Astra LOW passed #643's corrected scope at exact clean pushed brief 56942f74;
authorization is recorded on its branch at 54fe8ba6. Its one Luna XHIGH source
tranche owns only transient-shaper lib.rs; no tests, artifacts or pins. Static
lowering remains gated on a later Astra source/evidence PASS. Lane-B #642 remains
disjoint and retains its slot and all artifact qualification authority.

Lane-A #643 attempt 1 stopped after debug/release tests passed and strict Clippy
rejected its eight-argument private helper. Astra LOW recorded FAIL and limited
attempt 2 to one private two-field lane-constant value in transient-shaper lib.rs;
no tests or artifacts are owned. Compact evidence and fresh literal gate commands
are pushed at d9e5e74e; lowering remains unauthorized. Lane-B #642 stays disjoint.

Lane-A #643 attempt 2 passed its corrected source, debug/release, Clippy and format
checks, then stopped with status 126 on a frozen policy-script path that is not
executable. Astra LOW recorded FAIL and authorized final attempt 3 with no
source change: corrected bash policy, diff, native and two Wasm checks only.
Compact evidence and exact commands are pushed at 9635d05f. Lowering remains
blocked and lane B retains artifact ownership.

Lane-A #643's final ordinary-gate continuation passed all five remaining checks;
Astra LOW passed the combined unchanged source and gate evidence. Its clean pushed
authorization f4a4525b allows one three-shape static lowering capture only. A
failure exhausts that issue. Lane B retains artifact qualification/pinning and
continues independent #644.

Lane-A #643 exhausted its final attempt: the three lowering captures succeeded,
but Astra LOW verified that all mapped loop excerpts remained byte-identical to
#635 and no constant left a per-frame loop. Its hard-stop head is e8522cbd; #643
is closed without PR, merge or artifact request, and its failed worktree is retained.
Lane B therefore performs no #643 artifact action and continues independent #644.

Lane A opened documentation-only #645 at clean pushed 1c4f5cd7 to record the
bounded #643 lowering-null disposition while leaving delivered source unchanged.
It owns no source, build, artifact or pin paths; soft-clip and limiter FX4 work
remain separate. Lane-B #644 remains disjoint and retains artifact authority.
#644/#645 are the two active issues pending Astra LOW review.

Astra LOW passed lane-A #645's documentation-only disposition at 1c4f5cd7; its
synchronized verdict head is 32e27f18. The branch contains no #643 source or
artifact change and remains disjoint from #644. Final PR-readiness review is pending;
lane B retains all artifact authority.

Lane-A #645 / PR #646 delivered its documentation-only lowering-null disposition
as merge 5ce52b94 after required run 34262921754 and post-main run
34263161840 succeeded. Astra LOW passed delivery/cleanup and GitHub #645 is
closed. No product or artifact bytes changed; lane B continues #644 independently.

#642 passed its one-shot release-test qualification at clean source 428f94a2;
Hypatia's contemporaneous record has status 0 and 8/8 track_delay tests, while
full streams and build output remain only in /tmp. PR readiness at 690e0517
then found the changed graph compiler inside the shipped AudioWorklet dependency
closure. Lane-B artifact child #644 is open at clean brief edb4330a and owns one
official repin-report identity probe before any pin or browser work. #642 is the
paused delivery peer and does not consume a third slot. Lane-A #643 and lane-B #644
are the two active, disjoint issue slots; lane B retains exclusive artifact and pin
ownership and preserves the delivered #542 then #552/#558 dependency order.

Lane-B #644 stage 1 passed Astra LOW at clean 70899de2. Hypatia's sole official
repin-report build returned status 0 and candidate Wasm
580e3cb4cd11e996598103f27b02d94559f6ef7ad57ef22732d18c0b4f98be10,
which differs from current delivered #627/#628/#630 pin 63ef81c1...; source and
pin remained unchanged and no output was published. Corrected authority and the
conditional scratch six-file/static/resource/hermetic/SDK/three-browser brief are
pushed at f1f2b326. No candidate build or pin edit is authorized before fresh
Astra LOW stage-2 scope PASS. #643/#644 remain the two active disjoint slots; #642
stays paused for delivery.

Lane-B #644 stage-2 execution attempt 1 is a procedural FAIL. Its first scratch
worktree command used an invalid doubled commit fragment and exited 128, while the
associated argv record inaccurately showed the intended commit; execution then
continued contrary to the stop rule. The candidate and later successful records
remain preserved in /tmp, with no compiler/build payload committed. Clean pushed
head 4202b175 limits attempt 2 to Astra LOW evidence disposition and, only after
PASS, the four browser-install/browser-qualification/matrix/diff commands that have
never run. No completed build or gate may repeat, and repository promotion remains
unauthorized. #643 is closed at its hard stop, leaving #644 as the sole active slot;
#642 remains its paused delivery peer.

Astra LOW passed #644's bounded attempt-2 disposition at exact synchronized
4202b175: attempt 1 remains failed, while the corrected scratch and independently
recorded later successes may carry forward. Authorization head fa8aafab permits
Hypatia alone to refresh identities and run only the four demonstrably unrun
browser-install, all-browser qualification, matrix-check and diff-check commands,
once in order and append-only. Any changed state, concurrency or failure stops;
candidate promotion is still unauthorized.

Lane A opened disjoint FX4 evidence child #647 at exact clean pushed da91ebce
from main 5ce52b94. It owns one untimed soft-clip cubic native/Wasm lowering
capture and compact evidence only; no source, artifact or pin paths. #644/#647 are
the two active issues, and lane B retains exclusive artifact authority.

Astra LOW passed lane-A #647's evidence-only scope at exact brief da91ebce;
authorization is synchronized at 95c4a8dd. One Luna HIGH capture sequence may
run on disjoint soft-clip paths. It owns no source or artifact work; lane B retains
exclusive artifact authority and continues #644.

Lane-A #647 attempt 1 failed provenance and deleted-payload review despite three
reported zero command statuses. Its documentation-only attempt-2 head 5da0b66c
preserves the failure and labels mappings unverified, with no source or artifact
authority. Astra LOW review is pending; lane B continues disjoint #644.

Astra LOW passed lane-A #647's failed/disposition-only record; final pushed head is
9c1fe669 and GitHub #647 is closed without PR or merge. No applicability, source
or artifact credit exists and its failed worktree remains. Lane B continues #644;
the other active slot is released.

Lane A opened soft-clip evidence successor #649 at exact clean pushed c57d8a17
from main 4acfa4a1. It owns one fail-closed native/Wasm recapture with payloads
retained through Astra review and no source or artifact paths. #644/#649 are the
two active issues; lane B retains exclusive artifact authority.

Astra LOW passed lane-A #649's exact clean scope at c57d8a17; synchronized
authorization 68724d3d names one Luna HIGH executor for its retained-payload
capture. It remains disjoint and owns no source or artifact path. Lane B retains
exclusive artifact authority and continues #644.

Lane-B #644 preserved its stage-2 attempt-1 procedural FAIL, then Astra LOW passed
the bounded continuation, scratch candidate, exact three-path promotion and
post-pin qualification. The promoted build reproduced all six reviewed files byte
for byte at candidate Wasm 580e3cb4...; static and matrix checks passed, SDK
packaging passed 11/11, and the frozen three-browser result remains applicable.
No full compiler/build stream or generated candidate entered Git. Exact-head/main
PR-readiness passed at b5ccfb0f against main 5ce52b94; PR #648 and required
qualification run 34264092025 are open. Merge awaits CI and fresh guarded Astra
review. #647/#648 delivery remain the two active disjoint slots; lane B retains
artifact authority through post-main synchronization.

PR #648 required run 34264092025 passed at exact reviewed head b5ccfb0f.
Fresh Astra LOW guarded review authorized a merge commit; delivery merged as
4acfa4a1 with parents current main 5ce52b94 then reviewed head b5ccfb0f.
The first post-main qualification run 34264876316 passed at that exact merge,
including its verdict with no failed job. Astra LOW recorded final delivery PASS.
#642/#644 may close and their clean pushed worktrees may retire after this tracker
and GitHub synchronization; the redundant three-path scratch overlay may be
explicitly retired before scratch worktree removal. #649 is the sole active issue
slot, and lane-B CP1 delivery has no remaining artifact action.

Lane-B CP1 allocation child #650 is open from delivered main 4acfa4a1 at exact
clean pushed brief da0a8f6b. It owns only one durable tools/audit subject,
its dispatcher entry, one strict comparison validator, compact issue evidence and
matched temporary counts. The counterfactual restores exactly baseline
graph-compiler compile.rs, ids.rs and banks.rs on otherwise identical current
inputs; no compiler production, manifest, artifact, browser, timing or generic
framework change is owned. #649/#650 are the two active disjoint issue slots.

Astra LOW passed #650 implementation scope at exact clean brief da0a8f6b;
synchronized authorization cb18a6c7 permits Hypatia's attempt 1 only in the
audit subject, dispatcher and strict validator. Official counts, the matched
counterfactual and all compiler/product/artifact paths remain blocked until the
three-path source checkpoint receives a separate Astra review. #649 stays disjoint.

Lane-A #649 attempt 1 failed closed before compilation because its helper rejected
valid empty porcelain output. No target/capture ran. Corrected preflight scope is
pushed at 834c652a with fresh evidence path and unchanged unused commands; Astra
LOW review is required before attempt 2. Lane-B CP1 artifact work is complete.

Astra LOW passed lane-A #649's corrected attempt-2 scope at 834c652a; synchronized
authorization 0cded645 permits its named Luna HIGH executor to run the retained-
payload capture once. It owns no source or artifact work. Lane-B CP1 delivery is
complete and has no remaining artifact action.

Lane-A #649 attempt 2 failed closed before compilation on a record-list parsing
defect; its compiler targets remain unused. Final-attempt brief 1b65c739 replaces
that mechanism with explicit fixed-file checks and requires fresh Astra LOW PASS.
It owns no source or artifact work; lane-B CP1 delivery remains complete.

Astra LOW passed lane-A #649's final-attempt scope at 1b65c739; synchronized
authorization is f3802afb. Its named Luna HIGH executor may run the fixed-file
preflight and unchanged captures once, retaining payloads. No lane-B artifact work
is implicated.

Lane-A #649 final attempt 3 ran its preflight and three compiler captures exactly
once; identities, empty porcelain, zero statuses, hashes and retained payloads
verified. Astra LOW nevertheless returned mapping FAIL: native AVX2 pools
.LCPI14_9/.LCPI14_10 are folded -1/3/+1/3 after the half multiply, while
the proposed table called them -2/3/+2/3, and the distinct scalar odd-path
pools were not independently decoded. Pushed failure record 2bb8f93c exhausts
attempt 3. GitHub #649 is closed without PR, merge, applicability credit, source
change or artifact work. Its branch/worktree and all /tmp/issue649-* payloads
remain preserved; FX4 requires a separately scoped successor. Lane-B #650 is now
the sole active issue slot.

Lane-A evidence successor #651 is open at exact clean pushed brief 55c57e4a
from main 4acfa4a1. It owns only a fresh read-only interpretation of #649's six
byte-preserved native/Wasm payloads and compact claim-specific evidence. It may not
rerun a compiler, edit source, time code or touch artifact/pin paths. #650/#651 are
the two active disjoint issue slots; lane B retains exclusive artifact authority.

Astra LOW passed lane-A #651 scope at exact clean brief 55c57e4a, live main
4acfa4a1 and tracker 66e41496; all six retained payload hashes match and the
fresh evidence path is absent. Synchronized authorization bc3a85da permits one
named Luna HIGH read-only interpretation tranche. It owns no compiler, source,
timing, artifact or pin work and remains disjoint from lane-B #650.

Lane-A #651 attempt 1 stopped before analysis at clean pushed bc3a85da: all six
input hashes and identities verified, but its equality checker returned a false
negative whose reported expression was not preserved. Astra LOW returned FAIL
and bounded attempt 2 to a fresh path and direct file-content comparison. Corrected
scope/evidence is pushed at c423ee99; it owns no lane-B or artifact path.

Astra LOW passed lane-A #651 attempt-2 scope at exact clean c423ee99, main
4acfa4a1 and tracker 73e81868; all retained hashes match and the fresh path is
absent. Authorization 3ef0caaa permits only corrected identity validation and
the original read-only mapping. #650 remains disjoint with artifact authority.

Lane-A #651 attempt 2 stopped before analysis when an unpreserved parent-ref
ancestry check returned 1; Astra reproduced 0 against the parent's owning remote
branch. Attempt 2 is FAIL. Final brief 4dd28628 freezes the literal owning-ref
command and fresh evidence path. It remains disjoint from #650 and owns no artifact.

Lane-B #650 is closed failed at pushed checkpoint 819c6ef6. Its executor did not
stop after the first source gate failure and performed two further substantive
correction passes; Astra LOW ruled the three-attempt ceiling exhausted. The retained
harness measures preparation inside the compile interval and lacks valid allocator,
program, cohort and measured-plan identity controls. No official measurement ran
and no allocation claim receives credit.

Lane-B successor #652 is open at exact clean pushed brief 641a6dc5, inheriting
the failed source only to repair those bounded harness defects before measurement.
It owns the same audit subject, dispatcher if needed, validator, compact issue
record and temporary measurements; no production compiler, allocator, dependency,
framework, timing or compiler-payload path. #651/#652 are the two active disjoint
issue slots. Astra LOW scope PASS is required before Luna implementation.

Astra LOW passed lane-A #651 final-attempt scope at exact clean 4dd28628, main
4acfa4a1 and tracker 6645c03e; all hashes match and the literal parent-owning
remote ref check is exact. Authorization 3f50f49d permits only its recorded
read-only mapping tranche. Any failure exhausts #651; lane-B #652 stays disjoint.

Astra LOW passed lane-B #652 implementation scope at exact clean brief
641a6dc5, live main 4acfa4a1, inherited failed source 819c6ef6 and tracker
996d24e0. Synchronized authorization 35d89e90 permits one Luna HIGH/XHIGH
attempt only in the allocation audit subject, dispatcher if necessary, and strict
validator. It must retain the one-pass gate evidence and stop on first failure.
Official counts, counterfactual, production, timing and compiler-payload work remain
blocked until a pushed source checkpoint receives fresh Astra review. #651 stays
disjoint.

Lane-B #652 attempt 1 stopped correctly at focused gate 1 status 101 on exact
authorization 35d89e90; no later gate or measurement ran. Astra LOW returned
FAIL for quality-type/graph-error compilation defects and insufficient exact
cross-rack, heterogeneous cohort/scalar and allocator-control assertions. Candid
noncompiling checkpoint e0eda053 preserves the one-file tranche and authorizes
one bounded Luna attempt 2 in the existing paths. Attempt-1 /tmp evidence remains
retained. Official counts and counterfactual work stay blocked; #651 is disjoint.

Lane-A #651 final attempt 3 passed preflight but Astra LOW returned mapping
FAIL: it omitted Wasm scalar even-call ±2/3 assembly materialization and its
folding conclusion did not identify FX4's source-owned repeated splat. Final pushed
record ae504b2a closes #651 without applicability, source, timing or artifact
credit. Its branch/worktree and payloads remain preserved. Lane-B #652 is the sole
active issue slot.

Lane-A evidence successor #653 is open at exact clean pushed brief 004d2951
from main 4acfa4a1. It owns only classification of identical values with separate
materialization sites in the retained soft-clip payloads, using one literal hash
check and no compiler, source, timing, artifact or pin work. #652/#653 are the two
active disjoint slots; Astra LOW review precedes Luna analysis.

Astra LOW passed lane-A #653 scope at exact clean 004d2951, main 4acfa4a1
and tracker f53fcba3. Authorization 67d243d8 permits one named Luna HIGH
read-only repetition matrix after clean identity/hash checks. It remains disjoint
from #652 and owns no compiler, source, timing, artifact or pin path.

Lane-B #652 attempt 2 stopped correctly at focused gate 1 status 101 on exact
checkpoint e0eda053: the conformance delay factory rejected Draft quality in both
structural corpora. Three focused tests passed; no later gate or measurement ran.
Astra LOW returned FAIL and final checkpoint 8efa2093 replaces Draft only with
supported bypass distinctions, exact cross-rack repeated slot IDs, exact reversed
order, and independently derived cohort/scalar/bound-node membership assertions.
Attempt-1/2 /tmp evidence remains retained. Attempt 3 is final; official counts
and counterfactual work stay blocked.

Lane-A #653 attempt 1 passed identity/hash gates but Astra LOW returned FAIL
because Wasm scalar even ±2/3 assembly sites 4614-4615 were omitted. Bounded
attempt-2 scope 0a80a6c8 owns only the exact one-count sites/excerpts and clearer
exclusion labels. No compiler, source, timing, artifact or lane-B path is owned.

Astra LOW returned lane-A #653 attempt-2 scope FAIL because its brief confused
the 67d243d8 identity-run authorization with later evidence checkpoint d95f6323.
Final brief 73dd0e88 corrects only that provenance; bounded documentation edits
remain disjoint from #652 and any failure exhausts #653.

Lane-B #652 final attempt 3 stopped at focused gate 1 status 101: four of five
tests passed, but its numeric residual oracle disagreed with deterministic
lexicographic chain grouping. Astra LOW confirmed the hard stop. Final pushed
failed checkpoint 7add1d74 closes #652 without official measurement or allocation
credit. Its three temporary source-gate records remain preserved.

Lane-B successor #654 is open at exact clean pushed brief 265c7afb. It inherits
the harness and owns only the residual/bound-membership oracle: derive seven full
groups from the independently sorted normal chains, then expand the remaining
normal chains plus the fixed bypassed chain to both slot nodes. No production,
dependency, timing, artifact or compiler payload is owned. #653/#654 are the two
active disjoint slots; Astra LOW scope review precedes Luna implementation.

Astra LOW passed lane-A #653 final-attempt scope at exact clean 73dd0e88, main
4acfa4a1 and tracker ef003287. Authorization 99115311 permits only its
bounded matrix/excerpts/verdict corrections. No rerun, compiler, source, timing,
artifact or lane-B path; any failure exhausts #653. #654 remains disjoint.

Lane-A #653 final matrix d2dc1783 passed Astra LOW and verdict 9fae793c is
pushed. It proves repeated native-W8 and Wasm-scalar threshold/divisor
materializations as an applicability hypothesis only; source arithmetic, timing and
artifacts remain unchanged. Exact-head delivery review is pending; #654 is disjoint.

Astra LOW initially failed #654 scope on one inherited validator gap: Python
accepted integers above the Rust emitter's u64 range. Amended clean pushed
authorization ad43fbbc permits one Luna pass only for the independently sorted
residual/bound-membership oracle and strict counter bounds accepting 0 through
u64::MAX while rejecting negatives, booleans and overflow. Retained one-pass
source gates and a pushed Astra review precede every official count or
counterfactual. #653 stays disjoint.

Astra LOW passed lane-A #653 PR readiness at exact clean evidence head 9fae793c
against main 4acfa4a1; PR #655 and required run 34271906946 are open. It is
evidence-only and remains disjoint from lane-B #654. Merge awaits CI and guarded
exact-parent review.

Lane-B #654 attempt 1 passed focused 5/5, validator 14 mutations, full audit 41 and
build, then stopped correctly when strict Clippy rejected one unused test-only
import. Astra LOW returned FAIL but passed the corrected lexicographic residual
and bound-association logic. Pushed checkpoint 1987417b limits attempt 2 to the
import placement and explicit successful u64::MAX validator control, followed by
validator, Clippy, fmt, diff and two policy gates once. Official counts and
counterfactual remain blocked; #653/PR #655 is disjoint.

Lane-B #654 attempt 2 passed the amended validator and strict Clippy, then stopped
correctly when rustfmt reported import order and one assertion layout. Astra LOW
returned FAIL and accepted the counter-boundary records. Pushed checkpoint
363efc20 limits final attempt 3 to rustfmt's exact output followed once by fmt,
diff, workspace policy and bench policy. No semantic change, test/build/validator/
Clippy rerun, official count or counterfactual is authorized. Any failure exhausts
#654; lane-A PR #655 remains disjoint.

Lane-B #654 final attempt 3 applied only the recorded rustfmt output; fmt, diff,
workspace and bench policies passed once. Astra LOW returned SOURCE PASS at
clean pushed source 2c20a8af, carrying forward focused 5/5, full audit 41, build,
validator and Clippy PASS. Measurement amendment head 6c193061 pins both detached
source worktrees to 78583840 (source-PASS code plus issue spec), exact three-file
baseline hashes, fresh /tmp paths and candidate-then-counterfactual execution.
Official counts remain blocked pending Astra LOW amendment review. PR #655 is
disjoint.

Astra LOW passed #654 measurement scope at exact coordinator 6c193061; all five
temporary paths were absent, frozen source 78583840 differs from source PASS only
by its spec, all candidate/baseline hashes match, and the three-file counterfactual
is exact. Synchronized authorization a17cda9a permits Hypatia alone to run setup,
candidate, counterfactual and validator once in order. Full streams/targets remain
temporary; no count inspection precedes both variants and no retry/repair/compiler
payload is authorized. Lane-A PR #655 remains disjoint.

Lane-A #653 / PR #655 delivered evidence-only classification as merge 8c6984bc
after required run 34271906946 and post-main 34272691342 succeeded. Astra LOW
passed delivery and GitHub #653 is closed; no source, timing or artifact changed.
Its clean delivered worktree may retire, while failed predecessors and baseline
payloads remain preserved. Lane-B #654 is the sole active issue slot.

Lane-A source successor #656 is open from delivered main 8c6984bc at exact clean
pushed brief dd8d70cd. It owns only soft-clip kernel.rs, its spec and compact
lowering evidence; arithmetic/order/public API stay unchanged and lowering waits
for source review. Lane B alone owns later artifact qualification. #654/#656 are
the two active disjoint issue slots.

Astra LOW passed lane-A #656 source scope at exact clean dd8d70cd, main
8c6984bc and tracker eb76d3d9. Authorization aa527692 permits one Luna XHIGH
soft-clip kernel.rs tranche with unchanged arithmetic/API; lowering remains
blocked for later review. Lane-B #654 and artifact authority stay disjoint.

Lane-B #654's once-only candidate, counterfactual and validator returned 0 and all
numeric gates passed, but Astra LOW returned MEASUREMENT FAIL because execution
continued after a self-matching concurrency preflight and corrected an erroneous
post-run population assertion. Final pushed record d76f0279 closes #654 without
qualification credit or rerun; source PASS and all temporary inputs remain
preserved.

Lane-B evidence-only successor #657 is open at exact clean pushed brief d76ceef2.
It permits one read-only reconciliation of the immutable #654 streams, chronology,
hashes and root's contemporaneous pre-delegation observation, with both procedural
defects explicit. It owns no source, rerun, artifact, target or new evidence path.
#656/#657 are the two active disjoint slots; Astra LOW scope review precedes work.

Astra LOW passed #657 evidence-only scope at exact clean brief d76ceef2, live
main 8c6984bc and tracker 0c35123a; all five preserved paths are non-symlink
directories. Synchronized authorization 03f4f970 permits one Luna HIGH read-only
census/hash/Git/JSON reconciliation that writes nothing. Mtimes and absent extra
logs are not immutability or once-only proof; anchors and unanchored files must be
explicit. No workload, validator, Cargo, reconstruction, new path, cleanup or source
edit is authorized. #656 remains disjoint.

Astra LOW passed #657 PR readiness at exact clean branch head 98a5e363 against
current main 8c6984bc; the seven-path delta contains no raw stream, JSONL, target
or compiler payload. PR #658 is open at that exact head and required qualification
run 34275344809 is active. Merge requires exact-head CI success and fresh guarded
current-main review. All five #654 temporary paths remain held through post-delivery
cleanup review; #656 stays disjoint.

Lane-A #656 attempt 1 stopped at its first source gate because public cubic docs
attached to the new private type. Buildable checkpoint 29803fab restores source
and preserves the failed patch/gate record. Attempt 2 owns only corrected doc
placement plus the same gates; no lowering or artifact work. #657 stays disjoint.

Astra LOW recorded lane-A #656 attempt 1 FAIL and attempt-2 scope PASS at
clean buildable 29803fab. Authorization 36a937a6 permits exact source-patch
reapplication with only public-doc attachment corrected and the same source gates.
Lowering/artifacts remain blocked and lane-B #657 stays disjoint.

Lane-B #657 read-only reconciliation and independent Astra LOW review returned
EVIDENCE PASS at compact record 14e26ef2. Anchored source/stream hashes, exact
byte concatenation, 6+6 population, two-round equality, semantic/diagnostic
identity, zero64 equality and prepared-corpus reductions all verified. #654's two
procedural defects and unanchored metadata limits remain explicit; its procedure
stays FAIL. Branch head 98a5e363 integrates current main 8c6984bc with no
overlap. Exact-head/current-main delivery review is pending; all five temporary
paths remain preserved. #656 stays disjoint.

Lane-A #656 attempt 2 checkpoint 5064d491 passed debug and release tests plus
strict Clippy, then stopped at format status 1 on one multiline history_push
layout. Policy and both Wasm checks did not run. Astra LOW returned FAIL and
authorized final attempt 3 at 57fd8d06: apply only rustfmt's requested layout,
then run frozen gates 4-7 once in order. Lowering remains blocked; any failure
exhausts #656. Lane-B #657 remains the other active, disjoint slot.

Lane-A #656 final source checkpoint 016ca86c applies only that multiline layout;
format, workspace policy, Wasm scalar and Wasm simd128 checks all passed once.
Together with preserved attempt-2 debug/release/Clippy passes, the frozen source
gate set is complete. Astra LOW is reviewing exact clean pushed source/evidence
before lowering; no compiler capture or artifact work is authorized. Lane-B #657 /
PR #658 remains disjoint.

Astra LOW returned #656 SOURCE PASS at exact clean pushed source 016ca86c
against main 8c6984bc: API/docs, comparisons, divide-by-3.0, arithmetic order,
private constant reuse and no-state/allocation/unsafe boundaries all pass. Root
rechecked all six #649 baseline hashes and fresh target absence. Synchronized
authorization 17ca37d6 permits Copernicus one native, Wasm scalar and Wasm
simd128 lowering capture in order, with no source edit, retry, timing or artifact
work. Any capture/acceptance failure exhausts #656; Astra LOW reviews the result.
Lane-B #657 / PR #658 stays disjoint until its delivery completes.

Lane-B #657 / PR #658 delivered the limited prepared-effect allocation observation
as merge 561c4345, with reviewed parents main 8c6984bc then head 98a5e363.
Required PR run 34275344809 and post-main run 34276141433 succeeded; Astra LOW
passed delivery. The seven-path delta contains the durable harness, validator and
compact decision records, with no raw stream, JSONL, target or compiler payload.
#654 remains a procedural FAIL, and CP1's broader schedule/PDC/cycle/reduction/
buffer identities remain open. Lane B releases #657's issue slot; #656 remains the
active lane-A issue and retains its separately authorized lowering scope.

Lane-A #656 one-shot lowering capture is clean and pushed at 0562468c. Native,
Wasm scalar and Wasm simd128 commands returned 0, but the required native-W8 and
Wasm-scalar sharing acceptance failed: both cubic calls still materialize their
threshold/divisor operands separately. Only the issue spec and compact lowering
summary entered Git; full streams and target payloads remain temporary under
/tmp, with no .ll capture committed. No retry, timing claim or source change
is authorized. Astra LOW is reviewing the exact result; lane B has no active
implementation issue.

Astra LOW returned #656 LOWERING FAIL after independently verifying the
twelve baseline/candidate hashes, 0/0/0 capture statuses and repeated emitted
operands. Final clean pushed stop record e01f7a07 closes #656 without source
delivery, optimization, timing or artifact credit. Three attempts are exhausted;
no recapture or fourth correction is authorized. The feature worktree, its
temporary lowering evidence/targets and all six #649 baselines remain held for a
separately justified successor or explicit compiler-lowering disposition. Both
issue slots are now free.

Lane-B IO17 child #659 is open from delivered main 561c4345 at exact clean
pushed brief 169adf5d. Its smallest slice removes only the unused public
LocalRing, its re-export/unit test and the smoke-only target-smoke caller,
while freezing the actual shared SPSC implementation, target backend smoke and
all queue semantics. It owns three source paths plus its spec/compact gate record,
is disjoint from retained #656 evidence, and requires Astra LOW scope review before
one Luna HIGH/XHIGH implementation attempt. #659 is the sole active issue slot.

Astra LOW returned #659 scope FAIL before source work. Corrected clean pushed
brief 992d67d2 now distinguishes the wrapper's two explicit pre-removal callers
from zero post-removal references, blocks artifact disposition for a root ruling
after source PASS, adds exact diff/stream/status retention, and names Hypatia with
three fresh non-symlink /tmp paths and stop/no-retry rules. A fresh Astra LOW
scope PASS is required before implementation; retained #656 paths stay disjoint.

Astra LOW passed corrected #659 scope at exact clean pushed feature 992d67d2,
main 561c4345 and tracker caec4239; all three fresh temporary paths are absent
and not symlinks. Authorization names Hypatia alone for attempt 1 within the three
source paths and frozen gate order, with exact command/stream/status capture,
stop-on-first-failure and no retry. Shared SPSC/target-backend contracts stay
frozen; artifact applicability remains blocked for a root ruling after source
PASS. Lane-A #660 remains the disjoint second active slot.

Lane-A #656's authorized one-shot native, Wasm scalar and Wasm simd128 compiler
commands all returned 0 at exact source 016ca86c, but lowering acceptance failed:
native W8 still repeated actual -1 and emitted -3, while Wasm scalar still
repeated -3, -1 and +1 across the two cubic calls. Native scalar and Wasm W4
retained one-materialization reuse. Pushed record 0562468c preserves hashes and
claim-specific mapping without full payloads, timing or artifact work. Astra LOW
is independently reviewing the mapping; a confirmed failure hard-stops #656 after
attempt 3. #657 is delivered, so only #656 occupies an issue slot.

Astra LOW independently returned #656 LOWERING FAIL at 0562468c; all twelve
payload hashes and statuses 0/0/0 verify, and the native W8 plus Wasm scalar
repeats are identical operands rather than the excluded clamp/folded constants.
Equal whole-function stack-move counts remain descriptive, not proof about every
individual spill. Attempt 3 is exhausted. #656 closes without source PR, merge,
recapture, timing or artifact qualification; its failed worktree and all payloads
remain preserved for a separately briefed successor. No active lane-A issue remains.

Lane-A FX4 successor #660 is open from delivered main 561c4345 at exact clean
pushed brief 74d4e9a5. It owns only soft-clip kernel.rs, a private direct
pair-versus-two-cubics bitwise oracle in that path, its spec and compact evidence.
The bounded experiment computes the two already independent cubic inputs together
with shared local constants while preserving every arithmetic operation and
history update; no noinline call, state, intrinsic, arithmetic substitution, timing
or artifact work is in scope. Astra LOW scope review precedes Luna implementation.
Lane-B #659 is disjoint; #659/#660 occupy the two active issue slots.

Astra LOW returned #660 initial SCOPE FAIL at 74d4e9a5 on four brief defects,
without implementation: wrong temporary-path number, implicit evidence directory,
a potentially self-referential pair oracle and insufficiently pinned later capture
authorization. Amended clean pushed brief 9ca27e5f names exact #660 paths and
hashes, keeps public cubic's original body as the independent oracle, and blocks
the literal compiler commands until source PASS plus separate Astra review. Fresh
Astra LOW scope review is pending; lane-B #659 remains disjoint.

Astra LOW returned #660 amended SCOPE PASS at clean pushed 9ca27e5f, main
561c4345 and tracker 8325eeb0; GitHub matches and #659 remains disjoint.
Authorization 8da2db7e names Copernicus for one Luna XHIGH kernel.rs attempt:
private paired helper, permitted odd-input scheduling, independent pair-versus-
original-public-cubic oracle and seven source gates. Compiler capture, timing,
artifact work and broader source changes remain blocked.

Lane-B #659 attempt 1 stopped at gate 3 before any build: its underlying caller
census completed, but the evidence wrapper hit a shell-quoting failure before
writing the required numeric status. Gates 4-15, Cargo, rustc, Wasm and artifact
work did not run. Pushed buildable checkpoint b10e009f restores the three source
files and retains the exact deletion patch plus compact candid record; full streams
stay temporary. Astra LOW must review the failure and separately pass attempt-2
scope before any reapplication or gate. #660 remains disjoint.

Astra LOW confirmed #659 attempt 1 FAIL and passed bounded attempt-2 scope at
clean pushed b10e009f. Hypatia may use fresh attempt-2 evidence/Wasm paths,
preflight its capture mechanism with read-back statuses exactly 0 and expected 1,
then reapply the hash-verified retained patch and run frozen gates 3-15 once,
stopping at the first unexpected failure. Attempt-1 evidence stays unchanged;
artifact work remains blocked pending source PASS and a separate ruling.

The concurrent #660 authorization at 8da2db7e is withdrawn: it recorded PASS
against pre-correction 9ca27e5f while the fresh Astra review of that exact commit
returned FAIL, and it named a stale executor. Corrected clean pushed brief
f38d874a contains the missing provenance/status/diff/payload/attempt controls and
names issue660_luna_impl; a new exact-head Astra LOW SCOPE PASS is required
before source work. #659/#660 remain the two disjoint active slots.

The withdrawn authorization raced one stale Luna tranche: source and compact gate
record reached commit 72af2a79, passing debug/release/Clippy and stopping at fmt,
after f38d874a had revoked its authority. No later gate or compiler capture ran.
Commit df08b3cd reverts that entire tree delta, so the pushed #660 branch again
matches the corrected implementation-free brief while preserving the invalid
tranche in history. It does not count as an attempt or authorize work; fresh Astra
LOW scope review and sole executor issue660_luna_impl remain required.

#660 disposition 676a8687 consumes the unauthorized 72af2a79 tranche as
attempt 1 and preserves its full patch/history plus temporary streams; no gate
credit carries forward. The corrected tree remains restored. Attempt 2 is bounded
to exact patch reapplication plus rustfmt's signature layout, one pre-loop constant
bundle passed by value, original public-cubic oracle, and all source gates fresh
under absent /tmp/issue660-attempt2-source-evidence. Sole Luna HIGH executor
issue660_luna_impl remains blocked pending fresh Astra LOW scope PASS; compiler
capture stays separately blocked. Lane-B #659 remains disjoint.

Fresh Astra LOW disposition supersedes the preceding no-attempt statement: #660's
unauthorized source execution at 72af2a79 plus fmt status 1 consumes attempt 1.
Clean pushed 676a8687 preserves compact failure evidence while revert df08b3cd
keeps product bytes at the corrected-brief baseline. Bounded attempt 2 may reapply
only that exact kernel patch plus rustfmt, with one preloop constant bundle passed
to the pair helper, independent public-cubic oracle and full fresh gates. It
requires a new Astra LOW scope PASS; compiler capture remains blocked.

Lane-B #659 attempt 2 passed its capture controls, exact patch check, caller/SPSC
census and debug tests, then stopped at release status 101 in the existing
million-window observation-transport test. Gates 6-15 and all Wasm/artifact/
compiler work did not run. Clean pushed source checkpoint 59c185ba retains the
three owned deletions and compact result. Astra LOW review is required before any
attempt-3 ruling; no rerun or correction is authorized. #659/#660 remain disjoint.

Astra LOW returned #660 attempt-2 SCOPE PASS at clean pushed 676a8687, main
561c4345 and synchronized tracker 32fc3906; the fresh evidence path is absent.
Authorization 04991e76 permits only Luna HIGH issue660_luna_impl to reapply the
exact 72af2a79 kernel patch plus rustfmt's signature correction, retain the
pre-loop bundle and independent public-cubic oracle, and run all eight fresh
source gates with complete provenance/payload census. Stop on failure. Compiler
capture remains separately blocked; lane-B #659 is disjoint.

The preceding #660 PASS/authorization was another concurrent attribution written
while Astra reviewed 676a8687; Astra actually returned SCOPE FAIL because the
reviewed worktree became dirty and GitHub no longer matched. Clean pushed
correction 36d30026 withdraws it. Product source remains restored and the
attempt-2 evidence path remains absent. Fresh exact-head Astra LOW review is still
required; no source or gate is authorized.

Astra LOW confirmed #659 attempt 2 FAIL at clean pushed source 59c185ba.
Inspection identifies an independent observation-test oracle defect, but the
failed release suite is not reclassified. Immediate attempt-3 retry is rejected.
Pushed record fb962ddb freezes #659 source pending a separately numbered
observation-test disposition/repair; artifact work remains blocked and attempt-2
evidence stays held. The dependency cannot open while #659/#660 occupy both slots.

During the next #660 scope review, a stale executor created the attempt-2 preflight
under withdrawn 04991e76/tracker 38e2dcf8 and reapplied the retained kernel
patch plus rustfmt before authorization. No gate record or compiler capture exists.
Clean pushed 00dec2b0 restores product source and preserves the exact formatted
patch plus compact stop record; the existing preflight directory remains held.
Astra LOW must rule whether attempt 2 is consumed and whether append-only use is
possible. No source, gate, directory recreation or capture is authorized.

Further read-only audit showed the stale #660 executor ran all eight source
commands after its invalid preflight; retained metadata reports status 0 for each,
but omits executor identity and per-gate exact source HEAD. Astra LOW returned
ATTEMPT-2 FAIL and grants no retrospective credit or append-only continuation.
Clean pushed record 892a9193 preserves the exact formatted patch/observations
while product source remains restored. Attempts 1-2 are consumed; final-attempt
scope requires proof the competing executor stopped and fresh review. Compiler
capture and cleanup remain blocked.

#660's competing executor is stopped; its attempt-2 evidence remained stable at
25 files with aggregate ordered-manifest hash 99dbb6cd…, and the attempt-3 path
is absent. Clean pushed final brief 4dba7123 permits only exact formatted patch
96a38037… under new sole Luna HIGH agent issue660_luna_impl, with all eight
source gates fresh and complete per-gate provenance. Any failure exhausts #660;
compiler capture remains separately blocked. Fresh Astra LOW scope review is
required before source application. #659 stays frozen and disjoint.

Astra LOW returned #660 final-attempt SCOPE PASS at clean pushed 4dba7123,
main 561c4345 and tracker 1efff4b2. Authorization d124b7c0 names only Luna
HIGH issue660_luna_impl for the exact formatted patch and eight fresh source
gates under the absent attempt-3 evidence path. Attempts 1-2 retain no gate credit;
stop on any failure or concurrent change. Compiler capture remains separately
blocked and lane-B #659 stays disjoint.

Astra LOW passed #660 final-attempt scope at exact clean pushed brief 4dba7123,
main 561c4345 and tracker 1efff4b2; product restoration, patch/manifest hashes,
fresh attempt-3 path and stopped competing executor verify. Authorization record
d124b7c0 names only new Luna HIGH issue660_luna_impl to apply the exact patch
and run all eight source gates fresh. Attempts 1-2 retain no credit; any failure
hard-stops #660. Compiler capture remains blocked pending source PASS and separate
authorization. #659 remains frozen on its dependency.

#660 final attempt 3 hard-stopped when a competing stale process created the fresh
evidence path and changed kernel.rs before the newly authorized Luna began. The
authorized Luna stopped without work. Root terminated the live process; its
unauthorized debug status 0 and incomplete release carry no credit, no later gate
or compiler capture ran, and product source is restored. Final pushed record
4cba2eb3 closes GitHub #660 after three failed attempts without delivery. All
#660/#649/#656 evidence remains held. Lane B #659 is the sole active slot.

Lane-B dependency #661 is open from delivered main 561c4345 at exact clean
pushed brief b05a69e9. It owns only the observation stress test and compact
records: count distinct sequence advances, accumulate missed windows before each
ack, and assert advances + missed_total == newest while retaining torn,
regression, newest and writer-view gates. No production synchronization changes or
stress retries are allowed. Astra LOW scope review precedes Hypatia's one Luna
attempt. Frozen #659 and #661 occupy the two disjoint active slots.

Astra LOW returned #660 HARD-STOP PASS at 4cba2eb3. The release wrapper
subsequently recorded status 143 and interrupted_by_signal; this corrects the
initial incomplete-status wording but supplies no gate credit. Corrected pushed
record 2ca4e024 keeps product source at baseline and GitHub #660 closed without
PR, capture or delivery. All failed worktrees and temporary payloads remain held.

Astra LOW returned #661's initial brief SCOPE FAIL without authorizing or
consuming an implementation attempt: the accounting law and one-file boundary
were sound, but the scheduler-dependent stress run did not force repeated reads
or a skipped final publication. Corrected clean pushed brief c40cef20 adds one
deterministic repeated-read/final-gap control through the same test-local
accounting helper, then runs the original stress gates once. GitHub #661 matches;
fresh Astra LOW scope review is pending. Frozen #659 and #661 remain the two
disjoint active slots.

Astra LOW returned #661 corrected SCOPE PASS at exact clean pushed feature
c40cef20, delivered main 561c4345, and tracker 8222ec80; GitHub matches and
the attempt-1 evidence path is absent. Authorization checkpoint 13c15fd3 names
only Hypatia for the one-file observation-test correction and the amended
deterministic-control-first gate sequence. Stop at first failure without retry.
#659 remains frozen until #661 is delivered and separately releases its final
attempt scope.

#661 attempt 1 source checkpoint 27769c0d passed its deterministic control,
debug/release stress, full debug/release engine plus target-smoke, and strict
Clippy gates. Format returned 1 solely for import ordering, so the executor
stopped and policy/diff gates did not run. Compact pushed record 04823cfa
retains the exact statuses and temporary evidence-manifest identity; no compiler
payload entered Git. Attempt 1 is FAIL. Astra LOW source review and bounded
attempt-2 scope ruling are pending; #659 remains frozen.

Astra LOW confirmed #661 attempt 1 FAIL solely at format and found the product
accounting sound at source 27769c0d / record 04823cfa. The attempt-1
SHA256SUMS file self-lists because redirection created it before enumeration;
its other 22 entries verify, it is preserved unchanged, and no full-verification
claim remains. Clean pushed attempt-2 authorization 42899dce permits only the
exact rustfmt import order followed once by format, diff/census, workspace policy,
realtime policy and realtime mutation gates under fresh evidence. #659 stays
frozen.

#661 attempt 2 source 7fa851db applies only the authorized import ordering.
Format, diff/census, workspace policy, realtime policy and realtime mutation
gates all returned 0 once. Its 17-entry self-excluding manifest verifies and has
external hash 075e44be…; full streams remain temporary. Clean pushed record
eefbad4f combines these with attempt 1's retained behavior, full-suite and
strict-Clippy passes. Exact-source Astra LOW review is pending; #659 remains
frozen and no compiler payload or artifact work ran.

Astra LOW returned #661 SOURCE PASS at clean pushed record eefbad4f and
product source 7fa851db; only the reviewed import ordering followed the sound
accounting repair. Decision checkpoint a9effaaa is pushed, GitHub #661 matches,
and live main remains exact base 561c4345. No artifact qualification applies.
Exact-head/current-main PR readiness is pending before required qualification;
#659 remains frozen.

Astra LOW returned #661 PR-readiness FAIL only for trailing whitespace in the
new spec's two metadata lines; source PASS remains intact. Documentation-only
checkpoint 6aa0f382 removes those spaces, is clean/pushed, passes branch-wide
diff-check against unchanged main 561c4345, and matches GitHub #661. Fresh
Astra LOW readiness confirmation is pending; no workload rerun is required.

Astra LOW returned #661 PR-READINESS PASS at corrected head 6aa0f382 and
unchanged main 561c4345. PR #662 is open; documentation checkpoint c0340e9f
records the verdict and PR without changing product source. Required exact-head
qualification and a fresh guarded head/current-main review precede merge;
post-main qualification and synchronization precede #659 dependency release.

#661 DELIVERY PASS: PR #662 exact head c0340e9f passed required qualification
run 34283492410 and fuzz run 34283492370, then merged as 6f4a1b1c with
ordered parents 561c4345 and c0340e9f. Required post-main qualification run
34284328497 succeeded at the merge. GitHub #661 is closed and main is
synchronized. The observation accounting dependency is delivered; #659 may now
seek reviewed final-attempt scope. No artifact or compiler payload was delivered.

#659 integrates delivered #661/main without conflict at pushed merge 7f35f24b;
its three product deletions remain byte-identical with normalized diff hash
0cb71f08…, removed-name census zero, and substantive shared SPSC users intact.
Clean brief beb4a2db defines hard final attempt 3 with fresh evidence/target
paths and one-shot release-first gates. The redundant tracked attempt-1 patch is
removed from the delivery tip to restore branch-wide whitespace validation while
its exact bytes remain in history b10e009f; compact records remain. GitHub #659
matches. Astra LOW scope review is pending; artifact work remains blocked.

Astra LOW returned #659 final-attempt SCOPE PASS at exact clean pushed brief
beb4a2db, integrated main 6f4a1b1c and tracker 351c6145. Authorization
checkpoint dbe351cd names only Hypatia to verify fresh paths/capture controls,
then run the twelve source gates once in order. The debug rerun qualifies the
combined delivered observation test. Any failure exhausts #659; source changes,
compiler payloads and artifact work remain unauthorized.

#659 attempt 3 passed census, release, debug and strict Clippy, then format failed
on exactly two source-layout changes; gates 6-12 did not run. Astra LOW confirmed
ATTEMPT-3 FAIL / HARD-STOP at product head dbe351cd and final record
46e66d1c. The verified temporary manifest hash is 25ac123c…; the candid
wrong-cwd verification record remains. GitHub #659 is closed superseded without
delivery or SOURCE PASS. No fourth correction, artifact work, PR or merge is
allowed. Branch, history, attempt evidence and targets remain held pending a
separately numbered successor.

The two active, path-disjoint slots are now lane-A documentation-only #663 and
lane-B #664. #664, Complete formatted LocalRing retirement gates, is open from
exact delivered main 6f4a1b1c at clean pushed brief 900f51f0; GitHub matches.
It may inherit #659's three-file removal with only the two exact rustfmt changes,
carry successful #659 gates only after proving that formatting-only delta, and
run format plus the previously unexecuted policy/Wasm gates once under fresh
paths. Astra LOW scope review precedes any source work. Artifact work is blocked.

Astra LOW returned #664 SCOPE PASS at clean pushed brief 900f51f0, main
6f4a1b1c and tracker 6d4aba09. Authorization 0e9e2559 names only Hypatia
to import #659's exact three product files, apply only the two known rustfmt
changes, prove that formatting-only delta, then run the remaining one-shot gates
under fresh paths. Both uncommitted and branch-wide whitespace are required.
#659 recovery state remains held; artifact work stays blocked.

#664 attempt 1 source 6f5c0948 preserves the exact inherited removal plus two
format hunks. Format, full diff/census and workspace policy passed; realtime
policy failed because deleting the obsolete marked LocalRing region leaves 41
live regions while the direct floor remains 42. No later gate ran. Astra LOW
returned ATTEMPT-1 FAIL and approved a bounded amendment; pushed brief
277d99e0 freezes product bytes and scopes only the floor/comment plus matching
synthetic fixture from 42 to 41 while preserving the 41-to-40 mutation failure.
Fresh Astra LOW scope confirmation is pending. Artifact work stays blocked.

Astra LOW returned #664 attempt-2 SCOPE PASS at clean pushed amendment
277d99e0, frozen product 6f5c0948, main 6f4a1b1c and tracker a8a47a3f.
Authorization 9c0e8b27 names only Hypatia for the exact two-script 42-to-41
recalibration and seven one-shot remaining gates. The 12-file floor, scanning,
and 41-to-40 mutation remain discriminating. Artifact work and cleanup stay
blocked; #659 recovery state remains held.

#664 attempt 2 checkpoint 403fdbc4 changes only the authorized two policy
scripts. Shell syntax, 41-region/12-file policy, full mutation suite, Wasm
atomics, Wasm mutations, SIMD Wasm check and final census all passed once;
manifest hash ba6842e9… verifies. Astra LOW returned SOURCE PASS with
product bytes frozen and explicit carried attribution to #659 attempt 3 and #664
attempt 1. Record head 9ed5dca7 is pushed. Root artifact-applicability ruling
and final exact-head/current-main PR readiness remain pending.

#664 SOURCE PASS is recorded at clean pushed head 17074a75, with source
403fdbc4 and exact gate attribution across #659 attempt 3 and #664 attempts
1-2. Root ruled that an AudioWorklet identity probe is required: target-smoke
and policy scripts are outside the artifact, but changed engine source is in
host-web's direct dependency closure and unused-generic reasoning is not byte
proof. #664 delivery waits for a separately numbered one-shot repin-report issue
after #663 frees the second slot. No artifact or pin action is yet authorized.

#663 is delivered and its slot released. Lane-B artifact dependency #666 is open
from #664's main-integrated source e9c48b47 at clean pushed brief 1826766f;
GitHub matches. #664/#666 are the two active overlapping issues, and only #666
may run one repin-report builder probe after Astra LOW scope PASS. The delivered
pin is 580e3cb4…; same digest permits reviewed unchanged-pin disposition, while
drift requires a separately reviewed qualification/promotion amendment. No pin,
ordinary artifact, browser or SDK action is authorized.

Astra LOW returned #666 SCOPE PASS at clean pushed brief 1826766f, current
main 1bcce704, frozen #664 source e9c48b47 and tracker 75af15c0.
Authorization 4a92bd8a names only Hypatia for one exact repin-report builder
invocation after fresh identity/capture controls, requiring a 65-byte digest,
empty output, unchanged tree/pin and verified manifest. No retry, ordinary
artifact, candidate, pin, SDK/browser qualification or PR is authorized.

#666's single repin-report command returned status 0 and exact delivered digest
580e3cb4…; stdout was 65 bytes, output empty and tree/pin unchanged. Astra LOW
returned PROBE PASS / UNCHANGED-PIN APPLICABILITY PASS; manifest hash
df937f1b… verifies. Matching Wasm plus unchanged copied inputs carries prior
six-file/browser/SDK qualification with original attribution and no new execution
credit. Combined #664/#666 head 8ddeadc is pushed and ready for exact-head/
current-main review; no pin or ordinary artifact action applies.

Astra LOW returned combined #664/#666 PR-READINESS PASS at final clean pushed
head 989d75b3, current main/merge-base 1bcce704 and tracker eb7cf145;
product, policy and unchanged-pin acceptance remain exact. PR #667 is open at
that head closing both issues. Required exact-head qualification and fresh
guarded current-main review precede merge; post-main qualification,
synchronization and cleanup review remain mandatory.

#664/#666 DELIVERY PASS: PR #667 exact head 989d75b3 passed required
qualification 34288961336 and fuzz 34288961366, then merged as 7d16d9c9
with ordered parents 1bcce704 and 989d75b3. Required post-main qualification
34289549593 succeeded at the merge. GitHub #664/#666 are closed, IO17 is
delivered, and both active slots are released after authorized cleanup. #659
remains closed as the failed/superseded predecessor; its branch history preserves
the three-attempt attribution. Main and the coordinator branch contain zero
tracked .ll files under the delivered #625 prevention rule.

Authoritative post-IO17 issue boundary

Current main is 7d16d9c9752c9ac2d31e69008fe075df86ce3c26; tracker
checkpoint 2cd744f5 was clean and pushed before this reconciliation. The boundary
inventory found 332 local numbered specs and no local spec missing its GitHub
issue. At that census only #559/#560 were open; lane-A #668 was then opened in one
shared slot and remains path-disjoint. Astra LOW reconciled CP4, IO21 and IO17 as delivered, CP1's limited
observation as delivered without closing its front half, and lane-A RT5/FX1/FX2/
FX3/FX4 dispositions. The next lane-B candidate is a bounded CP8 slice sharing
only continuous-parameter mapping admissibility between effect-contract and
effect-package. It requires a new numbered brief and Astra LOW scope PASS before
Luna source work; root owns the artifact-applicability ruling after SOURCE PASS.

Lane-A limiter FX4 evidence child #668 is open from delivered main 7d16d9c9
at clean pushed brief a7ff7718. It owns only its numbered spec, compact
current-lowering evidence and concise tracker rows. The one-shot source-unchanged
classification covers limiter gain-stage 1.0, BOX_GRID and reciprocal-grid
materialization on native scalar/W8 and Wasm scalar/W4 with exact production
caller/loop attribution. No Rust, test, timing, benchmark, floor, artifact or pin
work is authorized. #668 occupies the lane-A active slot; Astra LOW scope review is
complete at feature a7ff7718, main 7d16d9c9 and tracker fc4cb63b.
Authorization names only Luna HIGH issue668_luna_capture for the three frozen
one-shot native/Wasm captures and compact exact caller/loop mapping. Stop at the
first failed prerequisite, command or attribution gate; no source, timing,
artifact or pin work is authorized.

#668 attempt 1 FAIL at the capture-control prerequisite. Clean pushed record
8e570794 shows the wrapper checked $4 although the required -- delimiter was
argument $5; both harmless controls returned 64, neither inner command ran, and
no numeric status file was created. All compiler commands, payload decoding and
constant attribution were therefore skipped. The four attempt-1 temporary paths
and faulty wrapper remain preserved. Attempt 1 is consumed; no correction or
attempt 2 is authorized pending fresh Astra LOW adversarial review.

Astra LOW returned #668 ATTEMPT-1 FAILURE-RECORD PASS at feature 8e570794,
main 7d16d9c9, and tracker 36f80207; the preserved wrapper and empty target
directories reproduce the failure and confer no qualification credit. Clean
pushed brief a6f0620d scopes attempt 2 to four fresh named paths, the sole
wrapper guard correction $4 to $5, stronger persisted sentinel controls, and
the otherwise unchanged three compiler captures and mapping gates. Fresh Astra
LOW scope PASS is required before a named Luna HIGH executor begins.

Lane-B #669 is open on the disjoint CP8 continuous-parameter mapping-admissibility
slice from main 7d16d9c9. Its clean pushed brief is 283c821f; ownership is
limited to effect-contract, effect-package, inline tests, and its numbered
record. #668 and #669 fill the two active issue slots. Astra LOW scope PASS is
required before Luna HIGH implementation begins.

Astra LOW returned #668 ATTEMPT-2 SCOPE PASS at clean pushed feature
a6f0620d, unchanged main 7d16d9c9, and reconciled tracker fd8dfc77.
Authorization checkpoint c7e8c31f names only Luna HIGH
issue668_luna_capture for the four fresh paths, sole wrapper guard correction,
persisted sentinel controls, and three frozen one-shot compiler captures plus
production mapping. #668/#669 fill both disjoint slots. Any failed prerequisite,
capture, identity, or attribution gate stops attempt 2 without retry.

Astra LOW returned lane-B #669 initial SCOPE FAIL only for execution-record
specificity; its two-file CP8 semantic slice and #668 disjointness passed. Clean
pushed correction c8f81540 names sole Luna HIGH executor
/root/issue583_luna_impl, freezes literal ordered gates and fresh temporary
evidence/target controls, and requires stop on the first unexpected status. No
implementation attempt has started. Fresh Astra LOW scope PASS is required.

#668 attempt 2 FAIL at preflight persistence. Clean pushed record dbd880a3
shows the authorized one-line wrapper correction was made on fresh paths, but the
preflight used set -e and its expected diff -u status 1 terminated execution
before preflight.txt was written. Sentinel controls and compiler captures did
not run; no payload, mapping, manifest, or qualification credit exists. Attempts
1-2 are consumed and preserved. No final attempt is authorized pending Astra LOW
adversarial review and exact scope ruling.

Astra LOW returned lane-B #669 corrected SCOPE PASS at exact clean feature
c8f81540, main 7d16d9c9, and tracker ca761079; authorization checkpoint
ec230261 names only Luna HIGH /root/issue583_luna_impl for attempt 1. The
two-file CP8 slice, frozen gate/evidence contract, temporary compiler-output
rule, and #668 disjointness passed. No artifact, pin, PR, or merge work is
authorized.

Astra LOW returned #668 ATTEMPT-2 FAILURE-RECORD PASS at feature dbd880a3,
main 7d16d9c9, and reconciled tracker 3a811b46; attempts 1-2 are consumed
without compiler capture or qualification credit. Clean pushed hard-final brief
69a8555a requires four fresh attempt-3 paths, a byte-identical copy of the
corrected wrapper verified by cmp status 0, persisted preflight and sentinel
controls, then the unchanged compiler/mapping gates. Fresh Astra LOW scope PASS
is required. Any final-attempt failure exhausts #668 without a fourth retry.

Astra LOW returned #668 FINAL-ATTEMPT SCOPE PASS at clean feature
69a8555a, main 7d16d9c9, and tracker 3720630a. Authorization checkpoint
4a03cc23 names only Luna HIGH issue668_luna_capture for the byte-identical
wrapper copy, persisted preflight and sentinel controls, and three frozen
one-shot compiler captures plus complete production mapping on fresh attempt-3
paths. #668/#669 remain disjoint. Any failed gate exhausts #668 without a fourth
attempt; no source, timing, artifact, or pin work is authorized.

Lane-B #669 attempt 1 is FAIL at exact clean pushed checkpoint ca5c1224.
Both source files compile; debug/release suites and strict Clippy passed once.
cargo fmt --all -- --check returned 1 on three new-test formatting diffs, so
policy gates 7–11 did not run and no correction/retry occurred. Root also found
the final manifest record was appended after hashing and the preflight recorded
modified rather than clean source state; neither gets evidence credit. Temporary
evidence/target paths remain preserved, no compiler payload was committed, and
attempt 1 is consumed. Astra LOW failure-record/source review is required before
any bounded attempt-2 correction.

Astra LOW confirmed lane-B #669 ATTEMPT-1 FAIL at clean checkpoint
ca5c1224: production is semantically correct and frozen, but formatting, final
manifest validity, clean pre-edit proof, subnormal coverage, typed/borrowed
parity, and public wire diagnostic/canonical-byte controls remain blockers.
Attempt 1 is consumed. Clean pushed amendment ffaa09ea limits attempt 2 to
inline tests plus mechanical formatting, names the exact nine-minimum/four-
mapping public matrix and diagnostics, preserves attempt-1 paths, and corrects
pre-edit/final-manifest capture. Fresh Astra LOW scope PASS is required before
Luna resumes; no artifact, pin, PR, or merge work is authorized.

Astra LOW returned lane-B #669 ATTEMPT-2 SCOPE PASS at exact clean feature
ffaa09ea and main 7d16d9c9; authorization checkpoint 2d0300ab names only
Luna HIGH /root/issue583_luna_impl. Production is byte-frozen. Attempt 2 owns
only the independent 36-case public typed/borrowed matrix, exact wire diagnostic
and byte-identity controls, and mechanical test formatting on fresh paths. Run
the frozen eleven commands once and stop on first failure; no artifact, pin, PR,
or merge work is authorized.

Lane-B #669 attempt 2 is FAIL at clean pushed record 67275524. Clean
pre-edit controls and the first typed-crate gate passed; the borrowed-crate gate
stopped at status 101 because an all-literal minimum binding was ambiguous before
.to_bits(). No correction, retry, later gate, or manifest occurred. Root
preserved the exact nonbuildable two-file patch under /tmp, verified it
reapplies, restored the last buildable checkpoint, and committed no failed
source. Attempts 1–2 are consumed. Astra LOW final-attempt ruling is required.

Astra LOW confirmed #669 ATTEMPT-2 FAIL and rejected an annotation-only
final repair because the preserved tests still used private borrowed semantics,
incoherent defaults, an otherwise-invalid typed descriptor, and a production-
derived identity oracle. Clean pushed final-scope amendment eb71bb15 keeps
production frozen and permits only complete public 36-case typed/borrowed tests
plus formatting. It explicitly accounts for coupled lattice diagnostics at the
normal/subnormal boundaries, exact parser/semantic precedence, and an independent
SHA-256 identity oracle on fresh attempt-3 paths. Fresh Astra LOW final scope
PASS is required; any failure exhausts #669 without a fourth attempt.

Astra LOW returned #669 FINAL-ATTEMPT SCOPE PASS at exact feature
eb71bb15, main 7d16d9c9, and synchronized trackers; authorization checkpoint
d45c17a1 names only Luna HIGH /root/issue583_luna_impl. Production remains
frozen. Attempt 3 owns only the public 36-case inline tests, exact diagnostic/
identity controls, and mechanical formatting on fresh paths. The eleven gates
run once. Any failure exhausts #669; no artifact, pin, PR, or merge is authorized.

#668 final attempt 3 is FAIL / HARD STOP at clean pushed record a2522f76.
Preflight, sentinel controls, and all three compiler captures recorded expected
statuses, but Luna supplied no compact verdict after producing a working decoded
mapping. Root stopped the stalled executor at the 30-minute checkpoint boundary.
No finalized caller/route/specialization/backedge attribution, payload-hash
manifest, or self-excluding manifest exists; raw status-zero captures confer no
qualification credit or residual/performance claim. All three attempts and their
temporary evidence remain preserved. No fourth attempt or renamed retry is
allowed; Astra LOW hard-stop review is pending. #669 is the sole active child.

Astra LOW confirmed #668 ATTEMPT-3 FAIL but required two hard-stop record
corrections. Clean pushed dae02dea now states that path freshness was not
persisted before creation and is itself a failed prerequisite, and that root
chose to interrupt the stalled executor near the 30-minute checkpoint boundary
rather than applying a mandatory timeout. Raw captures retain no credit. All
three attempts are exhausted; fresh Astra LOW hard-stop confirmation precedes
closing #668 without PR or product delivery.

Astra LOW returned #668 HARD-STOP PASS at corrected feature dae02dea,
unchanged main 7d16d9c9, and tracker d47ae7aa. Final verdict checkpoint
0fb54a41 is pushed. Three attempts are exhausted with no qualification credit,
residual/performance interpretation, PR, or product delivery; no fourth attempt
or renamed retry is permitted. Close GitHub #668, preserve its failed worktree,
branch/history, records, and all temporary evidence, and leave #669 as the sole
active child.

GitHub #668 is CLOSED after the upstream hard-stop verdict; remote closure
was verified at 2026-09-09T00:33:17Z. It has no PR or product delivery and no
limiter qualification or performance claim. Its failed worktree, branch/history,
all three attempt records, and all temporary evidence remain preserved. #669 is
the sole active child.

Lane-B #669 final attempt 3 is FAIL / HARD STOP at clean pushed record
784d4ae9. Its immediate preflight/controls passed, but the first test command
returned 101 after 14 passes because the otherwise-valid typed table incorrectly
expected the Linear/0.25 descriptor to pass. No borrowed or later gate ran. Root
preserved the exact red two-file patch under /tmp, verified it reapplies,
restored the last buildable checkpoint, and committed no failed source or
compiler payload. All three attempts are exhausted; no fourth attempt or renamed
retry is allowed. Astra LOW hard-stop review must define a numbered successor.

Astra LOW confirmed lane-B #669 ATTEMPT-3 FAIL / HARD STOP at clean feature
784d4ae9; final disposition c139a0f0 is pushed and GitHub #669 is CLOSED as
stopped/superseded without SOURCE PASS, PR, merge, or product credit. The exact
root cause is the otherwise-valid fixture's one-decimal dB lattice rejecting
0.25/1.25/0.75 after mapping admissibility passed. All failed evidence, patches,
targets, worktree, and branch history remain preserved. #668 is also closed, so
both shared issue slots are free. The next lane-B action is a separately numbered
qualification successor inheriting the frozen production extraction and using
lattice-compatible public fixtures; it is not a fourth #669 attempt.

Lane-B #670 is OPEN as the separately numbered #669 qualification successor at
clean pushed brief a68e4182, based on frozen #669 disposition c139a0f0 and
main merge-base 7d16d9c9. It owns only inline public fixtures/formatting and
compact evidence; production helper/callers remain frozen. The literal 36-case
contract uses lattice-compatible ordinary values, preserves tiny-value later-
lattice controls, and requires independent identity plus exact diagnostics. #670
is the sole active child; Astra LOW scope PASS is required before Luna begins.

Lane-A RT17 child #671, Extract graph program unit tests into their module file, is open from current main 7d16d9c9 at clean pushed brief 60e45a40.
It owns only graph/src/program.rs, new graph/src/program/tests.rs, its numbered
spec, and concise root tracker rows. The slice moves the existing 13-test inline
module by an exact deindent transform, preserving graph::program::tests and all
production bytes. #670/#671 fill the two path-disjoint active slots. Astra LOW
scope review is required before a sole Luna HIGH implementation tranche; no
performance, artifact, AudioWorklet, or pin work is authorized.

Astra LOW returned #671 SCOPE PASS at clean pushed feature 60e45a40, main
7d16d9c9, and tracker 53638571. Authorization checkpoint 8c9df9b7 names
only Luna HIGH issue671_luna_impl for the exact two-source-path deindent
extraction, persisted preflight, and eight one-shot gates. #670/#671 remain
disjoint. Any byte-transform or gate failure stops the attempt; no production
behavior, performance, artifact, AudioWorklet, or pin change is authorized.

#671 attempt 1 is FAIL at gate 1 on clean pushed source 711f04c6. The
three-path extraction is mechanically exact under root's independent byte audit,
and the temporary self-excluding manifest verifies, but the persisted proof file
contained generated output instead of Python source and failed with SyntaxError
status 1. Gates 2-8 did not run and no retry occurred. Attempt 1 is consumed;
Astra LOW failure/source review and explicit attempt-2 scope are pending.

Astra LOW returned #671 ATTEMPT-1 FAIL / SOURCE ASSESSMENT PASS at source
711f04c6, main 7d16d9c9, and reconciled tracker b54c7bc5. Both extracted
source files are byte-exact and frozen, but attempt 1 supplies no gate credit.
Clean pushed qualification-only brief cdcc2352 uses a fresh evidence path and
literal executable transform verifier, then reruns all eight gates once. Fresh
Astra LOW scope PASS is required before Luna resumes.

Astra LOW returned #671 ATTEMPT-2 SCOPE PASS at clean feature cdcc2352,
main 7d16d9c9, and tracker b1a73bdb. Authorization checkpoint 7c21716a
names only Luna HIGH issue671_luna_impl to preserve both source hashes, create
fresh attempt-2 evidence, freeze the literal verifier, and run all eight gates
fresh once. No prior gate credit carries; any failure stops without retry.

#671 attempt 2 is FAIL at gate 5 on clean pushed record 7acc130a. Exact
transform, debug and release graph tests, and strict Clippy passed once with
source/verifier hashes stable; format returned 1 on seven mechanical layout
differences in the deindented test file. Gates 6-8 did not run and no correction
or retry occurred. Attempts 1-2 are consumed. Astra LOW review must decide the
hard final formatter-only scope; source remains at 711f04c6.

Astra LOW returned #671 ATTEMPT-2 FAIL / SOURCE ASSESSMENT PASS at record
7acc130a, main 7d16d9c9, and tracker 395c1de1. Corrected clean pushed
final brief f9ae0493 records missing preflight persistence, freezes the complete
seven-hunk rustfmt output and exact post-format hash, and requires all eight gates
fresh on a new path. Fresh Astra LOW final-scope PASS is required. Any failure
exhausts #671 without a fourth attempt.

Astra LOW returned #671 FINAL-ATTEMPT SCOPE PASS at clean feature
f9ae0493, main 7d16d9c9, and tracker 1590db2b. Authorization checkpoint
7d7d7ec3 names only Luna HIGH issue671_luna_impl to persist pre-edit
freshness, apply the seven frozen formatter hunks, and run all eight gates fresh
with exact source hashes. Any failure exhausts #671 without a fourth attempt; no
artifact or pin action applies.

#671 final attempt 3 passed all eight gates at clean pushed source dc6e3476.
The seven frozen hunks matched 1/1/1/1/1/2, produced the exact 74,216-byte
hash, and preserved program.rs; debug/release graph tests, strict Clippy,
format, whitespace, workspace policy, and final census returned 0 once. Source
and script hashes remained stable and the self-excluding manifest verifies.
Astra LOW exact-source review is pending; no artifact applicability is expected.

Astra LOW returned #670 SCOPE PASS at exact clean brief a68e4182, main
merge-base 7d16d9c9, and synchronized trackers after independently validating
the mapping-specific lattice arithmetic. Authorization checkpoint 3d8c1ee0
names only Luna HIGH /root/issue583_luna_impl for inline tests/formatting with
production frozen, complete typed diagnostic sets, and all 36 public borrowed
outcomes. Run the eleven gates once and stop on first failure; no artifact, pin,
PR, or merge is authorized.

Lane-B #670 attempt 1 is FAIL at clean pushed checkpoint 7752376e. Both
affected crates passed full debug and release suites once. Strict Clippy stopped
at status 101 on one test-only expected.into_iter() useless conversion; format
and policy gates did not run, and no correction/retry occurred. Production
remains frozen, the buildable/test-green source is checkpointed, temporary
evidence/target paths are preserved, and no compiler payload is committed.
Attempt 1 is consumed; Astra LOW source/failure review precedes any correction.
#670/#671 remain the two disjoint active slots.

Astra LOW confirmed #670 ATTEMPT-1 FAIL at 7752376e: production and the
complete borrowed matrix are sound; attempt 1 is consumed. Clean pushed amendment
c1ae10df limits attempt 2 to removing the one redundant test iterator and
comparing every typed case's complete ordered public diagnostic set, with
production/borrowed bytes frozen. It carries prior borrowed results and runs nine
literal gates once on fresh paths. Fresh Astra LOW scope PASS is required.

Astra LOW returned #670 ATTEMPT-2 SCOPE PASS at exact clean amendment
c1ae10df; authorization checkpoint ab344d7c names only Luna HIGH
/root/issue583_luna_impl. Only the typed test module may remove the redundant
iterator and assert complete ordered diagnostics; production and borrowed tests
are frozen. Nine gates run once on fresh paths; no artifact, pin, PR, or merge.

Lane-B #670 attempt 2 is green pending review at clean pushed checkpoint
fe6ddb4d. Only the typed inline test changed: all 36 cases now compare complete
ordered public diagnostic sets or require Ok. Production and borrowed bytes
are frozen. All nine declared gates passed once; current self-excluding manifest
verification passes with sibling status 0. Astra LOW exact source review is
required before artifact applicability; #670/#671 remain disjoint.

Astra LOW returned #670 SOURCE PASS at exact clean implementation
fe6ddb4d; record checkpoint 488e4d56 is pushed. Complete typed diagnostics,
public borrowed outcomes, retained full tests, nine attempt-2 gates, and current
manifest verification pass. Production remains frozen. Root now owns the
artifact-applicability decision before PR readiness; #670/#671 stay disjoint.

Root's #670 dependency trace confirms changed effect-contract reaches shipped
host-web, so retained AudioWorklet identity cannot be assumed. Clean pushed
artifact-applicability amendment 901c49ca scopes one repin-report builder
invocation on fresh paths: digest/status/empty-output/unchanged-pin evidence only,
with all generated/compiler payload temporary. Astra LOW scope PASS is required;
no ordinary build, candidate, qualification, pin, PR, or merge is authorized.

Astra LOW returned #670 initial artifact-probe SCOPE FAIL at clean pushed
901c49ca solely because the unchanged Cargo builder normally writes progress
to stderr. No probe ran. Corrected clean pushed scope bdc8051f retains and
inspects complete stderr without requiring silence and explicitly verifies the
fresh output path is an existing empty non-symlink directory immediately before
the one invocation. Fresh Astra LOW scope review remains required; generated
artifacts and compiler streams remain temporary and excluded from Git.

Astra LOW returned #670 corrected artifact-probe SCOPE PASS at exact clean
issue HEAD/upstream bdc8051fd81fb5052e8c131d7841a16b39d2037e and tracker
HEAD/upstream 395c1de18e3df46b1b9e7add8ef713f588ce11f3; all three GitHub
bodies matched. Authorization record 49f4161f names only Luna HIGH
/root/issue583_luna_impl for the one repin-report invocation. Stop on failure
without retry; no ordinary build, retained artifact/compiler payload, candidate
qualification, pin change, browser/SDK execution, commit, or push is authorized.

Lane-B #670's single authorized repin-report probe passed operationally at clean
49f4161f but returned candidate digest 93108e94...8934531, which differs from
delivered pin 580e3cb4...98be10. The output remained empty, the pin/tree stayed
unchanged, and root reverified the status-0 self-excluding manifest
acf94323...fb01a48; no generated artifact or compiler payload enters Git.
Record checkpoint 013b131e is clean and pushed. Prior artifact evidence cannot
carry. No repin or PR is authorized; a separately numbered artifact-qualification
successor must wait until one of the two active slots (#670/#671) clears and
until Astra LOW reviews the drift disposition.

Astra LOW confirmed #670 ARTIFACT DRIFT but returned EVIDENCE FAIL at
clean feature 013b131e, tracker a7458dc4, and invocation 49f4161f.
The manifest, successful 65-byte digest output, normal Cargo completion, current
empty output, unchanged pin/tree, and absence of committed compiler payload are
valid. The retained preflight omitted source hashes, live-main identity, pin byte
shape, and explicit fresh-path absence; postflight also contains unlabeled values
and a later correction record. Checkpoint 73d18344 candidly preserves these
limits. No reconstruction or rerun is allowed. The future numbered qualification
successor may treat the drift digest only as its expected candidate after a slot
clears and fresh scope review passes; no repin or PR is authorized.

#670 is CLOSED at clean pushed disposition 2cf84f30 as source-qualified but
delivery-incomplete. Its Astra LOW SOURCE PASS remains valid, while the artifact
drift and incomplete probe prevent independent delivery. No product credit,
repin, PR, or merge is claimed. The branch/worktree and temporary evidence are
retained as immutable successor inputs. Closing #670 frees one issue slot for the
required numbered artifact-qualification successor alongside active #671.

Lane-B successor #672 is OPEN with matching local/GitHub title and body at clean
pushed scope 28f7ac56, branched from #670 disposition 2cf84f30. It freezes
accepted product source fe6ddb4d, treats observed drift digest 93108e94...8934531
only as an expected candidate, and requires fresh live-main/candidate ordinary
builds, complete six-file delta classification, existing static/resource/PCM/SDK
and all-browser gates, then Astra LOW PRE-PIN PASS before any pin or lineage edit.
Only compact evidence enters Git; .ll, assembly, generated Wasm, Cargo targets,
and full compiler streams remain temporary. #671/#672 are the two disjoint active
issue slots.

Astra LOW returned #672 initial SCOPE FAIL at 28f7ac56; no build ran.
The brief still had placeholder paths, incomplete dependency/target/browser
preflight, weak non-Wasm equality and lineage timing, redundant source reruns,
and vague post-pin work. Clean pushed correction d0e1f511 now freezes exact
fresh paths, export/setup/install/gate order, five-file byte equality, isolated
target, three-browser availability, exact three-path scratch lineage proof, and
a separate reviewed promotion boundary. GitHub #672 matches; fresh Astra LOW
scope review is required before any build.

Astra LOW returned #672 second SCOPE FAIL at d0e1f511 on the sole
remaining export-verifier ambiguity; no workload ran. Clean pushed correction
40dbdd3d embeds the literal verifier, fail-closed archive commands, external
Git object authority, exact bytes/modes/symlinks/path census, narrow overlay and
dependency allowances, and positive/negative self-controls. Root's docs-only
extraction compiled and its self-test passed. The duplicate SDK generated gate
was removed because sdk-package.sh check already invokes it. Fresh Astra LOW
scope review remains required.

Astra LOW returned #672 third SCOPE FAIL at 40dbdd3d because exact mode
still ignored dependency paths and the allowances did not require directories;
no workload ran. Clean pushed correction 5144422c makes exact mode reject all
extras, requires both post-install allowances as ordinary non-symlink directories,
raises traversal errors, and adds negative file/symlink/exact-mode controls.
Root's extracted literal verifier compiled and passed every self-control at SHA-256
388e18b4...3721a37. Fresh Astra LOW scope review remains required.

Astra LOW returned #672 fourth SCOPE FAIL at 5144422c because one
dependency-path negative control was non-discriminating after overlay bytes had
already changed; no workload ran and verifier logic otherwise passed. Clean
pushed 4e5e5dc8 moves the exact-mode rejection before overlay mutation, then
retains overlay PASS and file/symlink rejection. Root's extracted literal v4
self-test passes. Fresh Astra LOW scope review remains required.

Astra LOW returned #671 SOURCE PASS at clean pushed source dc6e3476, main
7d16d9c9, and tracker fa7463cb; decision checkpoint fd74bb2e records the
verdict and root's no-artifact-applicability ruling. The production prefix is
byte-identical and relocated code remains cfg(test). The final-census script's
unchecked assertions are corroborated by independent review, and its external
precreation record remains outside the manifest with that limitation. Exact-head/
current-main PR-readiness review is pending; #671/#672 are disjoint.

Astra LOW returned #671 PR-READINESS PASS at source/evidence head fd74bb2e,
unchanged main/merge-base 7d16d9c9, and tracker fbf3aa27. Documentation
checkpoint 6ab6f2b0 records the verdict without changing accepted source. One PR
may close #671 only; broader RT17 remains open. Fresh exact-head confirmation on
the final record head precedes opening, and required CI plus guarded review
precede merge.

PR #673 is open for #671 from final record head 48317e7d, closing only the
program-test extraction slice. Required exact-head qualification is pending.
Fresh Astra LOW guarded head/current-main review immediately precedes merge;
post-main qualification and synchronization remain mandatory.

#671 / PR #673 is DELIVERED AND CLOSED at merge
acd625d72a57f83f50f26279717464744504b4c4 from reviewed head
48317e7d4a256c86b77635000af93c3271e74948. Required PR qualification
34298953702 and post-main qualification 34299463399 succeeded. Its test-only
RT17 extraction changed no production or artifact bytes and closes only the
bounded child; broader RT17 remains open. #672 is the sole active issue slot and
lane B alone continues its AudioWorklet qualification and pin work.

Astra LOW returned #672 SCOPE PASS at exact clean feature 4e5e5dc8 and
tracker aa8a4f57; GitHub matched. Authorization checkpoint d9051b34 names
only Luna HIGH /root/issue583_luna_impl for the frozen one-shot pre-pin
sequence after immediate identity/path/verifier preflight. Stop on first failure
without correction or retry. Pin/lineage promotion, post-pin work, PR, and merge
remain outside this authorization. #672 is the sole active issue slot.

Luna HIGH stopped #672 before path creation or workload because delivered #671
advanced origin/main from scoped 7d16d9c9 to acd625d7. Root merged that
exact main conflict-free into #672 at pushed checkpoint 8708c9b9; accepted
#670 product hashes remain exact. Clean pushed amendment c29329e5 replaces the
baseline and candidate identities in every literal command with delivered main
acd625d7 and integrated product 8708c9b9. Fresh Astra LOW scope PASS is
required; the prior authorization does not carry.

Astra LOW returned #672 integrated-base SCOPE PASS at clean feature
c29329e5 and tracker 25a1a3c3; GitHub matched and all twelve paths remained
absent. Authorization checkpoint 9729f044 names only Luna HIGH
/root/issue583_luna_impl for the frozen pre-pin sequence on baseline
acd625d7 and candidate 8708c9b9. Stop on unexpected failure. Promotion and
post-pin execution remain separately gated.

#672 pre-pin attempt 1 is EVIDENCE FAIL at clean 9729f044; record
checkpoint 1d207c54 is pushed. Verifier/export steps passed and the sole
current-main builder returned 0 with the delivered six-file artifact and pinned
580e3cb4...98be10 Wasm. The capture then referenced a nonexistent numbered
stdout filename and stopped. No candidate build or later work ran, the tree is
clean, and attempt 1 is consumed. Astra LOW failure review precedes any attempt 2;
no compiler/generated payload enters Git and no promotion is authorized.

Astra LOW confirmed #672 ATTEMPT-1 FAIL and its missing durable preflight/
final manifest. Clean pushed attempt-2 amendment 58367843 preserves every
attempt-1 byte, carries the verified successful baseline only as an immutable
six-file comparator, and scopes fresh candidate-side paths/provenance/controls.
It reruns no baseline builder and continues only previously unexecuted candidate,
delta, static/resource/PCM/SDK/browser, and manifest stages. Fresh Astra LOW scope
PASS is required; no promotion is authorized.

Lane-A RT17 child #674 is OPEN at clean pushed brief 9fe3a9b8 from current
main acd625d7. Its graph-root test-only paths are disjoint from #672; #672 and
#674 fill the two active issue slots. Lane B retains exclusive ownership of
AudioWorklet qualification and pins. Astra LOW must pass #674 scope before any
Luna implementation.

Astra LOW returned #672 attempt-2 SCOPE FAIL solely for saying nine fresh
paths where ten were listed; all ten were absent. Clean pushed correction
e4a9624d changes only that count. Fresh Astra LOW scope PASS remains required;
no execution or promotion occurred.

Astra LOW returned #672 attempt-2 SCOPE PASS at feature e4a9624d and
tracker 818f655e; all ten paths were absent. Authorization 3c6add6c names
only Luna HIGH /root/issue583_luna_impl for the fresh candidate and remaining
gates once, carrying the baseline read-only. No baseline rebuild or promotion.

Astra LOW returned #674 ATTEMPT-1 FAIL / SOURCE ASSESSMENT PASS at
578e1909; source is frozen and gates never began. Qualification-only brief
0492dc46 preserves all failed evidence and uses fresh, fail-closed proof and
manifest-verification paths. Fresh Astra LOW scope review is required. #672
remains disjoint and exclusively owns artifact qualification and pins.

Astra LOW returned #674 qualification-only ATTEMPT-2 SCOPE PASS at
0492dc46; authorization 360d833f names sole Luna HIGH
issue674_luna_impl for frozen-source proof and eight fresh gates. #672 remains
disjoint and retains exclusive AudioWorklet/pin ownership.

#674 qualification-only attempt 2 is green at clean pushed 970e4062: corrected
proof, eight gates, frozen sources/evidence, and standard manifest verification
all report 0. Astra LOW review is pending. #672 ownership remains unchanged.

Astra LOW returned #674 attempt 2 SOURCE ASSESSMENT PASS / EVIDENCE FAIL at
970e4062 for two fail-closed control omissions. Hard final brief 23ae38fc
preserves source and all prior evidence, checks exact source plus the complete
attempt-1/2 external/internal census around every fresh gate, and carries no
credit. Fresh Astra LOW final-scope review is required. #672 remains disjoint.

Astra LOW returned #674 FINAL-ATTEMPT SCOPE PASS at 23ae38fc;
authorization e4f15e2c names sole Luna HIGH issue674_luna_impl for its
frozen-source final qualification. Any failure exhausts the issue. #672 remains
disjoint and retains exclusive artifact/pin ownership.

#674 final attempt 3 is green at clean pushed 7256cc7e: proof, eight gates,
repeated source/protected-state checks, 234-entry manifest verification, and
external final checks all report 0. Astra LOW review is pending. #672 remains
disjoint and unchanged.

Astra LOW returned #674 FINAL EVIDENCE FAIL at 7256cc7e because its final
protected census cannot detect added descendants. Hard-stop record e3491c57
is pushed; all three attempts are exhausted and #674 closes without delivery,
PR, artifact, or pin action. Preserve its failed worktree/evidence. #672 remains
the sole active slot with unchanged exclusive AudioWorklet ownership.

GitHub #674 is CLOSED after remote hard-stop synchronization. #672 is the
sole active issue slot.

Lane-A RT17 child #675 is OPEN at clean pushed brief e02bbb72 for a separate
builtins test-only module extraction; it is disjoint from #672 and does not retry
#674. #672/#675 fill the two active slots. Lane B retains exclusive AudioWorklet
and pin ownership; Astra LOW must pass #675 scope before implementation.

Astra LOW returned #675 SCOPE PASS at e02bbb72; authorization 5c95c2e9
names sole Luna HIGH issue675_luna_impl for its test-only attempt. #672/#675
remain disjoint, and lane B retains exclusive AudioWorklet/pin ownership.

#675 attempt 1 is FAIL at gate 1 on clean pushed 0742bc17 because its proof
retained inline indentation in the test-name matcher. No later gate or correction
ran. #672 remains disjoint with exclusive artifact/pin ownership.

Astra LOW returned #675 ATTEMPT-1 FAIL / SOURCE ASSESSMENT PASS at
0742bc17. Qualification-only brief f1c75ad2 freezes source/evidence, corrects
the matcher and search-status handling, and carries no credit. Fresh Astra LOW
scope review is required; #672 remains disjoint.

Astra LOW returned #675 qualification-only ATTEMPT-2 SCOPE PASS at
f1c75ad2; authorization 86645374 names sole Luna HIGH
issue675_luna_impl. #672 remains disjoint with exclusive artifact/pin
ownership.

#675 qualification-only attempt 2 is green at clean pushed 5fccfa87; all eight
direct-record gates report 0. Astra LOW review is pending. #672 remains disjoint
with exclusive artifact/pin ownership.

Astra LOW returned #675 SOURCE PASS at 5fccfa87; decision 2bdd8ba5
records no artifact applicability for its test-only relocation. PR-readiness
review is pending. #672 remains disjoint with exclusive artifact/pin ownership.

Astra LOW returned #675 PR-READINESS PASS at 2bdd8ba5; final record
b8318375 is pushed. One PR may close #675 only after exact-head confirmation.
#672 remains disjoint with exclusive artifact/pin ownership.

PR #676 is OPEN for #675 at exact head b8318375; required qualification is
pending. #672 remains disjoint with exclusive artifact/pin ownership.

#675 / PR #676 is DELIVERED AND CLOSED at main
df0b9b93636de36a7143da15b83444f280b65e6b after Astra LOW source review,
required PR qualification, guarded merge, and successful post-main
qualification. Its test-only extraction changed no production or artifact input
and closes only the bounded child. #672 is the sole active issue slot.

Astra LOW confirmed #672 pre-pin attempt 2 FAIL at clean pushed
be6e4fe0. The retained candidate exports verify exactly and their tar hashes
match, but the failed two-operand cleanup has no durable command/status record;
attempt 2 is consumed and no promotion is authorized. Root merged delivered
#675 main conflict-free at pushed 755f3b70; the accepted CP8 source hashes,
host-web/SDK/config/pin bytes, and artifact source 8708c9b9 remain unchanged.
Clean pushed final-attempt scope 34cff816 preserves both failed attempts,
reuses and reverifies their retained successful exports without cleanup or
rebuild, then runs only the unexecuted candidate build and downstream gates.
Fresh Astra LOW FINAL-ATTEMPT SCOPE PASS is required before sole Luna HIGH
execution. Any failure exhausts #672 under the three-attempt rule.

Astra LOW returned #672 FINAL-ATTEMPT SCOPE PASS at exact feature
34cff816, tracker e6dec2b2, and current main df0b9b93; GitHub matched and
all six fresh paths were absent including symlinks. Only Luna HIGH
/root/issue583_luna_impl may reverify the retained exports/tars and run the
unexecuted candidate/downstream sequence once. No export/baseline rebuild,
cleanup, promotion, or post-pin work is authorized; any failure exhausts #672.

#672's first final-attempt preflight stop is NO ATTEMPT: Luna created no path
and ran no workload after seeing another repository's Prettier process. Astra
LOW verified clean 7822a9d2, current main df0b9b93, six absent paths, and no
shared #672 resource owner. The same sequence is reauthorized after checking for
processes that actually own #672 source/target/dependency/artifact/browser/
evidence resources; unrelated repository activity does not compete. Attempt 3
remains unstarted and all promotion/hard-stop boundaries remain unchanged.

#675 / PR #676 is DELIVERED AND CLOSED at merge df0b9b93 from reviewed
head b8318375. Required PR run 34305762332 and post-main run 34306298047
succeeded. Its test-only RT17 slice changed no artifact input. #672 is the sole
active issue slot with exclusive AudioWorklet/pin ownership.

Lane A opened documentation-only RT15 decision child #677 from current main at
clean pushed 0ae29132. It owns no Rust, manifest, lock, artifact, pin, timing,
or performance work and is disjoint from #672. #672 retains exclusive ownership
of AudioWorklet qualification and pins; #672/#677 are the two active slots.

Astra LOW passed #677's documentation-only scope and clean pushed authorization
c6dfac8f names one Luna HIGH ruling author. #672/#677 remain disjoint, and
#672 retains exclusive AudioWorklet and pin ownership.

#672 final attempt 3 is FAIL / EXHAUSTED at clean 110c9c84. The candidate
build reproduced expected Wasm 93108e94...34531, five non-Wasm files matched,
and structural/static checks passed, but a later Cargo metadata step created an
unscoped target/ subtree inside the scratch export and the exact overlay proof
failed. Luna stopped before install/resource/PCM/SDK/browser/final gates. Astra
LOW confirmed a scope/isolation defect and hard stop. Preserve all evidence;
close #672 without promotion or CP8 credit. Only a genuinely rescoped remaining-
qualification successor may reuse the candidate and run the unexecuted gates.

Lane-A #677 attempt 1 failed its changed-path evidence gate and is awaiting Astra
LOW assessment at pushed disposition 44101c64. It changed documentation only.
#672 is closed and no lane-A work touches its retained artifact/evidence state;
lane B alone may brief the genuinely rescoped remaining-qualification successor.

Lane-A #677 attempt 1 received SOURCE ASSESSMENT FAIL. Its clean pushed
attempt-2 documentation brief a6fcaec6 changes only four ruling defects and
reruns fresh gates after Astra LOW scope review. #678/#677 are the two disjoint
active slots; #678 alone owns the remaining AudioWorklet delivery and pins.

Astra LOW passed #677's corrected documentation scope; clean authorization
a51799ce permits one Luna HIGH ruling revision and fresh gates. #677/#678
remain disjoint, and #678 alone owns AudioWorklet delivery and pins.

Lane-A #677 attempt 2 failed its documentation fence check and stopped before
later gates at pushed disposition 10e60000. It remains documentation-only and
awaits Astra LOW assessment. #677/#678 remain disjoint; #678 alone owns the
AudioWorklet delivery, artifacts, and pins.

GitHub #672 is CLOSED after synchronized hard-stop evidence. Lane-B successor
#678, Complete continuous-mapping AudioWorklet artifact delivery, is OPEN at
clean pushed brief 421ecc66. It reuses the accepted six-file candidate without
rebuilding, classifies and preserves #672's generated scratch target, fixes every
remaining Cargo user to a fresh external target, and runs only the missing
resource/PCM/SDK/browser gates before separately reviewed promotion. #677/#678
are the two disjoint active slots; lane B retains exclusive artifact/pin ownership.

Astra LOW returned #678 initial SCOPE FAIL at clean feature 421ecc66 and
tracker f98bb87f; the successor boundary and artifact reuse passed, and no
workload ran. Clean pushed correction 89aed0cc adds fail-closed target census,
full verifier arguments and exact lineage bytes, absent dependency-root checks,
explicit verifier-control creation, separate temporary stdout/stderr/status, and
external manifest-verification paths. Product/source/artifact/gate scope is
unchanged. Fresh Astra LOW scope PASS is required before Luna execution; #677/
#678 remain the two disjoint slots.

Astra LOW returned #678 SCOPE PASS at exact feature 89aed0cc, tracker
36976e2f, and synchronized GitHub bodies. Authorization c68f3c61 names only
Luna HIGH /root/issue583_luna_impl to reuse the accepted candidate, classify
and preserve the old scratch target, fix a fresh external Cargo target, and run
the missing resource/PCM/SDK/all-browser gates once. All covered records finish
before manifest generation; only declared external verification files follow.
No rebuild, promotion, post-pin work, PR, or merge is authorized. #677/#678
remain the two disjoint active slots.

Astra LOW returned lane-A #677 attempt 2 SOURCE ASSESSMENT FAIL. Its clean
pushed hard-final documentation brief 8c1d03e9 addresses only the remaining
ruling and concrete-gate defects after fresh scope review. #677/#678 remain
disjoint, and #678 alone owns AudioWorklet delivery, artifacts, and pins.

Astra LOW passed lane-A #677's hard-final documentation scope; authorization
ff818626 permits one Luna HIGH ruling revision and fresh gates. #677/#678
remain disjoint, and #678 alone owns AudioWorklet delivery, artifacts, and pins.

Astra LOW confirmed #678 ATTEMPT-1 FAIL at clean c68f3c61: verifier
self-test and pristine 12,195-path check returned 0, then the target census ran
from the wrong cwd and returned 1 before rsync or any downstream gate. Preserve
all 20 attempt-1 evidence files; command/cwd attribution and preflight limitations
are candidly recorded. Clean pushed attempt-2 brief ac11edd2 uses seven fresh
paths, embeds a checked cd in the first unfinished census command, records
literal argv/actual cwd, and continues only target classification, copy/overlay,
installs, resource/PCM/SDK/browser, and manifest gates. No build/export/cleanup/
promotion action carries. Fresh Astra LOW scope PASS is required; #677/#678
remain the two slots.

Lane-A #677 hard final attempt passed its five documentation-only gates at
pushed record 48701543; Astra LOW final review is pending. #677/#678 remain
disjoint, and #678 alone owns AudioWorklet delivery, artifacts, and pins.

Astra LOW returned #678 attempt-2 SCOPE PASS at exact feature ac11edd2,
tracker 2c572cc6, and synchronized GitHub bodies; all seven fresh paths are
absent. Authorization 77626bd2 names only Luna HIGH
/root/issue583_luna_impl to continue from checked-cwd target classification
through the missing resource/PCM/SDK/all-browser and manifest gates once. No
build, export, cleanup, promotion, or completed-gate repetition is authorized.
#677/#678 remain disjoint.

Lane-A #677 is FINAL FAIL / EXHAUSTED at pushed hard-stop 779eca74 and
will close without PR or merge. Its worktree and all evidence remain preserved.
#678 is the sole active child and retains exclusive AudioWorklet delivery,
artifact, and pin ownership.

Astra LOW confirmed #678 ATTEMPT-2 FAIL at clean 77626bd2. Target
classification, 12,195-path overlay proof, lineage checks, locked installs, and
Playwright install passed, but an executor-written postcheck guessed a nonexistent
local browser path while Playwright had installed all three executables in its
normal cache. No downstream gate ran. Clean pushed hard-final brief 5257d5ad
preserves all bytes, queries executable paths through Playwright's API, sets a
fresh external Cargo target before every remaining consumer, and runs only the
unexecuted gates. Fresh Astra LOW final-scope PASS is required; any failure
exhausts #678. No rebuild/export/reinstall/cleanup/promotion is authorized.

Astra LOW returned #678 FINAL-ATTEMPT SCOPE PASS at exact feature
5257d5ad, tracker b9b2d35c, and synchronized GitHub bodies; all seven fresh
paths are absent and #677 is closed. Authorization 6a19f785 names only Luna
HIGH /root/issue583_luna_impl for the Playwright-API executable check and eight
remaining gates once with a fresh external Cargo target. Any failure exhausts
#678. No reinstall/build/export/copy/regeneration/cleanup/promotion is authorized;
#678 is the sole active child.

#678 final attempt 3 is FAIL / EXHAUSTED at clean 6a19f785. All eight
remaining gates and postchecks passed, including Chromium 151.0.7922.34, Firefox
153.0, WebKit 26.5, matrix/mutation checks, and SDK packaging. The final overlay
verifier rejected 77 expected sdk/dist/ files generated by that package gate;
tracked bytes still differ only on the three authorized lineage files. Astra LOW
confirmed the scope-allowance defect and hard stop. Close #678 without promotion
or CP8 credit. A successor may classify the SDK outputs and complete evidence
without rerunning passed gates.

GitHub #678 is CLOSED after synchronized hard-stop evidence. Successor #679,
Qualify retained continuous-mapping artifact evidence for delivery, is OPEN at
clean pushed brief d3efe792. It reruns no build, install, package, SDK, resource,
PCM, or browser gate. It owns only exact classification of the 77 generated
sdk/dist/ files, retained eight-gate evidence review, a fresh evidence manifest,
and separately reviewed promotion/delivery. #679 is the sole active child and
lane B retains exclusive artifact/pin ownership.

Astra LOW returned #679 verifier DRAFT PASS for exact sealed SHA-256
2b40e3da...b54cc2d; the synthetic rejection suite returned 0 without touching
retained evidence. Clean pushed feature record d2d8a14d embeds all 54,436
reviewed bytes and the sole authorized invocation in the stateless issue spec.
Exact feature/tracker scope review is pending before Luna may classify any
retained output. #679 remains the sole active child and lane B retains exclusive
artifact/pin ownership.

Concurrent feature checkpoints invalidated that earlier draft authorization;
Luna stopped at preflight before creating any evidence path or running the
verifier. The merged fail-closed verifier now has Astra LOW DRAFT PASS at
exact SHA-256 a2929369...c2f72fe38, with all-eight-gate, nine-root-census,
fresh-control-directory, and initial/final identity controls. Clean pushed
feature record 4f2ac1241a6a818cb24643a56ae0e3e943cdd8cc is the external
AUTHORIZATION_HEAD. Fresh exact-head scope PASS is required before Luna's one
retained-evidence attempt. No predecessor gate, generated payload, or promotion
ran; #679 remains the sole active child.

#679 attempt 1 is FAIL / consumed at exact feature 4f2ac124 and tracker
d284e82f. Preflight and self-test passed, and the production verifier emitted
all 77 SDK inventory rows before returning 1 on a malformed verifier expectation:
it omitted the closing quote from retained node - <<'NODE'. Astra LOW confirmed
the retained 516-byte command is intact and every later line matches. No later
check or manifest ran. Clean pushed record 6175bcd4 preserves hashes for the
preflight and five production members and scopes attempt 2 to that literal,
one discriminating synthetic control, and seven fresh paths. No gate rerun,
predecessor mutation, generated payload, or promotion is authorized.

Astra LOW returned #679 attempt-2 verifier DRAFT PASS for exact sealed
SHA-256 1b9e7453...a5ae0f0, 70,542 bytes. The corrected validator requires the
retained 516-byte quoted heredoc spelling and independently rejects the 515-byte
typo; the full synthetic suite returned 0 and cleaned its fresh control path.
Clean pushed feature fcc8c8609411f223563d7e9ae71c5065b595aa43 is the
attempt-2 external AUTHORIZATION_HEAD. Exact feature/tracker scope review is
pending. Attempt-1 evidence remains immutable; no retained check or promotion
ran.

Astra LOW withheld #679 attempt-2 production at feature fcc8c860 and tracker
cbb306c3 because 824eac60 embedded the verifier before its DRAFT review and
the later record did not disclose or supersede that ordering. Feature
2f4257c0d7f1da3c246d6855b28ea16bd267f036 now records the actual sequence,
the lane-B DRAFT authority used for the successful isolated self-test, and the
prospective rule: embedded bytes are non-executable until exact-head SCOPE PASS.
Preserve and do not repeat the status-0 self-test. Fresh exact feature/tracker
review must authorize /root/issue679_luna_verifier as the sole attempt-2
production executor. No retained command or promotion is yet authorized.

Astra LOW returned #679 attempt-2 SCOPE FAIL at feature 2f4257c0 and
tracker 67b7995d solely because one operative sentence still said to repeat
the self-test. Clean pushed feature b70d14905c88497f73c381c4a65b318f2971b1f4
removes that contradiction and carries the prior status-0 control evidence
without execution. That feature is the corrected external AUTHORIZATION_HEAD.
Fresh exact-head review must name only Luna HIGH /root/issue583_luna_impl for
production, superseding the stale prospective executor label above. No attempt-2
path, retained verifier, gate, or promotion has run.

#679 attempt 2 is FAIL / consumed at exact feature b70d1490 and tracker
fdfd4110. Its exclusive preflight passed; production emitted the same 77 SDK
rows, then returned 1 because the verifier rejected equal second-resolution
Playwright start/finish timestamps. Astra LOW confirmed the retained metadata
hash is exact and strict positive elapsed time was unsupported. Clean pushed
hard-final scope 378f0d82 preserves both prior failures and permits only
timezone-aware finish >= start, equal/descending synthetic controls, seven
fresh paths, and one final production/manifest attempt after exact review. Any
failure exhausts #679. No gate rerun, predecessor mutation, or promotion ran.

The final-attempt terminal audit also found retained gate-7 stdout uses lowercase
sdk generated surface...; clean pushed hardening 9f0a0031 adds that exact
marker and wrong-case rejection. Astra LOW returned STATIC DRAFT PASS for
external verifier SHA-256 d3f0803c...618c27b, 72,262 bytes, without execution.
Feature 7c163dc6 now authorizes only Luna HIGH /root/issue583_luna_impl to
run its isolated fresh-path self-test once. Production, retained evidence,
embedding, and promotion remain blocked pending terminal review and later exact-
head scope PASS.

#679 is FINAL FAIL / EXHAUSTED at pushed hard-stop de542050. Its final
self-test command used the swapped nonexistent path
/tmp/issue679-attempt3-verifier-draft.py and returned 2 before loading verifier
code; the correct static-reviewed draft remains exact and all production paths
are absent. GitHub #679 is closed without qualification, CP8, artifact, or
promotion credit. Preserve all worktrees and evidence. A separately numbered,
freshly briefed successor is required; no fourth retry belongs to #679.

GitHub #680, Execute retained mapping evidence and deliver the artifact, is
OPEN at clean pushed brief 584f54bd. It starts a fresh workflow from #679's
hard stop, embeds the exact static-reviewed 72,262-byte verifier at content-
addressed path d3f0803c...618c27b, and uses six #680 production paths plus the
never-created inherited control path. It reruns no product gate. #680 is the sole
active child; Astra LOW exact numbered scope review is pending before Luna may
run its self-test or retained classification.

#680 opening state is reconciled at clean pushed feature
b3dc8bd4336bd8c635438cfe9f2b98bc7d033dfa. Concurrent opening checkpoints
briefly introduced a second filename for the same numbered spec; checkpoint
b3dc8bd4 removes that duplicate and leaves only canonical
680-execute-retained-mapping-evidence-and-deliver-artifact.md. Correction
fb6c23bb binds the verifier's frozen Git authority to the preserved clean #679
worktree at hard-stop de542050; the #680 worktree supplies only the external
authorization head and execution cwd. No verifier, retained evidence, product
gate, or promotion ran. #680 remains the sole active child; only Luna HIGH
/root/issue583_luna_impl may execute after fresh Astra LOW exact-head scope
PASS, and lane B alone owns AudioWorklet qualification and pins.

#680 opening SCOPE PASS at feature b3dc8bd4 and tracker e63ed159 is
superseded before execution because its sole named Luna executor is absent from
the current collaboration tree. No fresh path or command was created. Clean
pushed feature a7e573aa93013aef13d262f7dd286712a158cd7a transfers only the
attempt-1 lease to available Luna XHIGH /root/issue679_luna_verifier; all
verifier bytes, paths, commands, gates, and stop conditions remain exact. Fresh
Astra LOW exact-head SCOPE PASS is required. #680 remains the sole active child,
lane A is held, and lane B alone owns AudioWorklet qualification and pins.

The a7e573aa lease transfer was based on a stale collaboration-tree snapshot:
Luna HIGH /root/issue583_luna_impl was active. Its read-only preflight stopped
at status 1 because that concurrent checkpoint changed the expected feature head;
it created no path and ran neither verifier invocation, so attempt 1 remains
unused. Clean pushed feature 1bfb9f26ba19531a69121b2a75d64b36930a3ba9
withdraws the stale transfer and restores that Luna as sole executor. Verifier
bytes, paths, commands, gates, and stop conditions are unchanged. Fresh Astra
LOW exact-head scope review is required before execution; #680 remains the sole
active child and lane B retains artifact/pin ownership.

Astra LOW then found the superseded executor had begun its already-issued
preflight during reconciliation. It created only the incomplete 891-byte
/tmp/issue680-attempt1-preflight.txt (SHA-256 87527f86...994f3) and stopped
at status 1 after observing reconciled feature 1bfb9f26 instead of stale
authorization a7e573aa; neither verifier invocation nor any other fresh path
ran. Preserve that record. Clean pushed feature
819e6da4505b41940455438542e85d46a5b34e2a assigns six attempt1b paths to
the same unused verifier attempt and requires an explicit failing assertion on
any later preflight stop. Fresh Astra LOW exact-head scope review is pending;
#680 remains the sole active child and no product gate or promotion ran.

#680 attempt 1 is FAIL / consumed. After the earlier no-write external abort,
the then-authorized Luna XHIGH began its preflight at 06:28:03Z, exclusively
created /tmp/issue680-attempt1-preflight.txt, observed actual feature
1bfb9f26 instead of authorization a7e573aa, and should have stopped. Its
improvised nested heredoc then misparsed and returned reported status 2; the
partial 891-byte record is preserved at SHA-256
87527f86c0b85cd61a281614cee75dd4c9f98514c5c31cfedacb1fe90ae994f3.
No verifier, evidence, manifest, product gate, or promotion ran. Clean pushed
record ad042156dc100a91c2e34a3ad6bbf1d3ae5bc583 leaves two attempts and
allows only Luna HIGH /root/issue583_luna_impl to prepare an external hash-
frozen Python runner. No runner or attempt-2 path may execute before separate
Astra LOW review. #680 remains the sole active child; lane A stays held and lane
B alone owns AudioWorklet qualification and pins.

#680 clean pushed preparation checkpoint
b7806a904c7cdf9d076a4bf57089dd347d820039 separates inert runner authorship
from execution. Available Luna XHIGH /root/issue679_luna_verifier may create
only /tmp/issue680-attempt2-runner-draft.py after Astra LOW preparation-scope
review; it may not invoke it or create any attempt-2 output. Luna HIGH
/root/issue583_luna_impl remains the sole eventual executor after separate
runner and production review. Attempt 1 remains consumed, its partial preflight
is immutable, and no attempt-2 command or product gate is authorized.

Attempt-2 runner preparation overlapped the preparer-lease checkpoint: Luna HIGH
/root/issue583_luna_impl exclusively created the sole external draft after its
earlier authorization, while feature b7806a90 transferred preparation to a
different Luna. Root sealed the 22,402-byte candidate mode 0444, SHA-256
85639465...5cc49f0, and clean pushed feature b03740ba. Nothing was invoked
and all attempt-2/control paths remain absent. The transferred preparer must not
overwrite the existing draft. Astra LOW static review is pending; coordinator
inspection flags the pre-amendment hard-coded authorization head and duplicated
target-digest tar argv as possible blockers. #680 remains the sole active child.

Astra LOW returned STATIC FAIL on sealed runner 85639465...5cc49f0 before
execution. Clean pushed feature 2848be41 authorizes only Luna HIGH
/root/issue583_luna_impl to create one inert runner-revision1.py: externally
supplied exact-head and executor identity, streamed target digest, explicit
post-preflight failure capture, fail-closed bytewise manifest, isolated full-flow
controls, resource-specific process collision detection, real dispatch checks,
and final-line PASS equality. No runner/verifier/product command or attempt-2
path is authorized; attempt 2 remains unused and #680 is the sole active child.

Astra LOW returned #680 revision-preparation SCOPE FAIL at feature 2848be41
and tracker 98e4fcf4: the brief omitted an external tracker head, live remote
main/tracker checks, and validation of the operative executor lease. Corrected
pushed feature 93dbc3839d4851a3a4342b6d041bf47bbcad479d adds those literal
arguments/checks, explicitly supersedes the historical shell manifest creation
with direct Python traversal, and retains direct-argv sha256sum -c verification.
A concurrent uninvoked runner-revision1.py exists mode 0600, 31,703 bytes,
SHA-256 f4c44699...a24e36; it is unsealed and grants no execution authority.
All attempt-2 output/control paths remain absent. #680 remains the sole active
child and lane B retains exclusive artifact/pin ownership.

Root sealed that revision-1 candidate mode 0444 at exact SHA-256
f4c44699...a24e36 and clean pushed feature a4a01182. Nothing ran and all
attempt-2/control paths remain absent. Coordinator inspection finds it still
hard-codes ad042156, has no tracker-head argument, and makes its synthetic
status-0 case expect rejection. Astra LOW static review of the frozen bytes is
pending; no execution authority or attempt-2 credit attaches.

Astra LOW returned DRAFT FAIL on #680 runner revision 1
f4c44699...a24e36; no bytes ran. Remaining blockers are stale embedded feature
authority, missing tracker/live-remote/lease checks, a deliberately failing
positive control, imitation rather than shared production flow, partial-record
deletion, incomplete terminal captures, ambiguous manifest paths, and target-
stream cwd/deadlock defects. Clean pushed feature
b47f8e356607257b474b438dfb4697d9f105ff1a permits only Luna HIGH
/root/issue583_luna_impl to create inert runner-revision2.py with those
bounded corrections. No import, compilation, invocation, retained-evidence read,
attempt-2 output, product gate, or promotion is authorized. #680 remains the
sole active child and lane B retains exclusive artifact/pin ownership.

Astra LOW returned #680 revision-2 PREPARATION SCOPE PASS at feature
b47f8e356607257b474b438dfb4697d9f105ff1a and tracker 89d715b5. Only
Luna HIGH /root/issue583_luna_impl may create the inert external revision-2
draft from the spec and sealed predecessors. It may not import, compile, invoke,
inspect retained evidence, create attempt output, or edit Git. Rejected pre-output
conditions create no output; post-dispatch failures must preserve captures and
stop later phases. No execution authority attaches.

The external #680 revision-2 preparer remained inactive with no draft or process.
Clean pushed feature 07c4afc788ac2aba0a6f72778ed73b9c6b2a275f transfers only
inert revision-2 authorship to available Luna XHIGH
/root/issue679_luna_verifier; it may create that one draft after fresh Astra
LOW preparation-scope review but may not invoke/import/compile it, read retained
evidence, create attempt output, or edit Git. Luna HIGH
/root/issue583_luna_impl retains sole eventual execution ownership after later
reviews. No attempt-2 or product action is authorized; #680 remains the sole
active child and lane B retains exclusive artifact/pin ownership.

The earlier Luna HIGH revision-2 preparation completed inertly during the lease
transfer. Root sealed the sole 33,524-byte file mode 0444, SHA-256
2f6ec725...f193d5, and clean pushed feature 02ca53ea; no command ran and all
attempt-2/control paths remain absent. The transferred preparer must not overwrite
it. Astra LOW exact-byte static review is pending; coordinator inspection flags
the runner's requirement that a tracker commit SHA occur inside both files
committed by that same SHA as a likely impossible self-reference. #680 remains
the sole active child.

The earlier external #680 preparer completed revision 2 while feature 07c4afc7
was transferring the same inert lease; the available Luna never touched it.
Clean pushed feature 02ca53ea6d84366095e6009a6a34c442a9ec33b2 seals the sole
ordinary mode-0444 runner-revision2.py, 33,524 bytes, SHA-256
2f6ec725...f193d5. Nothing ran and all attempt-2/control paths remain absent.
No preparer may modify the file. Astra LOW exact-byte review is pending;
coordinator inspection flags a tracker-SHA self-reference in lease validation.
#680 remains the sole active child and lane B retains artifact/pin ownership.

Astra LOW returned STATIC FAIL on sealed revision 2 before execution: the
production directory ordering guarantees failure, tracker lease validation is
self-referential, live feature/target stream/manifest-row checks remain defective,
and a duplicate helper survives. After two inert runner revisions, clean pushed
feature b7f59843 enforces the throughput stop and replaces the general runner
with one small external launcher that only checks exact heads/freshness, captures
the already-reviewed verifier self-test and production invocation, and manifests
the five known flat capture files. No revision3, launcher execution, product
gate, or attempt-2 path is authorized. Luna HIGH /root/issue583_luna_impl alone
may prepare the inert launcher; #680 remains the sole active child.

The reduced launcher completed inertly and root sealed its 14,665 bytes mode
0444, SHA-256 588d1782...d817f8b, at clean pushed feature deb16699.
Nothing ran and all attempt-2/control paths remain absent. Astra LOW exact-byte
review is pending; coordinator inspection flags raw bytes passed to JSON after
self-test and partial-file deletion on write failure as blockers. No execution or
qualification credit attaches; #680 remains the sole active child.

Astra LOW returned STATIC FAIL on reduced launcher 588d1782...d817f8b
with five local corrections; verifier argv/markers and the exact five-file
manifest are coherent. Clean pushed feature 11e16189 authorizes only Luna HIGH
/root/issue583_luna_impl to create inert launcher-revision1.py: serialize the
self-test capture through base64 metadata, preserve partial writes, remove the
uid gate, retain final boundary evidence, and make diagnostic-append failure
non-suppressing. No execution or attempt-2 path is authorized; #680 remains the
sole active child.

Astra LOW returned DRAFT FAIL on #680 runner revision 2
2f6ec725...f193d5; no bytes ran. The initial candidate plus two revisions have
exhausted the general-runner shape. Clean pushed rebrief
b7f598433197b7e8d3cffb80d2ac63ea6b2a8a14 forbids revision3 and scopes a
small single-purpose attempt2-launcher.py: exact head/remote/authority/freshness
preflight, one verifier self-test, one production verifier, five-file manifest,
and one direct verification with complete captures. It duplicates no verifier
census, target, retained-evidence, or product-gate logic. Only Luna HIGH
/root/issue583_luna_impl may prepare the inert launcher after Astra LOW scope
review; no execution or promotion is authorized. #680 remains the sole active
child and lane B retains artifact/pin ownership.

The five-fix launcher correction completed inertly. Root sealed its 15,089 bytes
mode 0444, SHA-256 cdc44e1c...068760d, and clean pushed feature fd94455c.
The diff contains only the authorized serialization, partial-preservation, uid,
pre-production observation, and diagnostic fixes. Nothing ran and all attempt-2/
control paths remain absent. Astra LOW final static review is pending; #680
remains the sole active child.

Astra LOW returned STATIC PASS on exact reduced-launcher revision SHA-256
cdc44e1c...068760d, 15,089 bytes, mode 0444. Clean pushed feature
98c750e1f92bb53956256f6ebe12d4336c89620e records the verdict and remains
unexecuted. Exact feature/tracker/GitHub/path SCOPE PASS is pending before sole
Luna HIGH /root/issue583_luna_impl may supply those two head arguments and run
the launcher once. All attempt-2/control paths remain absent; #680 is the sole
active child.

That STATIC PASS is superseded by the controlling independent Astra LOW DRAFT
FAIL
on the same revision bytes. Exact six-entry ordinary-file revalidation
immediately before manifest verification, preflight failure ownership after
exclusive creation, durable manifest-creation and terminal-success metadata, and
TypeError coverage remain incomplete. Clean pushed feature 95c3742c permits
only Luna HIGH /root/issue583_luna_impl to prepare one final inert
attempt2-launcher-revision2.py with those four lifecycle corrections and no
restored general-runner infrastructure. No import, compilation, execution,
retained-evidence inspection, attempt output, product gate, or promotion is
authorized. Attempt 2 is unconsumed; #680 remains the sole active child and lane
B retains artifact/pin ownership.

The final inert reduced-launcher correction completed and root sealed its 15,975
bytes mode 0444, SHA-256 a6cdc890...11ec10, at clean pushed feature
08bb7fec. Nothing ran and all attempt-2/control paths remain absent. Astra LOW
exact-byte review is pending; coordinator inspection flags regressed raw-byte
self-test JSON and non-durable failed manifest-creation metadata. No exact-head,
execution, or qualification credit attaches; #680 remains the sole active child.

Astra LOW returned DRAFT FAIL on final reduced-launcher correction
a6cdc890...11ec10: raw-byte serialization regressed, partial preflight ownership
and failed manifest-creation metadata remain incomplete, and durable terminal
success is absent. The launcher shape is exhausted; preserve all three sealed
files and never invoke them. Clean pushed feature 6ab3295b rebriefs unconsumed
attempt 2 to direct execution of the already reviewed verifier, using separate
flat captures and one exact manifest without generated runner/launcher code.
Fresh Astra LOW exact-head SCOPE PASS is required before sole Luna HIGH
/root/issue583_luna_impl executes. Product gates and promotion remain
unauthorized; #680 remains the sole active child and lane B retains artifact/pin
ownership.

Astra LOW returned #680 direct-execution SCOPE FAIL only because tracker
59d483c6 still merged from older main 7d16d9c9; GitHub parity, live refs,
feature/main/authority/verifier identities, preserved candidates, fresh paths,
and the bounded direct protocol all passed. Nothing ran. Root merged current main
df0b9b93 into the clean tracker without conflict and pushed reconciliation
345fce5f, making the tracker merge base exact. Fresh Astra LOW exact-head scope
review is required before Luna execution; #680 remains the sole active child and
lane B retains artifact/pin ownership.

Clean pushed feature ce64571bcf687adee1c214e08034f363c5d9bd2d
removes stale launcher-era path and manifest instructions from #680's direct-
execution rebrief. Attempt 2 now has one five-path freshness set, one 14-file
flat evidence set, and direct sha256sum creation/verification; no generated
runner or launcher may execute. GitHub #680 is synchronized. Fresh Astra LOW
exact-head scope review remains mandatory before the sole Luna HIGH executor may
run the verifier once. No attempt-2 path, product gate, promotion, or committed
generated evidence exists.

The external #680 attempt-3 Luna lease remained inactive after scope PASS, with
no process, SHA256SUMS, or external capture. It is withdrawn before action and
receives no attempt credit. Sole ownership of the still-unstarted manifest phase
transfers to available Luna XHIGH /root/issue679_luna_verifier, subject to fresh
Astra LOW exact-head scope review. The 14 hashes, commands, paths, stop conditions,
and hard-final accounting are unchanged; no verifier/product rerun or promotion
is authorized, and lane B retains artifact/pin ownership.

Astra LOW found the clarified #680 protocol coherent but returned SCOPE
FAIL
because the requested tracker identity advanced during inspection; no
command ran. Clean pushed feature 80a8bc0ed2f878ec24c21df493522630389796bb
records that identity-only stop and corrects the remaining acceptance wording
from launcher flow to direct flow. GitHub #680 is synchronized. Freeze this
tracker checkpoint for one final exact-head review; #680 remains the sole active
child and all five attempt-2/control paths remain absent.

Astra LOW returned exact-head SCOPE PASS and Luna HIGH ran #680 attempt 2. The
reviewed self-test and production verifier both returned status 0, empty stderr,
and exact terminal PASS without rerunning a product gate. Attempt 2 is still
FAIL / consumed procedurally because Luna corrected a deliberately wrong
03-production.command record in place before invocation; the final record
matches the command that ran, but the original bytes were not preserved. The
reported 12-file census was a premature observation while the production shell
was finishing, not a verifier failure; all 14 expected files now exist and the
manifest never started. Clean pushed feature 81d02b322b905bdb6f759f49c5809f565199e823
freezes their exact hashes and scopes hard-final attempt 3 to manifest creation
and verification only. No verifier, product gate, promotion, cleanup, or new
issue is authorized; fresh Astra LOW exact-head scope review is pending.

The tracker-only attempt-3 lease transfer was superseded after identity review by
the already active sole Luna HIGH executor. The manifest phase then passed once:
14 exact frozen inputs, 14 ordered checksum/verification rows, status 0, empty
stderr, and a mode-0555 directory containing exactly 15 mode-0444 files. Astra
LOW returned EVIDENCE PASS. Clean pushed #680 feature
4a18d93bdaade5cef4cea89fa196c633d00e6fcc scopes only the three tracked
pin/lineage edits and one ordinary external post-pin six-file build. Fresh Astra
LOW promotion SCOPE PASS is pending; no verifier/browser/SDK qualification rerun,
generated-payload commit, PR, merge, cleanup, or new issue is authorized.

Astra LOW returned promotion SCOPE FAIL before edits because the builder's
native parameter-metadata step lacked an explicit external Cargo target and
complete build provenance. Clean pushed #680 feature 47039944 adds one fresh
external target, exact environment/start/finish/status/stream records, and
source-local-target plus exact tracked-diff checks. No edit or build ran. Fresh
Astra LOW scope review is pending; #680 remains the sole lane-B child.

The exact three pin/lineage edits are checkpointed at #680 product commit
1a46ad39. A concurrent actor launched the authorized post-pin build before the
named Luna's noclobber dispatch; six exact candidate files exist, but metadata
mixes status 1 and 0 and lacks sole-executor provenance. Astra LOW returned
POST-PIN EVIDENCE FAIL, forbade a replacement build, and required read-only
attribution first. Clean pushed feature 926a9eb1 scopes only two fresh
attribution/comparison records over the preserved bytes. No build, product gate,
generated commit, PR, merge, cleanup, or new issue is authorized.

Astra LOW passed the corrected scope, but #680 promotion EVIDENCE FAIL is
final. The exact build launched once and produced all six expected hashes; a
stale Luna context's rejected noclobber redirect launched no build yet polluted
the shared metadata/status, leaving mixed provenance and no compare file. Do not
repair, append, compare, rerun, or delete the partial. Preserve clean pushed
three-file commit 1a46ad393099014c04c36e7d3a5621a0685c1c9c, all external
paths, and both executor transcripts. The commit matches the qualified overlay
but is not evidence-approved delivery. #680 closes without product delivery; a
new numbered stateless successor alone may adopt that commit and obtain fresh
exclusive post-pin evidence before guarded delivery.

The immediately preceding concurrent hard-stop conclusion is superseded by the
controlling Astra LOW verdict: it forbade a replacement build but explicitly
permitted a pushed disposition amendment followed by read-only attribution and
comparison of the preserved outputs. Clean pushed #680 feature 926a9eb1
contains that bounded amendment. Keep #680 open, create no successor, and claim
no delivery unless the separate read-only evidence review passes. Lane B retains
exclusive artifact/pin ownership.

The later exact-transcript Astra LOW review requested by the active coordinator
supersedes that interim ruling. It confirmed one actual build but held that mixed
lifecycle provenance and absent comparison forbid any #680 continuation or
repair. #680 is synchronized and closed without product delivery. New stateless
#681, Deliver the retained qualified AudioWorklet artifact pins, is the sole
active lane-B child at clean pushed checkpoint 5cac1770; it starts from current
main and may only adopt preserved product commit 1a46ad39, create fresh
exclusive post-pin evidence, and complete guarded delivery. All #680 paths and
history remain immutable.

The already-pushed #680 926a9eb1 amendment is the narrower explicit rebrief:
read-only attribution and comparison of preserved outputs, without rebuilding or
repairing evidence. #681 closes before implementation and owns no product byte,
attempt path, or qualification credit. #680 remains the sole active lane-B child
at clean pushed df844ecb; fresh Astra LOW scope review is required before its
two exclusive read-only records may be created.

The two #680 records were then created read-only and Astra LOW returned
EVIDENCE PASS — limited technical post-pin byte identity accepted: all six
outputs are byte-identical to the qualified candidate while unknown actor,
invocation-count, and sole-executor limitations remain explicit. Clean pushed
#680 feature 614d7a8d92c85f190e9d30dda7382c7a90153c4d freezes the exact
11-path delivery diff and requests exact-head PR-readiness review. #681 stays
closed with no credit; #680 remains open as the sole lane-B child. No PR or merge
is authorized before Astra review.

Astra LOW returned PR-READINESS PASS at #680 head
614d7a8d92c85f190e9d30dda7382c7a90153c4d against current main
df0b9b93636de36a7143da15b83444f280b65e6b. PR #682 is open on that
immutable head; required qualification is pending. No merge authority attaches
until the check succeeds and guarded head/base review passes. #680 remains open.

PR #682 merged exact reviewed head 614d7a8d92c85f190e9d30dda7382c7a90153c4d
onto ordered first parent df0b9b93636de36a7143da15b83444f280b65e6b
as 8999def5ac8aea06a0082df2b4764878e0b13dc8. Required PR qualification
run 34329829305 and exact-merge post-main qualification run 34330626533
both succeeded with zero failed or incomplete jobs. The concurrent coordinator
merged while Astra's guarded review was running; Astra then verified the exact
parents/checks and required this post-main proof. #669/#670/#672/#678/#679/#680
are closed, #681 remains closed with no credit, and CP8 is DELIVERED with the
limited post-pin provenance preserved. Original-finding accounting is now 39
delivered, 1 partial, 82 open, 1 owner disposition, and 1 historical observation
across 124; within the 97-finding #559/#560 handoff set it is 13 delivered, 1
partial, 82 open, and 1 disposition. The #683 deferred-optimization disposition
moves FX4 from open to owner disposition, leaving 39 delivered, 1 partial, 81
open, 2 owner dispositions, and 1 historical observation across 124; the handoff
remains 13 delivered, 1 partial, 81 open, and 2 dispositions across 97. No
timing claim or generated evidence commit attaches. RT4 and RT5 are delivered,
and CP1 is the sole remaining partial in lane B: its prepared-effect slice is
delivered while the owned-string compiler front half remains open. Lane B has no
active child at this boundary.

Lane-A #683 is open at clean pushed brief 74969c2e from main 8999def5 as a
documentation-only disposition of the separate true-peak-limiter FX4
investigation. It owns no lane-B, AudioWorklet, artifact, pin, compiler, or
product path. #668's failed worktree, history, records, targets, and temporary
evidence remain preserved with no inherited qualification credit. #683 is the
sole active issue slot; lane B has no active child. Fresh Astra LOW scope review
precedes any documentation attempt.

Documentation attempt 1 for lane-A #683 received SCOPE PASS at feature
74969c2eec6b064150c5fdb834208b9faf61f6ae, tracker
6aaee31b5e599ef90fc570b4a425d6141cf6969f, and main
8999def5ac8aea06a0082df2b4764878e0b13dc8. The deferred disposition gives no
inherited qualification, mapping, residual, implementation, timing, cycle,
improvement, or budget credit for #668; product source and delivered-
optimization accounting are unchanged. Limiter applicability remains unresolved,
future capture/implementation needs a new measured-budget or owner-approved
weekly/performance issue, reciprocal substitution remains a separate class-B
owner ruling, and all named #668/softclip failed state stays preserved.

The disposition gives no qualification, implementation, performance, or
delivered-optimization credit and commits no compiler evidence. It changes only
FX4's category from open to owner disposition; CP1 remains the sole partial in
lane B, with its prepared-effect slice delivered and its owned-string compiler
front half open. All failed #668 and named soft-clip recovery state remains
preserved.

Astra LOW returned lane-A #683 documentation-attempt EVIDENCE PASS at exact
clean feature 83fbdd30, tracker 3556a423, and main 8999def5. Only #683's
spec and the concise tracker rows changed; lane-B product, artifact, and pin paths
remain untouched. Final amendment and exact-head PR-readiness review are pending.
#683 remains the sole active slot and lane B has no active child.

PR #684 opened for lane-A #683, and a concurrent same-scope wording clarification
advanced its clean pushed head from reviewed f4e3e03c to 623a19ce. Lane-B
paths remain untouched. The prior PR-readiness verdict does not transfer; fresh
Astra LOW review and required qualification on the new immutable head are
pending before any merge.

Lane-A #683 passed required PR qualification 34333029719 at reviewed head
623a19ce, merged through PR #684 as main e4dfe353, and passed exact-merge
post-main qualification 34333355747. It is synchronized closed as a
documentation-only owner disposition with no product, compiler-evidence,
performance, or delivered-optimization credit. Limiter applicability remains
unresolved and all failed state stays preserved. Both shared slots are free;
lane B retains the sole partial, CP1, with its prepared-effect slice delivered
and its owned-string compiler front half open.

CP1 child #685, Index graph nodes for deterministic topological scheduling,
is open from exact main e4dfe353 at clean pushed brief 197a2f74. Its bounded
product slice replaces owned GraphNodeId topological scratch with
graph-ID-ordered dense indices in crates/graph-compiler/src/schedule.rs, plus
adjacent scheduling tests. Public identity, ordering, cycles/dangling/duplicate
behavior, diagnostics, canonical output, PDC, buffers, and rendering remain
unchanged. No timing, allocation, benchmark, compiler-capture, artifact, or pin
claim attaches. #685 is the sole active implementation slot; Astra LOW
exact-head scope review precedes Luna HIGH/XHIGH attempt 1.

Astra LOW returned PR-READINESS PASS for #683 at exact head 623a19ce against
main 8999def5; required PR qualification 34333029719 succeeded. PR #684
merged with ordered parents 8999def5 and 623a19ce as e4dfe353, and
exact-merge post-main qualification 34333355747 succeeded. #683 is delivered
as a no-credit deferred-optimization disposition and its slot is released after
remote synchronization. CP1 remains lane B's sole partial and next
implementation priority; accounting remains 39 delivered, 1 partial, 81 open,
2 owner dispositions, and 1 historical observation across 124 findings.

Astra LOW returned #685 exact-brief SCOPE PASS at clean pushed feature
197a2f74, tracker ee402149, and main e4dfe353. Luna HIGH/XHIGH attempt 1
may replace only schedule.rs::topo's owned-ID scratch with graph-ID-ordered
private indices and add adjacent discriminating tests. It must preserve empty,
duplicate, dangling, cycle, self-loop, parallel-edge, level, and ordering
behavior. Cycle/SCC traversal, PDC, reductions, buffers, public graph identity,
allocation/performance work, artifact qualification, and pins remain outside the
source attempt. CP1 stays partial and #685 is the sole active slot.

Astra LOW returned #685 attempt-1 SOURCE/EVIDENCE PASS at exact clean pushed
feature 276ffb60. Dense graph-ID-ordered indices replace owned-ID topological
scratch, and the exact scheduling, parallel-edge, permutation, duplicate,
dangling, cycle, and self-loop contracts pass. All ten ordered gates returned 0.
The contemporaneous handoff and immediate exact two-path checkpoint link the
tested tranche, while independent precommit source hashes are not claimed.
Attempt 1 needs no correction. No allocation, timing, performance, artifact,
pin, PR, or delivery credit attaches; a separate lane-B browser-artifact
applicability issue is next.

The preceding concurrent #685 SOURCE/EVIDENCE PASS record is superseded by the
coordinator's named Astra LOW verdict. Product inspection and focused/debug/
release-unwind behavior found no defect at 276ffb60, but fresh canonical
graph_fixture --check failed with a manifest mismatch before the 100-process
continuation and strict Clippy. Attempt 1 is consumed as SOURCE FAIL. The only
next authority is read-only attribution against exact unchanged main; fixture
regeneration, source repair, artifact work, and attempt 2 remain blocked.
Production reachability makes later browser artifact qualification mandatory.

Astra LOW then reproduced the same canonical-manifest failure on exact main;
baseline and #685 generated manifests are byte-identical at
aadac13d...0decb, while three checked-in direct-route rows are stale against
both. Attempt 2 freezes product and fixtures and may run only missing strict
Clippy and 100-process determinism before fresh Astra LOW review. Do not repair
fixtures, repeat debug/release suites, or start artifact work before that
verdict.

#687's sole stage-1 repin-report invocation is consumed as EVIDENCE FAIL.
The worktree advanced from reviewed c07dee0e to documentation-only merge
5153ce43 before dispatch, and a later drift record names the wrong invocation
head. Status/output records are coherent and observed 31c882af...cd4b differs
from delivered 93108e94...4531, but no qualification credit attaches. Only a
new Astra LOW read-only reconciliation record may inspect the preserved inputs;
rerun, assembly, browser/resource/SDK qualification, and pin edits are forbidden.

Astra LOW returned #685 ATTEMPT-2 SOURCE PASS at clean feature f89f81df,
with product source still 276ffb60. Strict all-target Clippy passed and 100
fresh processes produced identical graph fingerprints at
e5d45be61...a8face. Attempt 1 remains consumed; the stale checked-in manifest
is unrelated baseline state. #687 may receive only a corrected exact-head scope
review next; no builder execution is authorized yet.

Artifact peer #687, Qualify indexed-topology AudioWorklet artifact applicability, is open from #685's accepted source checkpoint. Its stage 1 owns
one exact repin-report identity probe into fresh /tmp/issue687-* paths. It owns
no tracked product, artifact, pin, lineage, compiler, SDK, host, manifest, lock,
policy, or workflow edit and makes no performance claim. A matching digest may
support an Astra applicability decision; drift authorizes only a separately
reviewed stage 2 amendment. #685/#687 fill both shared slots. Fresh Astra LOW
scope PASS is required before the named Luna executor runs anything.

The preceding concurrent #685 attempt-2 PASS row is superseded by Astra LOW's
controlling EVIDENCE FAIL. Strict Clippy, the fixture build, and 100 exact
fresh-process comparisons passed, with frozen non-spec source unchanged; final
clean-tree postflight failed because another writer modified the #685 spec.
Attempt 2 is consumed. Product 276ffb60, fixtures, and /tmp/issue685-attempt2-*
stay frozen. Hard-final attempt 3 owns only read-only attribution of the committed
documentation drift and preserved records, with no gate rerun or artifact work.
#687 remains blocked pending that verdict and a corrected scope review.

Astra LOW returned #685 hard-final attempt-3 SOURCE/EVIDENCE PASS through
read-only adjudication. f89f81df..b3fe4c9c was spec-only, all snapshotted
non-spec hashes held, and the 102 preserved Clippy/build/process records were
ordered/status 0 with identical fixture output. Attempts 1/2 remain consumed;
the documentation-concurrency limit stays explicit. Frozen product 276ffb60
may now enter only a corrected Astra-reviewed #687 scope. No builder, pin, PR, or
delivery authority attaches yet.

#687 is rebriefed from #685's controlling hard-final source PASS. Stage 1 now
requires an in-memory three-path freshness observation, exclusive durable
preflight persistence/readback, a fresh detached exact-source worktree, and
literal main/source/product/tracker identity checks before the single repin-
report dispatch. No stage-1 path exists and no builder has run. Fresh Astra LOW
scope PASS remains required; #685/#687 continue to occupy both shared slots.

A concurrent actor created #687's output/evidence directories and ran the repin-
report builder before corrected scope PASS. The preserved status-0 digest
31c882af...e66cd4b differs from the pin but is unqualified: preflight was
persisted after path creation, recorded head identity changed before invocation,
and no detached source was used. Stage 1 is procedural FAIL and consumed. Keep
all records/directories immutable and never rerun the repin probe. Attempt 2 owns
only Astra LOW read-only attribution of those records and Git history; it grants
no candidate, pin, qualification, PR, or delivery authority yet.

Astra LOW returned #687 attempt-2 ATTRIBUTION PASS for one limited drift
observation. The invocation followed a spec-only merge and all product/builder/
lock/pin inputs matched frozen source. It does not prove sole executor or exact
total invocations; stage 1 stays failed. Hard-final stage 2 is now briefed for
fresh scratch six-file/static/resource/hermetic/SDK/browser qualification after
exact Astra scope PASS. Repository promotion and pins remain unauthorized.

Astra LOW returned #687 stage-2 SCOPE FAIL before path creation: two native
Cargo-bearing gates lacked the external target. The bounded correction assigns
the existing stage-2 target to both and removes the repin variable from the
ordinary build. All five paths remain absent; renewed Astra scope PASS is
required before hard-final execution.

Astra LOW returned #687 hard-final stage-2 SCOPE PASS at brief 2a3781d2
and tracker 0611cb5a, with all five paths absent. One Luna HIGH executor may
run the frozen scratch candidate and ordered qualification gates exactly once,
stopping permanently at the first failure. No retry, promotion, pin, PR, or
delivery authority attaches; success still needs adversarial evidence review.

Astra LOW returned #687 hard-final ATTEMPT-3 FAIL. Concurrent source-path
creation stopped the named Luna before persistence; another actor ran the
builder and a procedurally forbidden post-stop static gate, leaving contradictory
lifecycle records. Six exact candidate files are preserved but unqualified; the
remaining gates are not evidenced. #687 is hard-stopped with all three attempts
consumed: no rerun, repair, promotion, pin, or disguised fourth attempt.

#688 is the bounded successor and second shared slot. It may adopt the exact
preserved candidate without rebuilding, then run the qualification gates once
under fresh evidence ownership after Astra LOW scope PASS. The post-stop static
record is observed but unqualified. #685 remains the sole product slot; no new
finding starts until both issues deliver or hard-stop.

Astra LOW returned #688 attempt-1 EVIDENCE FAIL. All nine ordered technical
gates, six candidate hashes, external targets, three-file scratch overlay, and
terminal manifest reproduce, but the records do not prove initial absence and
exclusive creation of the evidence path or contemporaneous dispatch authority.
Attempt 1 is consumed. No gate rerun or promotion is authorized. Attempt 2 owns
only /tmp/issue688-attempt2-disposition.json for Astra LOW read-only
adjudication of the frozen outputs, retaining the provenance limitation; fresh
scope PASS is required before that record may be created.

Astra LOW returned #688 attempt-2 SCOPE PASS at issue f0253618 and
tracker 0d5368b2. One Astra LOW adjudicator may now create only the fresh
read-only disposition record after all frozen checks pass. No gate rerun,
predecessor mutation, pin, rebuild, PR, merge, or delivery is authorized.

Astra LOW returned #688 attempt-2 DISPOSITION PASS. Its sole read-only
record is mode 0444, 13,768 bytes, SHA-256 fe263bf...dfc5. Attempt 1 stays
failed and all provenance limits remain explicit, but technical applicability
permits one separately reviewed final attempt: copy the exact qualified pin,
results, and matrix, checkpoint them, then perform one ordinary external-target
rebuild and byte comparison. No PR or delivery authority attaches yet.

Astra LOW returned #688 final attempt-3 FAIL. The three promotion files were
already dirty before scope review, then were committed and pushed as exact
three-file checkpoint 2cc6fff5 after SCOPE FAIL. A competing actor continued
by creating all attempt-3 paths and starting the ordinary builder; the
coordinator stopped its process group mid-build. Only the preflight record and
four partial artifact files exist; no builder result or terminal manifest was
produced. Preserve the clean pushed commit and all partial paths with no
delivery credit. Attempts 1–3 are exhausted; #688 hard-stops without retry or
successor. #685 stays partial and no original finding starts without new owner
instruction changing that boundary.

The executor subsequently durably recorded the interrupted state. Authoritative
preflight/hard-stop/terminal hashes are b60aeff7...2c64e,
d286af65...388bf, and f1c43b24...2325d. Exactly four of six output files
match authority; ABI-layout and parameter-metadata JSON are absent. No durable
builder status/streams or later gate exists. Astra LOW reaffirmed final FAIL.
#688 is closed; #685 remains source-qualified but undelivered and blocked.

The owner explicitly superseded #688's no-successor boundary and directed the
lane to rescope and continue through all fixes. #690 now owns only the fresh
ordinary post-pin reproduction and delivery from preserved lineage f4703fe6.
Its builder must use a persistent session handle with no fixed timeout. #685 and
#690 are the two active slots; no original finding starts before their delivery.

Astra LOW returned #690 attempt-1 EVIDENCE FAIL. The persistent builder
returned 143 after successful Wasm compilation and four matching files, before
the two metadata files; no later gate ran. Attempt 1 is consumed and preserved.
Attempt 2 assigns the long-lived commands to one named Luna HIGH executor, with
each exec_command session polled by that executor to completion and fresh
/tmp paths. Astra LOW scope PASS is required before execution.

Astra LOW returned #690 attempt-2 SCOPE PASS at issue 0453b71b and
tracker e7053db4 for a root-owned brief that conflicts with the owner's Luna
HIGH routing. All fresh paths remain absent and no command ran. The authorization
is superseded without consuming attempt 2. A fresh Astra LOW pass against the
clean pushed Luna-owned brief must be recorded and pushed before any path exists;
final Astra evidence review remains required.

#690 attempt 1 is PROCEDURAL FAIL and consumed. Astra LOW first returned
SCOPE FAIL for head drift and missing empty-artifact creation; a concurrent Luna
then created the paths and started the builder without authority. The
coordinator stopped it at actual status 143 after four of six files; no later
gate ran. Preserve the complete attempt-1 namespace. Attempt 2 uses fresh
/tmp/issue690-attempt2-* paths, durable exclusive evidence, explicit empty
artifact creation, a Cargo-created target, persistent sessions, and fresh Astra
scope PASS before any path exists.

Astra LOW returned #690 attempt-2 SCOPE PASS at clean issue 23fbe24e,
tracker c325ae77, and unchanged main e4dfe353. GitHub parity, lineage,
authority and attempt-1 hashes, promotion identities, clean worktrees, the
two-slot boundary, and absence of all three fresh paths and relevant processes
passed. After this record is pushed and synchronized, explicitly named Luna
HIGH executor /root/issue583_luna_impl alone may run the frozen sequence once;
root owns coordination only. Stop on first failure and preserve every record.

Astra LOW returned #690 Luna-owned attempt-2 SCOPE PASS at issue 23fbe24e
and tracker c325ae77. All fresh paths were absent and hashes matched. One
root-named Luna HIGH executor may create the namespace and run the five commands
through its own persistent handles; final Astra LOW evidence review is required.

Astra LOW returned #690 attempt-2 EVIDENCE FAIL at clean feature 4ac1fd01,
tracker cfa01b52, and unchanged main. Luna created the authorized evidence and
empty artifact directories, then requested its sole builder session with a
nonexistent cwd. No builder process or later gate ran; artifact remains empty,
target remains absent, and recorded 127 is a failure sentinel rather than an
observed builder exit. Preserve the read-only namespace and limitations; attempt
2 is consumed with no credit. Final attempt 3 uses only fresh
/tmp/issue690-attempt3-* paths, named Luna HIGH executor
/root/issue690_luna_attempt3, and an exact pwd -P/Git-toplevel/workdir gate
before the single persistent builder request. Fresh Astra LOW scope review is
required before any path exists; that exact external PASS is authority, with no
intervening authorization commit.

The proposed final executor /root/issue690_luna_attempt3 completed only a
read-only readiness check and created no path. Final execution is bound to Luna
HIGH executor /root/issue583_luna_impl; commands, paths, and attempt state are
unchanged. Fresh exact-head Astra LOW review is required.

Astra LOW returned #690 attempt-3 EVIDENCE/PROCEDURAL FAIL at clean feature
dd8a93ca, tracker c43b36b8, and unchanged main. Luna reported a correct
preflight followed by a mistyped-workdir evidence-creation failure and no
namespace. Later read-only review found attempt-3 evidence/artifact/target paths,
builder command/start/compiler output, and ultimately six authority-equal files,
but no terminal status, manifest, later gate, or attributable invocation count.
The snapshot earns no credit. Preserve all paths and transcripts unchanged.
All three #690 attempts are consumed; hard-stop without retry, promotion, merge,
or disguised fourth attempt. #685 remains the sole inherited partial.

#690 is closed exhausted without delivery. Under the owner's revised model
routing, Astra XHIGH owns scoping and verification assignments, Astra HIGH owns
delicate audio/DSP implementation, Luna HIGH is assigned non-delicate mechanical
execution, and Sol HIGH remains coordinator. #692 is the bounded lane-B
documentation/evidence reconciliation and delivery rescope; #685/#692 are the
only active child slots.

#692 activation and reconciliation

#692 is the owner-directed documentation/evidence reconciliation and delivery
successor. It authorizes NO rerun, product change, pin change, or terminal-
manifest fabrication. Sol HIGH coordinates; Astra XHIGH owns scoping and every
verification assignment; Luna HIGH performs only this non-delicate mechanical
docs change. #685/#692 occupy the two child slots; lane A remains inactive
and lane B owns AudioWorklet pins.

The six current attempt-3 artifact files are byte-equal to the authority at
/tmp/issue687-stage2-artifact, with the six authority hashes recorded in the
#692 predecessor spec. This is current identity only. The source files equal
product 276ffb6097a84088e3b5f4a16892a33bca9e26fb; the three pin/promotion

were verified over all 24 referenced records; they support technical
applicability with provenance limits and do not satisfy the predecessor
protocol.

#690 attempts 1–3 remain failed, consumed, and hard-stopped. The five preserved
status files each contain 0; these are recorded status values, not
authenticated exit results or success evidence. Recorded intervals are builder
11:33:18–11:34:53 UTC, gate
1 11:35:02–11:36:07, gate 2 11:36:14–11:37:08, gate 3 11:37:17–11:37:31,
and gate 4 11:37:38–11:38:15. Hard-stop commit ceafeda5 at 11:35:24 and
GitHub close at 11:35:54 mean gate 1 finished and gates 2–4 started/finished
after hard stop/closure. No manifest, persistent session IDs/tool receipts, or
attributable invocation proof exists; later gates omit cwd/head and the branch
advanced during gate 1. Preserve all evidence unchanged and grant no
retroactive credit.

Required sequence: Astra XHIGH exact-head review; required PR qualification;
guarded live head/base merge; post-main qualification; then synchronize and
close #685/#692 and update #559/#560/#349 accounting. CP1 remains partial
because other owned-string compiler structures remain. Lane B retains exclusive
pin ownership throughout.
