Code coverage was being done via Bitrise CI until the latest release. I stopped using Bitrise because it was not adding value to this particular project. I'd like to have code coverage back, almost exactly like: https://github.com/mattpolzin/OpenAPIKit/blob/main/.github/workflows/codecov.yml.
