Show position values denominated in both pool tokens

Follow-up to #3. Position analytics currently shows totals in USD plus per-token amounts. Add an option to view a position's value denominated in either of the pool's two tokens (e.g. EURC and USDC for a EURC-USDC position), instead of USD only.

Partial progress in d390f66 (live now): the position page shows server-computed PnL in SOL alongside the USD net profit, plus closed / out-of-range badges. The wallet page also shows per-pool and portfolio-wide PnL in both USD and SOL.

Remaining scope for this issue: denominating position value in the pool's own two tokens (e.g. EURC and USDC for EURC-USDC). The Meteora PnL endpoint exposes per-token all-time deposit/withdrawal/fee breakdowns, so this is feasible as a follow-up.
