Launching Issue

I've followed the steps to download the game. I usually launch the game on high res and I get as far as the loading screen to get to the hideout but then the game crashes and gives me the following error message:

'The game crashed with error code 2147483651'

Any recommendations on further steps would be greatly appreciated.

When I launch on low res, I get error code message 4294967295
