W04: Make purchased access and ownership claims truthful

Scope

Execute docs/backlog/implementation/W04-access-promise.md.

Before payment, Dotify must describe Classic access, track availability, runtime control, NFT ownership, and royalty recipients truthfully. The fastest pilot path keeps the current on-chain semantics and fixes unsupported UI/docs promises.

Expected outcome

• Listeners see the actual support amount and runtime-native asset before submitting a Classic payment.
• The access gate and receipt copy distinguish payment confirmation from permanent media availability.
• Deactivated previously purchased tracks produce honest feedback instead of implying a broken unlock.
• Original artist, runtime owner, track NFT owner, and royalty beneficiaries are described separately.
• Tests reproduce the Free / Classic / Human free / active / inactive / previously paid policy table.

Boundaries

• No retroactive rights migration.
• No automatic contract upgrade.
• No legal ownership guarantee.
• Preserve host-based room access and wallet-free guest joining.
