When I set the tax method to per line, set the tax rate and save the changes then view the invoice there is no tax. Then I go back and edit the invoice the per line tax is set back to invoice total. Additionally if I put a invoice total tax rate that will show on the invoice even it I switch to the per line tax rate. This is probably related to the per line tax rate not saving.
I pulled docker images using the "latest" tag but when I look at the dashboard I see version 2.0.0 not 2.1.0 that I see on github.
