Circles throws scrolling off

[hatzka-nezumi]

.circles-loader seems to be expanding and shrinking the page, creating/expanding both vertical and horizontal scrollbars and shortly afterwards destroying/shrinking them over and over again. I'm using Firefox 40 on Windows 10.
