Extend LogicAppClient to create a Logic App

Describe the solution you'd like
As we already have the capability to update and delete a Logic App, we should also provide the capability to create a Logic App.
This can help in setting up Logic App's for test purposes and delete them after the tests have ran.

As the LogicManagementClient only supports .CreateOrUpdateAsync, we already have this set up in the .TemporaryUpdateAsync. Which means that also new logic apps can be created this way.
Maybe we should rename this or create a new method that is specifically called .TemporaryCreateAsync but calls .TemporaryUpdateAsync behind the scenes.

I think we should have an alternative method which is more clear, users don't know what's used under the hood indeed.

If this is solely for creating temporary Logic App instances I think this is fine, but is that truly the case @mbraekman or do you need it for other scenarios as well?

In the end, creating Logic Apps through this Fx will be something to only exist temporarily, however in some cases you want to create a specific Logic App (for logging/for triggering/...) as part of the 'TestInitialize'-method to only be deleted in the 'TestCleanup'-method, which won't allow you to use the TemporaryCreate/Update methods.

Performance-wise it wouldn't make sense to me if you have to create/delete a Logic App per test-scenario, while this could be reused.

Well, you could keep track of the disposables, but that is maybe not really readable. I'll look at it!
Should we provide an LogicAppMetadata or Workflow input parameter?

@mbraekman , could you give some guidance as what I should have in order to test this? bc, I figure that I can't use the existing two Logic Apps from the integration tests, as we're creating a new workflow here?
