Users should be able to star/highlight patches and then filter for those for easy finding. This could also include a configurable email input that automatically stars any patch that has you CC'd, and other user-configured options such as keywords.
This would make it easier for users to find patches that are relevant to them.
This could be done with a yellow star icon in the first column, and manual starring could be done via an "s" command. That's just how I envision it but there could be better ways.
