Update PWE Meta Data Annotations to increase readability

Add special symbol (like "@") in front of the current meta data annotations to make them more explicit when reading the asp cells/code.
Eg.
% @Schema tc(Source, Target),
% @graphviz edge tc(HEAD, TAIL)
