Python 3.15 support

A 3.15 wheel to start testing with.

Thank you for raising this. We have a plan to publish a python3.15 wheel.
We will start the work after the final Python 3.15 release, so we are building against stable ABI.

The release notes mention "There will be no ABI changes from this point forward in the 3.15 series. Any binary wheels built against Python 3.15.0 release candidates will work with future versions of Python 3.15."
So waithing for the final release should not be nececary.
