0.3.2 requesting missing assets

It seems release 0.3.2 is requesting assets that are not available in /build. Specifically /query-filter/build/taxonomy/index.css?ver=29e38ba008001ba245e6 is not available.

This is still relevant in 0.4.0 and I would consider this a bug.

@roborourke already noted a TODO in the code:
