A new branch per iteration.

With each new iteration of the scanner, a new branch should be made and any boards not used in the new iteration should be removed. It's possible (but tricky and potentially dangerous) to rewrite the git history post-facto. If you add tags for the start of each new iteration, I can help fix up the repo history so that it is branched in this manner.

@GravisZro this is being done for the current iteration. All the old boards moved to the old branch.
