I'm wondering what the signalValue (7th column) in the narrow peak file means exactly?
The UCSC format FAQ shows that it is a "measurement of overall (usually, average) enrichment for the region." Does it mean it is the tag density normalized by the control? Is this value in log2 scale or linear scale?
