Suggestions

Hello. I have two suggestions:

1. Add notifications every minute. This can be useful if, for example, we have to do something in a minute and it is not the fifth, tenth, fifteenth or thirtieth minute or one hour.
2. Select whether the screen reader or Sapi 5 has time to read the notification.
