The README's model story is stale: it recommends "Kimi K3, Muse Spark, open models" with no provider guidance, while the product strategy (per the team discussion) is to recommend an opencode go subscription + extra usage running GLM-5.3 or Kimi K3. Parsing the README also surfaced stale facts: the public-skill count (37 vs the actual 38), a skills table that lists the internal-only fleet skill and omits six shipped ones, and a terminal description predating the M4 updater (managed canonical binary + opencode-amicode shim).
Approach
Update the subtitle + models paragraph to the recommended setup (opencode go + extra usage, GLM-5.3 or Kimi K3, model-agnostic framing intact); fix the skill count and table to match packages/extension/skills/ exactly; update the Amicode-terminal sentence to the post-M4 PATH reality.
