Contribute a real Quality Preview false-negative regression fixture

Goal

Turn one genuine public Quality Preview false negative into a minimal, license-safe synthetic regression fixture.

Report contract

• Provide the exact public repository and immutable commit where a supported finding was missed.
• Name the language/parser lane, expected finding, observed coverage, Git Mog version, and why the evidence is applicable.
• Never paste source, comments, credentials, tokens, or private repository information into this issue.
• Distinguish a missed supported metric from an unsupported language or intentionally unavailable dimension.

Implementation

Reduce the behavior to newly authored synthetic code. Do not copy the public file. Add the fixture, focused regression test, and engineering-validation impact note. Avoid broadening a rule beyond the demonstrated language/context.

Acceptance

• The synthetic fixture reproduces the miss before the fix and passes after it.
• Unrelated dimensions and canonical battle bytes are invariant.
• Receipt support remains same-response and source-free.
• pnpm --filter @gitmog/quality-judge test, pnpm quality:fixtures, and pnpm verify pass.
