[Catalog] Retrieve pygambit game code from catalog games

In #753 we added the catalog of games, some of which are defined in code, but many of which are loaded from game files.

It would be useful if we could generate the game code for all the catalog games, for example to use in work on natural language game description translation, as it would give us a large set of example game codes.

• Look at Python instrospection.
• Pre-requisite [Catalog] Autogenerate game families #758 - may render this issue unnecessary if it's already possible to get code from game family functions

Might be possible by reverse engineering the read_efg func - might not be a priority as we don't want pygambit16 examples
