Ability to set use a custom log4j logger instead of gwt-log

Hi,

It would be nice if it was possible to provide the name of a logger to the 
'com.allen_sauer.gwt.log.server.ServerLogImplLog4J' class by means of (for 
example) a system property.

Alternatively, one might want to provide its own logging implementation via 
'com.allen_sauer.gwt.log.client.Log' to get a more custom fit (would mittigate 
the 1st feature described here).

Would this kind of change be accepted as patch?
