Updating CI for the packages

We need to update / fix the current github actions

Today I saw shorebird publishing this

Maybe it's a good idea to use this

I am not very good with the whole github action stuff so if anyone wants to help here it would be amazing

What do you expect from the ci? I see that get it has simple analyze, format + tests.

@gawi151 really not more than that, but currently it fails when I push commits, and I'm not sure why. code coverage would be good too. if you have time to look into it I would be happy, maybe check out the new Shorebird CI too

Probably you can copy it to every package under flutter-it umbrela. If there is need for something more sophisticated then let's discuss but I think this should be enough for the time being.
