Document signals handling

Document facette daemon signals handling:

• SIGHUP: reload configuration + re-initialize catalog
• SIGINT, SIGTERM: clean shutdown

No longer relevant since signals are not handled specifically anymore.

Indeed SIGHUP has been removed, but we have SIGUSR1 which isn't documented and triggers a catalog refresh.
