Exomiser version data compatibility

Dear developer,

Thank you for the nice tool!

I was trying to update the dataset to 2602 when using Exomiser 14.0.0, as they should be compatible according to the documentation.

However, I get the following error:
Exomiser 14,0,0 error when using dataset 2602: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: No enum constant org.monarchinitiative.exomiser.core.model.pathogenicity.ClinVarData.ClinSig.UNCERTAIN_RISK_ALLELE

It seems to be due to ClinVar changing structure.

Can you please advise how to fix this?

@PetJana, I faced the same issue previously. Exomiser v14.0.0 does not seem to handle this ClinVar content correctly, even though the documentation mentions compatibility with this dataset, including version 2512. I was able to resolve the issue by using Exomiser v14.1.0 or a newer version. Hope this helps.
