Won't compile in nightly

This is a rustc bug as far as I can tell, so I opened a bug there: rust-lang/rust#53481

In the meantime, I'd recommend to implement a workaround in log4rs

I'm running into the same error on nightly-2018-09-13 even though that rustc issue should be fixed now..

This was fixed in rust-lang/rust#54086. The fix will be in nightly-2018-09-14.
