Subject: [PATCH] Mint the release-drafter token with the GitHub App client ID

Switches actions/create-github-app-token from the numeric app-id secret to
the vars.ESPHOME_GITHUB_APP_CLIENT_ID variable, matching the migration
already done in esphome-libs/noise-c.
