Like I got something to work and secure....and I like it but open to redesigns

The signer payload for a balance transfer is around 116 bytes, and messages under 256 bytes don't get hashed, so i think for balance transfers this is not an issue. Even if we wanted to make this generic to allow bigger extrinsics, we could pass the call data in as aux data rather than the parameters needed to re-create the extrinsic.

But regardless this won't solve the problem of needing chain metadata in the program. Even though pallet_balances is not specific to entropy, there is no generic type of balance transfer call - it involves some chain specific stuff.
