[DOCS] Please add documentation on how to get everything running

Things I have encountered so far that are not documented:

• The 'Keycloak' needs a keycloak-init-secrets Secret with password and postgres-password and a xfsc-wildcard Secret with two files: tls.crt and tls.key.
• The Web UI needs Keycloak somehow but it is not clear how to connect the WebUI and Keycloak.
• The 'Cassandra' Chart doesn't seem to start anything?

I am currently stuck and very frustrated.

What's wrong?

The Web UI connects to this address: https://cloud-wallet.xfsc.dev/api/configuration/configuration and the Chart doesn't have any way of configuring this. It is also not clear what this address if for.
