is-https-required.md: frontmatter title says 'HTTPs', H1 says 'HTTPS'

Found while reviewing docs in PR #30 — cosmetic, left untouched there since it doesn't contradict any facts, just capitalization.

File: barcode-reader/web/capabilities/is-https-required.md

Frontmatter title capitalizes it as "HTTPs" (lowercase s) while the H1 uses "HTTPS" (all caps, the correct form). Minor inconsistency worth a one-line fix.

Fixed in commit f6753b3 on faq-docs-quality-pass (PR #30): frontmatter title and description now say "HTTPS", matching the H1. (Checked the sibling mrz-scanner/general/is-https-required.md too — it already used correct capitalization throughout, no change needed there.)
