Tracker: close remaining Made correctness and Consigliere integration prerequisites

Goal

Close the remaining Made correctness, durability, lifecycle, agent, CI, and operability gaps required before Consigliere can safely enable Made-mode delivery end to end.

This tracker does not authorize merge. Complete the child issues with focused commits/PRs and keep Made’s no-merge boundary intact.

Recommended implementation order

Cross-repository dependencies

Consigliere migration is tracked in douglasjarquin/consigliere#93 through douglasjarquin/consigliere#99.

At minimum, these Made surfaces must be stable before the dependent Consigliere work can finish:

• exact high-level run submission
• exact status/list/cancel
• protocol/status/config schema capabilities
• stage-level review decisions
• verified merge completion
• retry/interruption metadata
• stable stage states

Integration definition of done

This tracker closes only when:

• all child issues are closed with tests
• Made’s canonical build/test/race/vet/lint suite is green
• Ubuntu and macOS lanes are green
• real GitHub CLI and real Codex release tests pass
• public schemas and commands are documented and versioned
• persistence migration/repair behavior is documented
• Made never merges or enables auto-merge
• Consigliere compatibility CI passes against the resulting Made revision
• the disposable live scenarios in douglasjarquin/consigliere#99 pass
• no orphan run, worktree, pane, process, socket, or submission remains after validation

Notes

Do not close this tracker based solely on unit tests or fake-backed tests. The real external contracts and cross-repository live path are release criteria.
