Incorrect ilvls for vanilla/tbc and wrath items

Hi!

We had a group of people that were interested in your amazing work here. We noticed big-ish misses in ilvl for items like Chestplate of the Risen Soldier (wotlk) and Ryngo's Band of Ingenuity (tbc). We had someone in the community who had some ideas on improving the formula and hopefully will be releasing something soon, but I thought it would be interesting to invite you to join our discussion if you had a moment.

I have also discovered several WotLK versions of Classic items seem to have strange calculation results, especially with trinkets such as the Heart of Noxxion. (Which the tool calculates should sell for 8 gold when it actually sells for 90 silver).

The tool also seems to fail when trying to calculate the item level of wands.
