Summary
Enhance the Intel AMT management console by implementing automatic UI synchronization for device and session states without requiring manual browser refresh.

Background
Currently, device information and operational states within the management console may become stale unless users manually refresh the browser page. This behavior impacts usability and may create inconsistencies between the actual Intel AMT device state and the displayed UI state.

Example Scenario:

1. Trigger system to hibernate, but the icon still showing green after system in S4.

2. Trigger power up from SOL, will see "Device did not respond, double check connection settings and try again" message

Potential impact includes:
Incorrect device status information
Incorrect operational assumptions by users
Duplicate remote actions triggered unintentionally
Poor user experience during remote management operations
