On initiating a power off operation while kvm/sol sessions are active, the desired state chnages to POWER_STATE_OFF. The system doesn't powers off while the session is active but as soon the session is deactivated, reboot is triggered automatically. Please see the attached video for reference. This was observed on onprem setup
