I'm getting this error: `panic: kv store with key <nil> has not been registered in stores` when following these instructions for lvl-max: [Level Max](https://github.com/cosmos/scaffold/blob/master/docs/lvl-max.md) I didn't make any code changes just followed the steps as described. Any ideas on how to resolve this?
